Hotel pros: • clean; • well-groomed territory; • good access to the sea, without a pontoon (sand, pebbles and old corals, there are live corals further from the coast); • clean swimming pool; • daily cleaning of the rooms, the rooms are large. Cons of the hotel: • monotonous food; • weak animation; • there is no mini-golf in the hotel either!!! Leisure benefits: • silence!! ! (for those who do not like crowds of people and loud disco music); • location - proximity to Israel and Jordan (if tourists travel from Sharm 3-4 hours, then from Taba about 1 hour to the border of Israel, to Jordan to the checkpoint 15 minutes and 40 minutes by ferry); • 1.

• 1.5-2 hours to Mount Moses and the monastery of St. . Catherine.
Vacation cons:
• one market, where a shuttle goes every hour))) (a bus for 20-25 people), where you can buy souvenirs, and various Egyptian handicrafts, but there is no fruit (! ), Fruit (mango) was ordered by the guide !!!
Tours:
Mount Moses and the monastery of St. Catherine. Climbing the mountain of Moses is difficult, it is difficult for an unprepared person, if there is a great desire to climb the mountain, immediately take a ship of the desert (or a Mercedes, as the locals say) a camel !! ! The price of $20 is up to the steps!! ! Then you go on your own 750 steps on the rocks, it's not easy either!! ! Likewise in the opposite direction. In our group, not many went upstairs, some tourists stayed at the first halt to meet the dawn.
Israel. We were determined to go, but we didn't! Many tourists are not allowed at the border, the reasons are unknown!! ! 4-5 hours at the border people go through control!! ! Those tourists who are not allowed in are returned 30% of the purchase price of the trip (from Taba the price of the trip is $ 130).
Jordan. We went to Petra - the trip is designed for 1 day, the price is $ 250. From the hotel to the ferry 15 minutes by bus, crossing the border and 40 minutes by ferry. On the way to Petra one stop for 30 minutes, for coffee, toilet, souvenirs!! ! I don’t remember the name of the store (2-storey), probably many tourists are brought there full of people !! ! There is also an observation deck! COSMOS prices!! ! Do not be fooled or bargain until the last!! ! Everything is expensive! The price is overpriced by 3-5 times!! ! We bargained, lowered the price a little, but near Petra we saw the same goods at the right price!!!
Peter. Go to the temple of El-Khazne ("Treasury") 2 km, and so that you are prepared for the fact that the guide who leads you walks fast enough !! ! For those who have a hard time, take transport (4-wheeled or 4-legged)!! ! Then there is free time, you can move at your own pace.

We chose the hotel on the advice of a travel agent. In principle, they did not regret it, because they did not count on much, knowing that Egyptian or Turkish "stars" often raise questions. Personally, I got what I expected peace and good sea. Plus, there is a seawater lagoon where you can swim in any weather.

Personally, I got what I expected peace and good sea. Plus, there is a seawater lagoon where you can swim in any weather.
The cleanliness is average in the room, but thanks to the manager of our Atrium building, Mohamed Mostafa, all everyday nuances were resolved (the battery did not work in the distance, the water in the sink stagnated).
The main plus of the rooms in the hotel is very spacious, a huge balcony.
The air conditioning is noisy, I thought I would not be able to sleep, but I got used to it.
The food is very average, after two days of stay, not particularly appealing.
Often there were no free tables in the dining room, there were always queues.
On vacation it is very annoying.
It was nice that when we arrived late in the evening, we settled in very quickly, drove to the building and a cold dinner was waiting for us. The merit of the sales manager Remon Heshmat. For which many thanks to our travel agent Maryana Koshelevskaya, who contacted him about this.

First, a huge thank you to Morgan, the restaurant manager. The cuisine is very tasty, I ate several times in 10 days crabs, squids and other sea delicacies). Once I told Morgan that I can’t eat fish with cats (due to the presence of braces), and I don’t eat meat at all, can I order something from fillet... and Morgan began to cook sea bass fillet for me every day ( ! ) This is real! Seabass is amazing!
Second, the rooms are all good enough! On 9 out of 10, all rooms have a view of the sea and the pool, large, beautiful, with balconies... it is possible that there are some problems with towels... there is a shortage and not enough snow-white, but this is a small minus.
Thirdly, it is the beach itself and the sea! They are wonderful! Several bars on the beach, clean, they go to clean up cigarette butts for tourists)) The guys from the camel ride for free (! ) If you smoke with them))) Everything is wonderful! And the diving center has an even more beautiful beach without stones at all (located to the right of the hotel, 5 minutes). Of course there is no windsurfing there - it was a disappointment, but there are catamarans (! ) It's a lot of fun))) and boats!
Fourth, massage! He is amazing! He is really good! Haman and banya are great, they give face masks and all that. . . very nice guys and good massages!
In general, the service - they try very hard) Friendly, tactful. The only thing Reception is not very good, I can’t keep silent, even Anastasia (the only Russian) works hard, but I contacted them a couple of times. Maybe just unlucky
In fact, there is only one minus now in Taba - the road, if you fly through Israel, he is happy to inspect the suitcase to underwear, cosmetic bag, you know... This is not for everyone, only for suspicious ones))) but be prepared for question: why did you come, who are you to each other and what do you earn at home)))) and by 5 o’clock you will be walking across the border. Without suitcases, the passage through the border will NOT be faster)) I hope they will open Egypt soon or I will fly here again with pleasure, but through a transfer in Istanbul! ))))))

The eternal problem with alcohol, then there is no beer or tequila, animation is generally a separate conversation, an adult has not yet been seen, for children in the evening it starts unexpectedly and ends unexpectedly with a duration of 30 minutes. Children have fun as much as they can. Cards do not work, towels do not constantly report, 3 times went to the reception desk with zero results. The heated pool is complete nonsense, on the 1st floor under a roof and not for swimming, but for those who go to the sauna and it should be quiet there . Very dirty beach, no ashtrays, few tables.
Bottom line: For that kind of money, it’s not even worth going close, by what criteria they received 5 * it’s not known at all, now they don’t go to Egypt with a single foot.

We flew through Sharm. Then 2.5 hours by bus. They settled in right away. From the pros. The food is excellent. The meat is real and plentiful. Fruit all the time. Sweets are varied, extremely plentiful and delicious. At the bar, bartenders make two dozen different cocktails. To the right of the hotel is a lagoon where you can swim in the windy sea and sunbathe there.

Sweets are varied, extremely plentiful and delicious. At the bar, bartenders make two dozen different cocktails. To the right of the hotel is a lagoon where you can swim in the windy sea and sunbathe there. Service is unobtrusive. The rooms are large, clean, with an electronic safe. Bathrobes. Magnetic cards 2 for the room and two cards for beach towels. Every day - 2 bottles of water for free, stickers with tea, coffee and sugar. Of the minuses - at this time it is quite windy and cool. They took a hotel in Taba for one reason - near Israel, to go to holy places. At the border they huddled for 5 hours from 23.00 to 04.00. They may not pass without any explanation. The hotel is outside the city, so the hotel bus transports free of charge on the territory of other hotels and nearby shops. Rest mainly Poles and Germans. Conclusion - in general, it's cool to relax in this hotel, but if it weren't for Israel, I think I would choose something else.

In mid-April 2018, we arrived in Taba. We settled in the central building on the 4th floor. From the room there is an amazing view of the pool, palm trees and the sea. In the morning on the balcony I met sunrises with the birds singing overlooking the seashores of Jordan and Israel. The room has everything you need, cleaning and change of towels every day.

In the morning on the balcony I met sunrises with the birds singing overlooking the seashores of Jordan and Israel. The room has everything you need, cleaning and change of towels every day. Various music was constantly playing near the pool, but it did not bother. Whoever needs it can be accommodated in quiet buildings overlooking the sea or the salt water lagoon. For a change, you can swim in it. The territory of our hotel is very beautiful, green, well-groomed, many flowers, palm trees and mountains close to the sea! On an open shuttle bus, we went to neighboring hotels, walked there, and returned along the path along the beach to our hotel.
There were many empty seats in our restaurant, with the exception of a few days when groups of Arabs, Indians, and Chinese came in en masse. Then there were queues for food in the restaurant, but their national dishes were present, the waiters did not have time to remove dirty dishes from the tables, garbage on the floor in the restaurant and on the floors of the corridors. The food was delicious, we were full, there was always fresh fruit. It is a pity that guava - not often. It was nice to sit on the open terrace in the evenings, but unbearable crows interfered with a peaceful dinner. In the evening they didn’t get carried away with hookah and didn’t go to the children’s disco, they just had a quiet time.
We went to Israel on a one-day excursion, visited the holy places of Bethlehem, Jerusalem, the Jordan River, the Dead Sea. There was a wonderful boat trip to the Pharaohs Island. There is a very beautiful picturesque reef. We snorkeled, watched colorful fish, saw spotted rays and hedgehogs at the bottom. The sea is warm, gentle, transparent everywhere, the wind is not strong. The weather and mood are super!
Transfer to the hotel took about 3 hours in a comfortable car. The two of us went there and back! The only "minus" - we were taken back two hours earlier, and we had to wait at the airport in Sharm to board the plane for almost 4 hours (
If you decide to go to Israel - Taba is suitable for relaxation.

Immediately I want to thank the hotel manager Olga, Ukrainian, (her viber is +380677878307) who helped a lot with solving organizational issues - and a transfer from Sharm airport . . (driving alone in the car, not on the bus, and accommodation - immediately after three hours of travel to a wonderful room overlooking the Red Sea and Jordan - beauty, and a hint where it is better and without problems to go on an excursion - we are here for the first time . . and many small household issues - clever, thank you - everything was decided at our request.
Room service is also good... - for $ 1, which was left daily, you will be cleaned with high quality, towels will be changed... and the bed will be made with "fantasy"...
The food would be better and more varied, especially in terms of fruits, there were only dates (albeit huge and tasty), oranges, melon, and a couple of times guava... There is nowhere to buy additional fruit... and they say nothing at this time... it's a pity
But I want to put a huge + on the location of the hotel - we were planning and visited Petra (to Jordan nearby - go by ferry to the other side in 40 minutes, and there 3 hours by bus - and the incomparable beauty of Petra . . ) - took a tour on Olga's recommendation ($ 210 per person). Everything is clear, with lunch, and the guide is well done! They also wanted to go to Israel, but they didn’t take into account that they were on a big Easter holiday, it’s very crowded there....so we’ll come next time...
It was cool for two days of our vacation - the sea was about +20 (or even less), the air was a little higher, but a very cold wind blew..... and the lagoon with sea water on the territory of the hotel saved us (it warmed up faster, and after it already and the red sea is not so cold... But in the remaining days, the heat is, of course, the enjoyment of corals and colorful fish (there are few of them in front of the hotel (there are very shallow and you need to be careful - sea urchins, etc. ). But we went a little further to the pier (-minutes 15-20 walk) in the direction of the Sofitel hotel - that's where the beauty is - the sea is transparent, corals of all colors of the rainbow, fish, jellyfish... !!! ! normal, not the same effect (but for the whole face in the online store it costs about $ 25 - they said $ 60 here) Friends let me swim in it - it's fantastic - like in an aquarium - everything is clear and close by !!!!
On the last day, we discovered a "branch" of the Dead Sea - in an abandoned hotel, it's on the way to the corals, there is also a lagoon with sea water, over the years the water has evaporated and the concentrate remains... you can swim and read a newspaper... !! ! That's it!
We liked it here, despite some cons!
and want to come back!! !

1. We chose it randomly, by the number of positive reviews, due to the fact that our tour operator JoinUp does not know how to work normally and booked a flight to Sharm from Kharkov for us, despite the fact that we live in Kyiv and return to Kyiv ...What to say ...this is a separate issue ...We urgently had to interrupt the tour until the vacation was over, through another operator "Anex tour" we went to Taba to this hotel.
2. The territory of the hotel is large and just great, the bad thing is that the golf courses are burnt out and the color of dry brown grass. I think if you sow the grass again and water it - it will be fine. The salt lake is functioning. The surroundings of the hotel look nice.
3. The number is a normal Egyptian 5. Filmed a video. Look on youtube.
4.
The food is good - everything is meat. in addition to pork, they also gave rotten crabs ...I scored a plate, but when I opened it up. . the stench was unimaginable ...just tin ...
5. Service is normal - bring and take away wine, beer and other alcohol at lunch and dinner.
Separately - we arrived at night, search in front of the hotel, open suitcases, look for bombs ...you got off the bus and immediately searched at the entrance to the frame - a metal detector ....and if during the day - then just enter and exit ...through ordinary glass doors is nonsense ...
The hotel is good overall. And there were no tourists, and ++ and --

The room is big, cleaned every day. The bed was changed twice in a week. Towels were changed every day. The cleaning staff is friendly. . . always smiling and saying hello.
The restaurant is modest with a terrace. The food is delicious, though without frills... meat and fish have always been... vegetables are very tasty... grilled meat was 3 times ((
Delicious red for lunch and dinner!! ! wine... brought by the waiters ((there are no barrels))
Didn't swim in the pool. . . noisy and chlorine. Near a huge, clean beach. There are sooo few people on it, at least sunbathe without stripes)) The entrance is sand... a little reef to the right. With a mask, you can go to Sofitel - the reef is larger and the pontoon.
There is a seawater lagoon and a pier. . . always calm water
The hotel was occupied by 20-30 percent, some of the buildings were generally closed... but less people, more oxygen))
Bars... bottled beer-norms. Of the strong, only rum and gin are acceptable (saved stocks of dutifri)
P. S. The staff is good, they worked out their tips 100%. I am satisfied!! !

We arrived at the hotel with my husband around 16:00. After a long flight and a tiring road from Sharm El Sheikh airport, we dreamed of getting to our room as soon as possible. There were 10 people waiting for us to check in, they settled in very quickly, rooms were already prepared for everyone, the keys were laid out at the reception desk. The staff is very smiling and polite. We were taken to a room in the main building on the second floor, they demonstrated the operation of all appliances and a safe. At the same time, the porter did not wait for the tip, the husband called him and gave him a dollar, to which he politely smiled, took the money and left. Those who often rested in Egypt will understand what I mean. Often the local porters don't leave until they get the baksheesh. The room was spacious and comfortable. Normal furniture, comfortable large bed with a quality mattress. Everything in the bathroom is clean, the sticker on the toilet is "sterile". High-quality cleaning, without swans and other unnecessary bed decorations. Every day change of towels, as it should be.
The area is very well maintained and beautiful. Lawns are constantly watered, bushes are cut, paths and paths are cleaned. Despite the fact that the hotel is far from being fully loaded, the staff is always at work, both gardeners and waiters, cleaners, bartenders. The hotel is very large, many rooms, most of them are free. There are several pools, a salt lake, but in summer the water is too warm and not refreshing. The beach is spacious, comfortable sun loungers, clean. Minus the lack of a pontoon. We don't like to beat our feet on stones. At first we bought slippers for corals in the hotel store, but even they were not very comfortable. Then we learned from other tourists that you can dive from the pontoon of the neighboring Sofitel. The main thing is to calmly and confidently go to the pontoon. If you decide to lie down on a sun lounger, they will immediately offer to pay for the use of the beach, something about $ 50. This was the only drawback of our hotel and the advantage of Sofitel, where we will most likely go next time. Walking for 7 minutes under the scorching sun to the pontoon was straining, as well as walking through shallow water in search of depth and corals. In addition, our reef was somewhat poorer in terms of fish.
The food is good, not a five, but a solid four, which is also very good for Egypt. I was pleased that the meat (soft !!! ), chicken and fish were very tasty, there were several side dishes, a certain variety of salads, everything was repeated every three days, the chef and the restaurant administrator constantly walked around the hall and checked the replenishment of containers with dishes and work waiters. Baking was varied, but from the dough of one batch. That is, whatever you take, it tasted the same. There were few fruits: dates, melons, sometimes watermelon, oranges. The waiters are diligent. Drinks are traditionally Egyptian, you can drink water and soda, alcohol only in the form of beer and heavily diluted cocktails. So you need to take your own or buy in duty free. After 23:00 all alcohol becomes paid.
During our stay, the events of July 1 took place, when terrorists attacked the Egyptian army on the border with the Gaza Strip. We learned about this already on July 2 from the news. The hotel was very calm, no one could even think that something had happened somewhere in the Sinai. On the evening of the second day, we had a scheduled trip to Israel-Jordan, which we bought not from the unpleasant guide Anex, but ordered via the Internet from a travel agency Red Sea Travel. Contacted them before leaving, we were reassured. The checkpoint in Taba really worked, and again, we did not see any tension. The tour was just fabulous. Madly liked both places and professional tour guides.
The hotel basically offers a relaxing holiday, although there are animators, they call for sporting events during the day, for evening shows, for children there were children's animators and a kids club. There is no city as such nearby, there is a Heights area with shops, you can get there by tuk-tuk.
We really liked the hotel, the staff is trying, it means a lot, advice to the hotel: build a pontoon, it's very inconvenient to go into the sea on the rocks.
