Before leaving, we read terrible reviews about this hotel, and were already prepared for the worst. but that's because how many people have so many opinions. I never write reviews, but now I will! since the hotel left only positive and warm impressions, the hotel staff should also be especially noted, everyone is very friendly, and personally we were so simply loved as relatives, at the end of the holiday we were already given juices, hookah and billiards tokens for free, I personally almost left she shed a tear, because for me, accustomed to the bustle of Moscow, with all the ensuing consequences, it was surprising such goodwill and friendliness on the part of the Moroccans.

Well, now more to the point, the hotel is small, and of course it is for those who do not expect pathos and chic furnishings, the rooms are small with everything you need, no more no less, the room resembles a barbie house, all the furniture is wooden painted in two colors. Arriving in Morocco, it is unforgivable to spend a lot of time in a hotel, so the atmosphere of Mabrouk is the maximum that is needed. Of particular note is the food in this hotel, dinner, it consists of three huge dishes, first, second and dessert, in principle, this dinner can fill you up for the whole next day))))) I'm used to small portions of food, I just cried from giant the size of the dinner, everything is very tasty, after a couple of days I still decided to tell the waiter that I was on a diet so that no one would be offended that half of my dinner was left on the plate, and what do you think, they began to prepare a separate menu for me, finding out what exactly I eat))) but the portion size did not decrease))) there are also 2 excellent cafes near the hotel, where for $ 10 you can perfectly overeat together, with freshly squeezed juices, and excellent coffee. it should also be noted that dinner was never repeated during our 10 days of stay.
The beach is a short walk to get to the beach. the beach is municipal, that is, local Maracans hang out on it, or rather hang out. who, of course, immediately rush to get acquainted as soon as they see that your foot has set foot on the beach area, and on the way to the beach, of course, too, at the beginning it became a problem for us, but in the end we learned to pretend that we do not understand any foreign languages except Russian, few people know Russian there, and everyone quickly lagged behind us, rushing in search of another tourist victim)) 5 * hotels located on the ocean did not make any impression on us, with allegedly private beaches, which are a 10 by 10 beach area meters fenced off by stones, and in order to reach the ocean you need to enter everything on the same municipal beach, and you still have to swim with the same locals nearby, but the price of such hotels is 3-5 times higher... for those who have nowhere to put their money , and for those who want a pretentious atmosphere.
It’s better to spend extra money on excursions and go for a longer number of days, we were in Morocco for 11 days and this time was sorely short for us, having come to rest in the city of Agadir, you definitely need to visit at least 2 more cities of this country, we chose Marrakesh and hey- suveira, which they never regretted, but my plans were to write about the hotel, about Morocco itself, and so a lot of information, I will only conclude my main conclusion about this country - in Morocco you will never die of loneliness or boredom, time runs very fast there in a hurry, just like the locals, I will definitely go back there again, and I will change any 5 * hotel for mabrouk without looking. Morocco is a country worth visiting! Have a nice holiday : )

I completely agree with the author of the first review, although I was in this hotel a few years earlier. The staff is excellent, the hotel is very comfortable and clean. Rooms are cleaned very carefully. We left tips for the maids in the room, no one took anything. I had to hand it over personally at the time of departure from the hotel.

The food is really tasty and plentiful. At the hotel I met a Moroccan who studied in my hometown and is married to a Russian. We rented a car and traveled half the country with it. Be sure to visit Tafraout and Tiznit. Crazy nature and silence, which can only be at such a height (4 thousand above sea level). The best silver jewelry and handicrafts can only be purchased there. And be sure to bargain. You can buy very cheap, well, the trading process itself is very exciting. I do not recommend driving yourself. The roads are very narrow and steep serpentine. If you want to go where they don’t go on excursions, then I recommend getting national clothes. You can buy it in any market (I bought it in Marekkesh). Very comfortable, not hot and the locals don't stare at you like you're an alien. Camel leather shoes are a miracle.
Fes has the best carpets in Morocco.
In the hotel, some already spoke Russian. Before us was a group from Nizhnevartovsk. The locals learn the language at a breakneck pace. Even CDs with Russian pop music were taken from somewhere. There are not very many Russian tourists. Mostly tourists from Europe. On weekends, an influx of young people from Spain and France. They come to hang out. Agadir has great discos.
We were during Ramadan, so there was not much entertainment in the hotel itself. But in Morocco you really will not be bored.
I want to note that, unlike the resorts of Turkey and Egypt, the local population does not bother tourists. In general, Moroccans are very friendly people. Very often we went to visit the locals and despite the very plentiful food and sweets, and in the evening and at night (during Ramadan you can eat only after a certain time), I lost a lot of weight. Probably because of the climate. The hotel does not have a private beach, but this is not a problem. The municipal beach is close by and very clean. The Atlantic is something incredible. The tan sticks without problems. I recommend buying argan oil (it grows only in Morocco and Mexico). Very good for tanning and for cosmetic purposes (it is also eaten). It’s only better to buy not in a store (it’s very expensive there and you don’t know what quality), but from the population in the villages neighboring Agadir. Hookahs are also not worth buying in the tourist part of the city. It is better to move to the "sleeping" area.
In short, those who have not been to Morocco have lost a lot. Some sources write that Morocco is a country in which they do not return a second time. Nonsense. In Morocco, you leave a part of yourself. I will definitely go again. And definitely in Mabrouk.
