Those. if you need to go to the third floor, press "2" on the elevator. The first time was a bit confused. The rooms are clean, hot water without interruption.

The hotel was a pleasant surprise, was the last on the route. The location is not bad, and although it would be more suitable for some kind of resort hotel, it is quite appropriate just to relax after a hard tour. The center is not so far, although you can’t walk, of course. There were some problems with finding your room (the hotel consists of two buildings connected by a passage), but this is more our fault: in front of the elevator there is a correspondence between the rooms and the buildings.

We went on a bus tour called "Magical Krakow" tour operator Mist Tour. We were satisfied with both Krakow and the hotel) You can’t say that about the operator himself, or rather his representative - Maryana. For a long time in tourism I have not seen such a careless attitude towards customers. It's just weird when there's so much competition.

After all, the question is not the price of the tour: today I did not like the not very expensive trip to Krakow, it is clear that I will buy an expensive package tour elsewhere.
All the same, about the hotel. Everything you need for a few days of stay and constant excursions is there. Everything is very nice, clean and tidy. The breakfast buffet is very decent. Thank you hotel. BIG thanks to Krakow for being so, relatively close, and at first sight native, IS.

The hotel is located far from the center of Krakow. (We even got a little confused when we were driving from the center of Krakow, got on the wrong bus and didn’t know how to leave from the other end of the city until 1 am, even the taxis waited 2 hours at the bus stop, but it’s our own fault). The rooms are all clean, tidy, the furniture is fresh, everything worked in the room: shower, hair dryer, all light bulbs and sockets.

The rooms are all clean, tidy, the furniture is fresh, everything worked in the room: shower, hair dryer, all light bulbs and sockets. I also liked the breakfast: sausages, eggs, vegetables, toasted bread, salads, fruits, coffee, tea. The hotel is really very suitable for a bus tour!
