Hello. I flew with my sister in January to the Levi Spa hotel in wonderful snowy Finland. I am extremely grateful to my parents for this New Year's gift. We flew out on January 4th. The hotel is chic, beautiful pools, beautiful territory, water park, proximity to slopes of varying difficulty. All this is surrounded by snow-covered forests. The air is so clean it's breathtaking. Service at the hotel at the highest level, very tactful and helpful staff. I liked the reception staff, attentive and polite to the guests, always ready to help. Booked a standard room with access to the spa and water park. Didn't regret it at all! ! It's so cool that the hotel has an entertainment area with pools, slides. Since skiing quickly got boring for us, having a water park in the hotel was a huge plus! ! Our room was quite spacious, but it was warm and cozy. Two beds, a small table and chairs by the window, TV, kettle, refrigerator, hair dryer, iron, safe. . Everything is pretty new and working. . The bathroom is small and has a bathtub and a shower. Cosmetics and clean towels replenished regularly. Cleaning was carried out regularly and efficiently. The food in the restaurant is very satisfying and of high quality, they serve venison, bear meat, a lot of berries (lingonberries, blueberries, etc. ). Cooking delicious fish. Several garnishes to choose from. Not enough pastries and sweets. There is plenty of entertainment in the hotel, we used the spa services, went for a massage, enjoyed the water park, swimming pools, and of course, went skiing. All in all, it was the best vacation of my life! ! If you would like to repeat something in your life, then this is exactly five days at the Levi Spa Hotel ! !

We had a balcony in the room, from the cracks of which it blew, so the room was not hot, and cold too. As for the cleaning, I can only say one thing - they were dishonestly cleaned. The bed was never changed during our stay, neither for us nor for the children. All towels have been changed. but it seems that they were taken from another room, because there were fresh traces of blood on two towels !!!!! ! I immediately took it back to the cleaners, they replaced it without a word, they didn’t even apologize !!!! ! and the cleaning of the room itself was superficial, they swept the garbage with a broom and where they saw it! Nothing was swept out from under the bed. we went to the restaurant a couple of times in the morning, because apart from porridge, we couldn’t eat anything there. all the vegetables, it felt like yesterday, some not fresh. once went for dinner for a fee! Yes, there is something to eat! for every taste and choice. after that, they began to go to the store and buy groceries there, and eat in the room. since throwing out 2000r every evening for dinner is not cost-effective !! ! in general, Finns are greedy in this regard !! ! but in the pool, in the game room. because we were with children, we went often. but there is also a downside. there was so much bleach in the pool that the child from there came to me all in spots and pimples. Yes, and my hands are all covered with wounds. in general, if you go there to rest, then only for three days, no more !! !

We got to the hotel quickly, about 14 km.
settled promptly. the hotel consists of 9 separate buildings from a wooden frame, near the forest.
On the second day, we tried to find a car rental point, but there is none in Levi, the nearest one is at the airport, we had to take a car through our tour company, which was 30% more expensive. (be sure to take a navigator)
On the 2nd day, we went to look for Father Frost's dacha, but as it turned out, he was there on schedule, upon request.
The same thing happened when we went to the dog farm, but managed to sign up the next day. You can sign up for a visit to the objects of interest on your own at the info center, it is located across the highway opposite the hotel, there we also found a snowmobile rental office, next to the info center. We rode snowmobiles. very exciting, we saw wild deer several times, they came close, they are not afraid of people, they are not afraid of technology. There are Russian-speaking staff everywhere, so there were no problems with the language.
We went to Rovanie to see Santa Claus, we liked it very much, we arrived early before the arrival of the groups, so there were no crowds. drove for 2 hours, about 170 km from Levi.
We learned to ski, during this period many Russian guys work as instructors, everyone is very attentive,
We and the children were not afraid.
The hotel is very good, warm, clean breakfasts are good, very beautifully decorated, service at a decent level.
All 7 days we did not stop wondering and admiring the scenery of the snow-covered taiga, which is located around this small ski resort in the Arctic Circle.
As for the frost, the maximum was -20, we did not freeze because before the trip we read a bunch of sites about how to dress properly, what clothes to wear.
The holiday was a success, and I wish you the same.
