The trip really turned out to be a fairy tale, excellent organization of excursions, excellent guides. The leader and accompanying Elena did an excellent job with her duties, responsive, always helps, tells.
In general, we are satisfied with the trip!

Ventura is a wonderful hotel: spacious rooms, shower, toilet, TV and comfortable beds! (It's a whole problem for me to pick up a pillow, in this hotel I slept all the days like an angel))))) Breakfast is what you need. Small minuses: rooms in dark colors, a bit gloomy (but clean anyway, linen is changed regularly) Reception not very friendly, at least some shifts. … More ▾ Ventura is a wonderful hotel: spacious rooms, shower, toilet, TV and comfortable beds! Impressions from the hotel are lousy. The room was with a door to the next room. The audibility is excellent, the neighbors knocked at night and asked: "Hush. "The shower is broken. And about food....no words. In general, I did not want to return to the hotel from excursions. … More ▾ Impressions from the hotel are lousy. The room was with a door to the next room. You can live there only under anesthesia. They settled with the child in a room with windows overlooking the highway, the noise of a plane landing is not heard over the roar of trams, trolleybuses and cars, there is no ventilation at all, it is not possible to open the window. Beds at least 40 years old, fleas jumping on a child, mold on the ceiling in the bathroom, if you can call it a bathroom. At 11 pm they settled, asked at the reception to sell water for the child, there was no drinking water in the hotel!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ! ! ! Slept 2 hours at night. You don’t even have to go to breakfast, it’s still impossible to eat anything
The photos that are posted on the site do not correspond to reality. The building that stands near the road is in a terrible state, there is another part of the hotel through the transition, the newer one was not there, but God forbid you get into a room with windows on the roadway

Terrible New Year with "Natalie Voyage Service" "Hungary for you", Ventura Hotel Celebrated the New Year with a friend in Budapest. Hotel Ventura - pretty much anything I thought would be worse. For breakfast, you can not really count on it, as you will not be given a normal meal. The New Year's banquet per person cost 65 euros (a glass of champagne and a cocktail are included in the price), at the banquet, apart from mashed potatoes and sausages, there was essentially nothing else to eat, but this is not the worst thing that can happen on New Year's days. … More ▾ Terrible New Year with "Natalie Voyage Service"

After crossing the border, everyone’s passports were taken away, and when asked to return the guide, she answered: “Give me forty euros as a deposit and write a receipt” - how! Guide not even able to speak Russian normally, except for money in the eyes of only zeros. I tried as much as possible for large sums only and to breed. Excursions and some shops without your passport can not really afford. In general, you can only go not with this company...

We were at the end of August, so the room was stuffy at night. But in general, the hotel is tidy.
Breakfast without fads: boiled eggs, sausages in tomato sauce, muesli, coffee, etc. Very tasty rolls - we do not bake such bread.
We did not use the minibar in the room, because the prices are too high. It is much more convenient and cheaper to go to the Metro supermarket (a 15-minute walk from the hotel) and buy water or juice, balm there. The fact that it is cheaper - feel right away. In the heat on a long trip to Eger or Balaton, you get very thirsty. And giving 250-300 forints (or 1-1.2 euros) for a tiny half-liter bottle of plain water is simply stupid.
Stronger drinks were still taken in duty free at the border (they don’t stop at the store on the way back! ) Vintage wines were bought in the cellar-restaurant "Labyrinth" in Szentendre, and simpler wines - in the Beauty Valley, in Eger.
We ate in taverns. Very tasty, only a lot of pepper - it is perhaps not in the dessert. An average lunch for two - soup, a large portion of fried potatoes with a chop, a salad and a glass of beer or wine - 20-25 euros. Nuance - if you go to a dinner organized by a guide (with local dances and songs) - already pay 20 euros per person.
Near the hotel there is a tram stop, which is very convenient for independent walks around Budapest. Just do not forget to validate the ticket, otherwise the controllers there are serious and fine a decent amount.
In general, good luck!

My husband and I went on a bus tour from Natalie Voyage Service. We were accompanied by a girl Alena, apparently, these trips tormented her, so she did not feel much interest in us. She was reluctant to answer questions. On the way back, she surprised us: stocked up with boxes of alcohol! This is probably her purpose of the trip)))).
The first unpleasant moment - a non-working toilet !! ! Maybe it works, but they don't use it. Our little stops were quite comical on the territory of Ukraine. Naturally, in Hungary, people are treated like human beings and every few kilometers there are houses with eurotoilets, water, changing tables!! ! Customs went through painlessly. My advice: to skimp in Dutifri precisely when traveling there, we did not stop back.
Upon arrival, we were brought to the hot springs, which made us pleasantly pleased, because. we did not sleep on the road, we were tired and smelled of sandwiches, sausages and all sorts of alcohol.
We were accommodated in the hotel very quickly. We got a 3-seater, instead of 2, so we met in the evening to drink wine.
Everything was different with food. If you get up early, you can eat canned fruit and sausages fried with scrambled eggs, latecomers were content with muesli, honey, jam and pastries. Coffee they have - a rare muck! I drank from the machine until sour milk was poured into it. I tried to show the staff and realized that we are nothing to them, that even the waiter considers us an inferior race.
We almost spent the night at the hotel. all the time excursions, trips. Roamed around the city. In the city center they looked at us with round eyes for a beer at lunch. Of course, no one except us drank it during the day. The city surprised with its nightlife, after 10 it's dark everywhere, people are sleeping! They drank different beer. but not impressive.
The hotel has one quirk: even if you don't get through, pay for dialing and beeps! Be careful with this! Our guide Alena did not warn us.
The mattresses on the beds killed me: they were in polyethylene and constantly rustled at night, the sheets moved out, we did not get enough sleep.
When we were driving back, it was a secret sabotage))), we were all fed goulash with beans !!!! )))) We were traveling on the second floor of the bus, in winter, the windows were clogged (cold), I almost died from the smells. All good things are forgotten during this night! ))))
In stores, prices are the same as ours. Souvenirs are expensive. Bring wine, friends are so happy about it!

The hotel for an overnight stay is quite normal, and what hotel should be when ordering a tour for a week for 150 euros? I think it's a perfect fit! The room is clean, comfortable, the breakfast is ok. Each room has a shower, toilet, hair dryer. I liked the excursions - the Szé cian baths, a very beautiful zoo, it was interesting to look at the sharks overhead in the aquarium, I also liked the marzipan museum, parliament, Tokaj and Eger. Budapest sleeps after 10 o'clock! Their cars are all small, economical, you rarely see Lexus and Mercedes. Their roads are good, the toilets on the track are constantly cleaned, the track is fenced with a net from animals. Once, if desired, you could visit a group for lunch in a restaurant (the price is about 20-25 euros per person). We decided not to go with a group, but to sit in it ourselves, although the guides warned us that they would not serve us, they say, only groups. The guides, seeing us, began to shout for us to leave, because they would not serve us. Although we were served and as it turned out, the prices that the guides had were much higher. The lunch that was given to the group was something like this: goulash for 8 people, bread and potatoes. This whole portion costs 50 euros, and they took 25 euros from each. We ordered goose liver (very tasty! ), 2 salads, potatoes, champignons in cheese, sandwiches and wine, and all this came out to us 18 euros for two. Like this. In general, the country is very beautiful, if possible, I will definitely return to it!
