But there is an even bigger problem with places on the beach, the territory that belongs to the Fame Residence Park 4 *, which was obviously built earlier, was designed only for him. Over time, they built a 3 * Fame hotel (it is newer and more than 4 *), of course, the beach area was not expanded, so there is a very big problem with places under a canopy.
Those who live in Fame 3 * redeem vouchers (they are, of course, cheaper by $ 150-200 per person), live there for a month, get to know each other and by 6 in the morning someone alone takes sunbeds under a canopy by 7 in the morning, so that you understood 70% of the places under the canopy are already occupied. When vacationers come from the Fame Residence Park 4 * with the requirement that the hotel managers or the supervisor who sits on the beach from the hotel provide them with places, they freeze, they say we can’t do anything. And you have only 2 options either to get up at 5.30 in the morning and take places or to sunbathe while standing (because there are not always even places in the sun).
A lot of vacationers who rested with us during this period came up to the reception every day and asked either to call the manager of this hotel or to solve the problem somehow. In fact, it is easily solved, you just need to explain to those living in the Fame 3 * hotel that since they paid cheaper, then their places in the sun and for the difference in the cost of a 3 * and 4 * tour they can calmly go and buy umbrellas for $ 5 and sunbathe under them, and not be impudent to such an extent. What else do they manage to say, “Fuckers live in 4 *) there’s nothing to be offended at, because it’s true 3 * - built later, newer, the pool there is three times larger than 4 *, they eat at 4 *, they fully use the entire 4 * infrastructure on the ball, they occupy places on the beach in rows and no one touches them or even makes any comments.
By the way, when we wanted to enter the Fame 3 * territory, they didn’t let us in, despite the fact that we showed our bracelets and said that we were from a 4 * hotel. It turns out that those who live in 4 * do not have any rights to the 5 * beach area at all, although there are more places than 5 * vacationers need, entrance to the 3 * territory is prohibited and only Fame Residence Park 3 * is a passage yard where they do not reckon with residents of this hotel. By the way, this Russian-speaking unpleasant girl told everyone who contacted her about places on the beach that it was the policy of the hotel owner to let a 3 * hotel on the beach without restrictions on places.
In fairness, I want to note separately the chef of this hotel. He is the highlight and dignity of this hotel, if God forbid he leaves this 4 * hotel, a complete kapets will come, he will not pull even 2 *. The chef has been on site since 6 in the morning and not only controls the preparation of food, but also participates in its preparation. Every evening, by the pool, he arranges themed dinners, in addition to what they cook in the main restaurant, kebabs, shawarma, pasta, tuna and crayfish. The chef is a very pleasant man, responsible and always knows how to surprise. Respect and respect to such a boss !!!
I would also like to especially note the hotel guide from the TUI travel agency Leybar Abasaglu - this is generally a separate issue. The meeting with him was scheduled for 29.07. at 10.00 in the morning, he arrived on time, but did not introduce himself as his name, did not ask how the rest of the guides did it, how they say you got settled, were there any problems, he immediately began to get prospectuses with excursions, when we and two other families who also a meeting was scheduled, they told him that wait until we were not interested in excursions, help in communicating with the general manager (who also did not understand the type of Russian language) to express our dissatisfaction with the places on the beach, he did not even listen to us and said that we were all negative already against his country and in general all of us 6 people are negative people. When my husband asked him to introduce himself, he covered his badge with his hand, showed us the booth with his other hand and said that all the information was there and left the hotel without any explanation.
We were all in shock. Without explaining to us either our rights, or when there will be information about the departure and where it will be posted, it did not help to explain to the hotel managers. We immediately called the TUI hotline, the girl listened to us and said that tomorrow (i. e. 30.07) another guide would contact us, come to the meeting and explain everything to us, but alas, no one contacted us until the end of our vacation. In fairness, it should be noted that the TUI guide was changed at the hotel, but no one contacted us and those 2 families (we found out from them).
When we left the hotel from the TUI tour company, there was a very small bus in which there were hardly enough seats for all those leaving, the accompanying guide Snezhana did not ask anyone about the rest, she said that in 15 minutes we would go to the store and who would not managed to buy souvenirs can do it (5 times more expensive than similar stores in Kemer), without saying a word more for the whole trip. The driver of this bus was also very "twitchy" either accelerating to 120 km / h or braking sharply at traffic lights, which led to motion sickness in children.
In general, we do not recommend the tour company TUI, they do not fight for their customers, they are not interested in them at all after you have paid for the tour. The conclusion is this: if you have money, go to the Fame Residence Kemer 5 *, if the budget is limited, then the Fame Hotel is 3 *, it is newer, it is calmer there (there are no discos) and you use all the 4 * infrastructure, but only cheaper.
Our family concluded for ourselves that we will no longer go to this hotel, as well as, in principle, in both 3 * and 5 * of this owner. there was not a very good impression about the hotel and the staff who work at the reception, who should be the face of this hotel, and their faces are unpleasant, not all but two for sure. In Kemer there are more decent hotels with a normal area on the beach
2. Food. It is everywhere of different quality, and there is always a 5 star or 4 choice. From the huge abundance to choose what you eat is possible and real.
3. My review of the hotel is good, because The hotel is located in the center. When you exit, you are immersed in the infrastructure of the village, there is where to take a walk, everything is nearby. The number of rooms is normal, everything is very decent. For a swim in the sea, you definitely need special slippers, because. pebble. Enough drinks and fruits. Seasonal watermelons, melons, plums, apples.
4. And the last. It is possible and possible to devalue any work and any efforts. Therefore, if you are set to rest, then:
- do not take 2 sunbeds in the shade, 2 in the sun and 2 more by the pool! There are towels, caps "Tyumen oil", etc.
- the staff, in turn, is trying to deal with it. They write beautifully about how it should be! At the same time, there is zero reaction from these guests. And if you enter into a dialogue with them, then....In general, you don’t need to do this.
Therefore, be attentive to yourself when organizing your vacation, while respect for the people around, including those who work, has not been canceled.
I recommend the hotel, everything is arranged, structured and corresponds to the price and quality.
Cons: Carpet stinks after cleaning. Looks like it's damp. But not much annoying, and only during the day.
It is very hot in August, it is impossible to walk.
For Russians there are few Russian speakers, 90% are foreigners.

We rested there in August 2018.13 nights. The hotel is not cheap. For 2+1 - 186 rubles. But he's worth it. Really good 4. At the level of probably 5 matches, but of course a little short of it, but everything is very even on the same level. There are bad reviews about this hotel, but they are old, date back to 14 years or earlier. But in 2018, everything is very good.
Beautiful area, good pools, both for children and adults. There are slides. Enough to ride, both for children and adults. Especially if there is a bar nearby! Great location!
Food varied. There is chicken meat, grilled turkey, VERY DELICIOUS!

To the beach 5 minutes walk. No matter how frightened that the hotel is on the 2nd coastline, in fact, not far from the sea. They have their own beach, they do not share it with anyone. This time we felt cheated, as the level and quality of services have changed a lot for the worse:
1. The restaurant was overcrowded because of the Fame Hotel 3 * guests.
2. There were not enough sun loungers on the beach for the same reason.
3. The only bar in two hotels with a single bartender and, as a result, there is always a queue to the bar. There is no bar on the beach.
4. It was impossible to use the services (beach, bar and animation) of Fame Residance 5 *, although earlier it was a matter of course for 4 * guests. This could offset points 1-3.
5. Across the street from the hotel opened a night bar with loud music until 2 am. If you get up at 7, then even under the roar of music you fall asleep without problems, but a small minus for the accommodation.

The sea is almost always clean, because there are pebbles. The buoys are very far away, 100-150 meters, so there is where to swim.

I lowered the rating for food only for a bar with eternal queues, even for soda. More about the bar: The glasses are very small, be it on purpose so that guests constantly stand in line and drink as little as possible.
Before the trip, I also read reviews, someone wrote that the food is as if the best chefs of the coast work here. I won’t argue about the championship, I have little experience in these matters, but I really liked everything. Not only varied and delicious food (you can find dishes for any age and preferences), but also service. Cleaning used dishes from the tables, one might say, is instant. Sometimes you can’t leave tea on the table to go for dessert, you will return, and the tea has already been removed, but this only causes a smile. Unnoticed by tourists, the staff unobtrusively works both near the pool and on the territory, it seems that cleanliness and order are created by themselves. I really liked the territory of the hotel, small, but so well-groomed, clean, perfectly planned out, that everything is pleasing to the eye, everything is conveniently located and does not create the impression of crowding. The sea is very close, about five minutes slowly along a shady alley. The sea is clean, gentle, there are enough sunbeds with umbrellas, a shady bar with drinks, a shower with fresh water, at the entrance to the hotel, you can also wash the sand off your feet and shoes after the beach. SPA rooms with a pleasant design, free hammam, steam room, sauna, swimming pool, several massage programs for a fee. And again, an example of professional work and a friendly attitude towards visitors from the SPA employee Marina. When I read laudatory reviews about the animators about the hotel, I didn’t pay attention to it, since I don’t need this side of the rest. But just watching the daily work of these young people with different categories of guests, I appreciated their work, goodwill and energy. In general, I was satisfied with my vacation and, if necessary, I will come here again.
