There is a playground. The sea is within easy reach. It is very convenient to rest with children. The sea is clean, shallow, warms up quickly. Were on Bilyaus. That's where the space is! Many kilometers of sandy beach, open sea, and one and a half people. If you want privacy, please. I liked the tour to Tarkhankut. Diving is not expensive at all (350 UAH). Maybe it's just the beginning of the season, I don't know. But at the beginning of June everything was just fine.

It was possible to dry towels and swimwear on the balcony, but since we went swimming several times a day, after which we took a shower, the towels did not dry out. We were never offered to change towels (and the rules said that every day they should) we were never offered, and when after a week of rest I went to the maid and asked to change, she was sincerely surprised: “Why? ”, and then said that the towels are now no. True, after 10 minutes she came to the room and brought towels. There is a sign in the room with which you can ask for cleaning. Approximately on the 4th day of rest, we hung this sign when we left, and when we returned, the room was tidied up, the floor was washed, the dust was wiped off, but the towels and linen remained the same, and she took the sign with her, apparently so that they would not ask again; ) And one more note about the maids, the most important for us. People who come to the sea are different: someone likes to get up early and swim at dawn, someone likes to walk under the stars along the night beach, and then have a good sleep. We belong to the second group - we dreamed of getting enough sleep on vacation, especially since even before the Crimea we traveled a lot and were rather tired of roads and lack of sleep. So every day, as a standard at 6 am, noise began in the corridor: the maids called to each other through the entire corridor, laughed loudly, slammed the doors of empty rooms with all their might! (when we were leaving, for the experiment, we also tried to slam the door like that, but it didn’t work out for us), we always woke up because of this!
Also, the elevator broke down three times in the hotel, and I had to use the stairs. However, we are well aware that the heat is to blame.
Now about the beach. Dynamics has its own beach, but it is small and rocky, we never swam there. A few meters away is the passage to the city beach, it is good, sandy and quite clean - a real pleasure! However, there is one big but. Going from one beach to another is absolutely terrible. You have to go along a narrow curved path, risking falling into the sea on stones or twisting your leg! On the side there is an old rusty fence, which everyone grabs to keep from falling. Still nothing during the day, but in the evening this area is not illuminated, we had to highlight the phone and walk very slowly. What can we say about the elderly and children? Dear management of "Dinamics", we appeal to you! We are well aware that the path does not belong to your hotel, but to the city beach, however, the vast majority of your guests go swimming on the city beach, and if you ennoble 2 meters of the path and make a safe descent for the money that tourists pay you, the gratitude of customers will not keep you waiting!
And finally, about food. The hotel has a bar, but the choice is small (only if the choice of alcohol), the prices are also far from small. Despite the fact that there are many cafes and restaurants nearby, it was not easy to choose the best one in terms of price and quality. Double-glazed windows, huge balconies (only in premium and VIP rooms). At first we took 2 rooms, one premium with a courtyard view, the other VIP with a sea view. After 3 days, I had to move from the VIP with a view of the courtyard due to the fact that the so-called entertainment facility is located on the beach - the Bungalow bar, which rattles with music all night long. On the other hand, it is a little better (with a view of the courtyard), but the Armenian cafe "At Ayder's" also does not particularly let you sleep with open windows, because. every day singers sing songs to order. In general, we slept all the time with the windows closed and the air conditioners on. The sound was still a bit off though. And in general, I liked everything! Dynamics should have its own beach and a decent restaurant and a hotel would be just a fairy tale! Good luck!

The beach is a 5-minute walk, sandy, clean enough, there are rubbish bins, but there are "pigs". The beautiful garden in front of the boarding house was watered daily - roses, Lenkaran acacia and other exotics. The courtyard is tiled with colored tiles. Near the police station and the prosecutor's office. A big plus is the presence of an elevator, playgrounds for children and a playground inside the courtyard of the boarding house. There is a massage really expensive (80 UAH / 30 min), it was not possible to get into the Cryosauna. Toilet paper is given out, garbage is taken out when you say or you put a bucket in the corridor, linen is changed 1r / 5 days. There is wi-fi, but we used the wi-fi of the adjacent cafe, it's cheaper there and they don't change the password : )
The TV was broadcasting mainly in Ukrainian. but there are also Russian channels. Kettle / hair dryer for an additional fee (6 UAH per day like). The issue of informing tourists about nutrition has not been sufficiently clearly worked out (it seems that the boarding house has an agreement with the restaurant "Ayder's" about complex nutrition). A leaflet with additional services was issued on the 4th or 5th day of stay, before that there was none at all. The soundproofing in the rooms is poor, in the mornings the children running along the corridor and the conversations of adults did not allow sleep. The path to the beach is of an extreme type - along a collapsed concrete cornice, it's scary to let the children go alone. The cornice is part of the fence, so it would be nice to redo the descent to the beach. Hot water sometimes disappeared, then it seemed to have established a steady supply.

We went to eat at the Egomania cafe, in our opinion the most decent place in the area, delicious food, pleasant stylish atmosphere, reasonable prices. I did not like it at all in "Officer's" and "At Eyder's". It was, of course, a bit boring (if you can’t go to the sea, then in principle there is nothing to do). And in the first week we couldn’t go to the sea (((((We weren’t very lucky with the weather. It turns out this place is very windy, the “corner of the winds”. The first week a strong wind blew, it was cool, it was impossible to lie on the beach, sand was in the ears, hair, eyes, mouth, etc. In the second week, the weather improved (for several days), we swam, sunbathed (it's called: )). on the balcony. There were a large number of them, of various sizes and colors. It was not very pleasant. Even my husband was afraid to go out on the balcony in the evening. They roamed all over the balcony. All in all creepy. It would be nice if they were cleaned or stained, I don’t know what can be done there in this case, but so that they were not on the balconies. But in general, we are satisfied with the place and the boarding house.

At the expense of the beach: my opinion is a bit dirty, there are a lot of cigarette butts, many vacationers (I saw it myself) cigarette butts, all sorts of skins from seeds, etc. were buried in the sand !! ! It's disgusting to watch. There is a lot of mud on the shore and no one practically cleaned it. The sea is warm, not too clean, but not dirty either, the waves are not strong there and it was very interesting for my child to jump on them. We ate everywhere, from the nearest cafes we liked "Egomania", the salads there are all awesome))), and in the "Officer's" the waitresses are very impolite, the order was taken with such a displeased face, it's not clear just why !! ! We are grateful people and always leave 10% of the bill as a tip. In general, the impressions of the boarding house are positive, but this summer we will choose another boarding house, I want to have my own beach, not a city one.
