Staff - only one employee understands Russian, all the rest only speak English.
We went on excursions to Pamukkale and Ephesus (with a visit to the house of the Virgin Mary). Excursions were bought on the street, the cost is almost 2 times cheaper than that of Tez-Tour. There are no complaints about excursions.
Beach. If you are told that the beach near the hotel is free and vacationers will be taken there by buses - DON'T BELIEVE!!!!!! ! This is a lie. THERE IS NO BEACH IN THIS HOTEL.
