OK! I called the police, they arrived, nothing has changed, they were whispering something there, and after drawing up acts and writing a statement by me, they safely left to patrol further, apparently. But the administration immediately informs me that they decided to evict me without indicating a reason for this and for the remaining 7 nights they will return the money to the account by bank transfer. Arriving home, the tour operator informs me that the hotel has decided to return not the entire amount, but only 50 percent. from full price! Well, how do you like this alignment! ?
There is hot water, the bed is clean, there is no refrigerator in the room, the trempels are crumbling
1. It was very cold in the room!
2. The water in the tap is barely warm (provided that it is cold in the room, the shower was just extreme).
3. It was impossible to use the Internet, because the Wi-Fi resource, as they said at the reception, is not designed for mass distribution (the hotel was half empty at the same time).
4. There was no laptop in the conference room (they connected their own) and there were no speakers (they tilted the desktop microphone and thus "got out of the situation to demonstrate the video").
5. Technical support for the work of the conference hall is sluggish, passive and inadequate.
6. Upon check-in, the guest is offered to sign a Memo, in which he undertakes not to bring food and drinks to the room. This is despite the fact that you have to run to the restaurant from the building across the street... And if you drink some water in the middle of the night? Will the restaurant serve?
7. Soundproofing in the room allows you to hear everything that happens in the corridor and neighboring rooms, because the gap under the door is a finger thick. But if you come with a large company, this can be a plus - you can talk with all your friends at any time of the day.
8. The administration of the Ungvarsky hotel is either very illiterate or cowardly, or both. Instead of behaving with dignity and raising the rating of his institution by responding to the comments of his customers, he takes the position of an ostrich - delete ugly reviews from the site, then delete the site and "head in the sand. " Criticism is not accepted at all! No way! We need an Auditor to them urgently)))
The hotel area is small, but there is a place to park the car, a little walk. Everything is very clean and beautifully decorated, lots of flowers, small cute details.
The room is clean, the plumbing did not cause any complaints, except for the incomprehensible curtain in the shower - the water was constantly splashing on the floor. There was a set of soap, shampoo, even a toothbrush and shaving set, a sewing set, disposable slippers (which children especially liked and were used instead of skis for numbering) and bathrobes.
There is also a minibar, although there is no price for drinks from it.
Breakfast is not included in the room rate, but we still decided to have breakfast at the hotel, and we were pleasantly surprised by the choice of dishes (it seems, 12 breakfast options each for 30 UAH). group, we quickly received our order.
Also, I don't know if this is just a feature of this hotel or a common practice in Ukrainian hotels, but we left without a humiliating check of the room, whether everything is in place and whether we stole a glass or a towel, which is also very nice.
I would be happy to stay at this hotel again.
Thank you so much that we have such worthy places in Ukraine. Good luck and prosperity!
