I have been to many places and seen a lot of things in different countries and continents, an elementary level of comfort and service is enough for me, but in this case this hotel overflowed my patience for some minor shortcomings that I always close my eyes to.
We arrived late in the evening, settled quickly, room on the 9th floor, view of the pool and the sea. In principle, everything worked properly, except for the hood in the toilet, which hummed like an airplane turbine and the refrigerator almost did not cool the contents, although it was set to the maximum. By the way, about the mini bar in the concept of ultra... it is obvious that this hotel has its own concept of this service. Each time it was necessary to demand at the reception that the bar be replenished with drinks, juices and water, and this continued for all 9 days of stay. We appealed to everyone: reception, guest relay, representatives of the host, but all to no avail, as a result, a deadly answer was received - we can’t influence this situation in any way! Upon arrival late in the evening, they didn’t get dinner, but the hotel’s concept states that the restaurant with night soup is open from 0-00 to 05-00, but apart from soup, pasta left over from lunch and a terrible queue, there was nothing else. By the way, at the expense of the restaurant and food in this hotel - you can write long and tedious, every day I was surprised how you can make something that is not possible to eat from good products (overcooked, overdried, not seasoned) and if you came an hour after opening, then nothing you didn’t get anything interesting and more or less tasty, nightmarish queues everywhere and for everything, there is no air conditioning in the restaurant itself, so it’s very stuffy and hot and like a cherry - at one of the dinners, after the dirty dishes began to be removed from the table, the waiter asked for euros for his work... I was just shocked!
Cleaning of rooms, as well as floors, is practically absent (ashtrays that have not been removed for several days are nonsense), towels were not always changed, maybe the bedding was replaced once. There are a lot of people, and everywhere, and because of this, long queues, covid security measures are NOT observed at all. Children's sports camps rest on the basis of the hotel, which also brings its own discomfort. As for the pool - in fact, people themselves create a stir by taking sunbeds from 6 in the morning, it's not clear why, because. we could see from the height of the 9th floor how muddy the water in this pool was, which was not cleaned throughout our stay.
Beach - finding a sunbed on one of the levels was not a problem if you arrive no later than 9-00, but the sunbeds themselves are not very comfortable and very worn. The sea - it's wonderful despite the algae that fetches after dinner. Bar on the beach - well, how can there be constant problems with ice in such a place. Almost all the time I had to fight with someone or something, from queues everywhere to elementary cleaning of the room. At the expense of alcohol - it is all Turkish-made, and here again the question is about the ultra all-inclusive concept...
As a result: if the hotel is not functionally ready for 100% occupancy (although it is not clear how this can be done during covid), there was no need to open this year at all or make sure that the number of staff matches the number of guests. And I would like the declared price for the hotel (and it is not small) to match the quality, if the management understands what I mean. Hotel management - one out of 10!
Hotel to visit - NOT recommended! Actually, it's not 5.
The food at the hotel is excellent, you can always find something to your taste, but the queues were observed for the grill, for pancakes and sometimes it was hard to find a table for lunch and dinner, because. the hotel was 100% full.
You can also have a snack at lunch (from 12 to 17) with fruit and pizza at the beach bar, hot dogs and french fries at the pool bar, delicious ice cream and waffles in the main building.

The main drawback I would single out the beach, namely 170 steps to it. Of course, it’s easy to go down, but without small children, but it’s quite hard to climb. the first line (4 rows) will be occupied by towels, the beach is small enough for so many people, especially since the neighboring Family Club also has a rest on the beach. But on the 2nd and 3rd tiers, you could always find free sunbeds without mattresses. There were never any free sunbeds near the pool after 9.00.
Very pleased with the free hammam and sauna.
Departure from the hotel was at 19.30, so we had lunch and dinner without any problems, no one took off the bracelets.
In general, I liked the hotel, especially the climate, the heat is easily tolerated, clean air, beautiful nature, the sea is refreshing (no more than 23-24 degrees). But for families with small children, I think it’s worth looking for a hotel with direct access to the sea, without steep slopes and steps .

The hotel is certainly not new, but not dead. Yes
WiFi is weak, maybe it doesn’t even catch on the beach))) but it’s enough for communication. The territory for walking is present and quite green. Steps lead to the beach, a small truck drives, for someone over 100 kg and beyond, of course it will be difficult), but it’s useful to move after restaurants and bars) Sunbeds in four rows, plump, but at any time there was a place. In this mountainous region, and not only this hotel, but others may be worse, of course there are no such beaches as in Antalya, but the climate is much more comfortable. And the view of the sunset!
The building has floor air conditioners, yes, this is not enough, stuffy. But it works in a standard room, and after 02.00-03.00 it will even be cool with the window open.
But in, the measure is cleaned daily. The main restaurant is also not new, but they clean and cover very quickly. The food is quite varied, I don’t know of cases of disorders, taking into account the many children, I paid attention to the dishes - it was clean.
Well done staff!! ! (at the time of rest from Turkey, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan), everything is done very quickly. Animation is varied.
Vacationers are mostly from Russia (strange, but this did not spoil the rest))) partly created a feeling of rest somewhere in Kirilovka))), Belarus (favorably disposed, many flew from Boryspil), Turkey, less from the Baltic States, Poland.

P. S. Tez-tour let us down. They moved the flight from morning to evening, respectively, arrived at the hotel late, no one took care of dinner, although they could. After the excursions, the situation is the same, they can’t even hold on for ten minutes.
