The hotel is good, the territory is beautiful, the sea is nearby. Disadvantages - monotonous breakfasts, except for scrambled eggs, there is practically nothing to choose from. Before leaving, cockroaches appeared in the shower room, apparently they came to say goodbye. And for the most part, everything is fine.

We stayed at this hotel in late January/early February 2014. Having read reviews about hotels in North Goa in advance, and later listening to my neighbors on the beach, I can say with confidence that the Goan Heritage hotel is very good. First, of course, is the location. The first line, 2-3 minutes walk to the beach, without touching the Goan narrow streets with their crazy traffic and the cries of merchants: “Madame, come here, look at my bazaar”))) The rooms, although small, but cozy, clean.

First, of course, is the location. The first line, 2-3 minutes walk to the beach, without touching the Goan narrow streets with their crazy traffic and the cries of merchants: “Madame, come here, look at my bazaar”))) The rooms, although small, but cozy, clean. By and large, you need a room to put yourself in order and spend the night. TV - plasma, but no Russian channels. There is also no hair dryer in the room. No beach towels. Actually almost everything that distinguishes this hotel from 4 or even 5 stars. Towels can also be taken from the room, but then they will not be changed for you when cleaning. And cleaning every day with a change of linen. The mini-bar is replenished every day as it is empty) Prices are slightly higher than in stores, but cheaper than in cafes. There is a kettle and coffee, tea, sugar, cream were also constantly reported. Didn't see any animals in the room. Once a lizard ran along the wall on the balcony.
But we had a room in the building where the Reception is located. The other building is going to be repaired this year, but this one has already been renovated.
The breakfasts are quite good (Again, judging by the stories of tourists from other hotels). Juices, fruits, muesli with milk, oatmeal, several types of Indian cuisine, something like our curdled milk, eggs in various preparations to order (free of charge), pastries, toast, butter, jam, tea, coffee. Yes, it is daily and does not change. But if you are tired of this menu, then there are a lot of shakes on the beach, where you can order something to your taste for little money. They cook delicious. We liked the necks of AGGIS (third in a row, if you go left when exiting the beach) and PEDROS (second when turning right).
The hotel staff is very friendly. They do not speak Russian, but you can understand and explain yourself with minimal knowledge of English.
Near the hotel money exchange at a normal rate. Even rubles are accepted, but not profitable.
Has its own spa. Good oils, normal massage. I liked the Thai massage better, but nothing here either. Relaxes well.
There is no animation as such. 2 times in 2 weeks they held holidays for rich Indians.
But in general, we liked everything. Again, for India - a very good hotel! The main thing is to relax for your pleasure and not look for flaws.

We have just returned from this fabulous place!! ! Rest is just great. We stayed at the Goan Heritage Hotel. We can say that this is one of the best hotels on the coast, a very beautiful, green and spacious area, the beach is located a stone's throw away. The breakfasts were average, even compared to Thailand, but tolerable.

We can say that this is one of the best hotels on the coast, a very beautiful, green and spacious area, the beach is located a stone's throw away. The breakfasts were average, even compared to Thailand, but tolerable. You can have a bite to eat in any neck, don't be afraid, it's safe, everything is prepared immediately after ordering (the food is always fresh). We recommend SEBY'S Pub and restaurant to everyone (located immediately opposite the central exit from the hotel on the second floor, the first floor is a shop and money exchange). They cook very tasty, the owners are very nice and nice people, reasonable prices. It was our favorite place where we always had dinner. Of course, there were disadvantages in the hotel: 1) book rooms in the building where the receptionist is, they are all there after renovation. They threw us, because we paid for the Deluxe, and lived in a regular standard room with old furniture, we were told by the Indians that this is also a Deluxe, but they plan to renovate this building in 2014!! ! 2) there is no hair dryer in the room. But, believe me, it seemed like a trifle that did not affect our mood, since this country has simply charming energy. . We recommend this hotel to everyone, if we return only there!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !

On the 1st coastline. Green, large, well-groomed territory. Good numbers. Suitable for everyone - both for families with children and for young people - Calangute beach, smoothly flowing into the active Baga. Near cafes, shops, disco. There are shacks on the beach. Subjective opinion is like a chorus. 3* or 4*-.

The holiday experience is great. Small cozy hotel on the ocean. My husband and I went in December 2011 for 10 days. The room was on the second floor. Small but clean enough. They cleaned every other day, sometimes they hung a sign so that they would not clean up and wake them up))) The package included only breakfasts, but we didn’t go to one, but had breakfast right on the ocean in local cafes for a spear.

In the pool on the territory of the hotel, too, they never swam))) somehow they didn’t have to, they only came to spend the night. Therefore, there are no complaints about the room, we simply have not been there. True, two times we sat on the balcony before going to bed for a bottle of local rum!

We decided to relax with our girlfriends and go to India in September, everyone worked in the summer, they were busy, and now it so happened that the two of us took a vacation and our third mutual friend was persuaded to take time off for 2 weeks. We quickly found out which tour operator was the most responsible, it turned out to be Aurinkomatkat. By the way, they advised us this hotel, for which they are very grateful! The place turned out to be amazing! The sandy beach of Calangute, where the hotel is located, enchants with its Goan hospitality, the service was friendly, and the boys were on top ; )) Days were either on the beach, or in the spa, or went for a massage. In the evenings live music and sometimes a DJ, some one played records, nothing could be lit up either!

We stayed at the hotel in early December. We liked it very much, we would like to find fault, but there is nothing to it. Very beautiful and well-groomed territory, friendly staff, direct access to the beach. Breakfasts and dinners are just for slaughter. In the evenings, musicians are invited, live music.

Sometimes weddings take place, but they absolutely do not interfere with vacationers, everything is very cultural and after 11 pm everyone disperses. In my opinion, the hotel even pulls on a solid four. So, if you are going to relax there, you will not lose.

Quite a decent hotel. The staff is very friendly, everyone smiles, if they understand, they try to help. True, none of the staff speaks Russian. The rooms are of course old with wooden doors and windows painted white. Cracks in frames and windows. BUT always clean and tidy. Cons: 1. Excellent audibility and poor sound insulation in the rooms.

Cons: 1. Excellent audibility and poor sound insulation in the rooms. If we are unlucky as we and the neighbors turn out to be a violent Russian who came to India to rest in Russian (to drink) and not to the sun and to the sea, then a sleepless night is guaranteed. True, the next day they change rooms without problems to another building, and the neighbor calmed down after two days, turned out to be quite a decent guy.
2. If the Indians adapted to cook breakfast almost without pepper, then at first it was impossible to eat dinner (very spicy), but after a couple of days they got used to it.
3. Carpenters need their own for the sea. But it is not necessary to carry them; you can buy about 100 rubles near the hotel. For women minus no hair dryer.
Otherwise, no problems. A normal troika is like a troika in Italy.
If you have any questions write. I will answer.
