We took tours with a hotel guide from Biblio Globus. As a result, we drove on the same quadric together and not to the desert, as described to us before buying, but ....to a construction site. And not in a Bedouin village, but in a cafe at this construction site. The camel ride lasted 2 minutes: the camel got up, took two steps and lay down again, the next one. Everything is on stream. This is terrible. Quad biking and buggy at a speed of 5 km per hour in the convoy lasted, God forbid, 20 minutes, full of pipets. On a parachute, some tourists were lifted a little above the water and immediately released down, this happened on a standing boat. They don’t allow you to take a phone for filming, they promise that they will give you a phone later, in fact, you can only buy low-quality photos.
Diving is also put on stream, the mask is removed from one, immediately put on the next. I got an infectious disease because of this. Diving reefs are generally ugly, the hotel is much better. When selling, they describe everything insanely beautiful, in reality everything is completely different, except for lunch in a fish restaurant. He is worth his money.
Cleaning was done every two days, for $ 1 they twisted some kind of beauty) from a blanket.
The only lighting in the room was not enough, but then they got used to it and almost never visited the room.
Settled quickly, while the room was being prepared, they sent us to dinner. When we returned, we were taken to the taffeta with luggage to the room. They didn’t wear anything anywhere - they helped everywhere.
Everyone is very friendly, the staff is very friendly.
They fed deliciously. Really tasty and varied.
Dinners are always interesting - something new was prepared every day. In general, the menu, as I understand it, is calculated for 7 days and can be repeated further.

4. The sea and the beach: There are enough sunbeds, the sea is beautiful, the coral reef is great, there are enough fish, especially striped ones, the entrance to the sea is from a pontoon, they did not find a sandy entrance to the sea.
5. Room service: a strong deuce, cleaning every two days, mostly in the evenings, the state of plumbing and technology leaves much to be desired, but acceptable.

From the hotel guide: do not take a free sightseeing tour! A typical shopping tour, they take you to their points, where prices are 4-10 times too high, you can buy everything in the shops at the hotel below (be sure to bargain, the price can be doubled), pay special attention to the Padre store (the seller Misha, Mikle) very good speaks Russian, prices are bombingly low, responsive and always prompts), took a yacht tour for $ 50 per person, diving is included with the hotel guide - I liked it, but on the Internet we found excursions for $ 25 + $ 10 diving per person, ATVs - also super, $15 per person
7. ATTENTION! Be carefull:
We read reviews and wrote in many about the problem of beach towels, be sure to keep all the towels with you on the penultimate / last day, do not leave them alone in the room! Employees impudently come in, opening with their key when you are not there, take towels and later bill you for the loss! $30 for a towel. Fortunately, we managed to avoid this case by a lucky chance, towels were snatched right out of our hands when he left our closed room! Be careful!

An hour before the plane, at 12 midnight, it turned out that I had lost the missing towel (which was not there) myself and now I have to compensate its cost to the hotel. They said 20 euros.
After I started to resent the price dropped to $10.
Time is pulled to the last, they call someone, they decide something. They don’t let you go to the plane from the hotel (the bus is waiting, the host Sun international pushes you, they threaten to leave you at the hotel and withdraw from solving the problem).
The money was forced to give by blackmail, there was no choice left.
The boorish and dismissive attitude of the staff is guaranteed to you. I will never stay at this hotel again and will tell others.
After I already read on the Internet that this particular layout in this hotel is standard and can affect anyone, including you. I myself had not encountered such rudeness before, I was not prepared.
What else about the hotel. The food is average, it will do. You won't be hungry. The hotel area is huge. Large pontoon, reefs and fish available. There is entertainment in the evening. The furniture is shabby, old, plumbing norms. The TV is small, antediluvian, there are a couple of Russian-language channels. Repairs in the rooms and the hotel have not been done for a long time. Wi-Fi in the rooms naturally does not catch, only on the balcony and at night. Everyone goes to the reception, so there are crowds of people hungry for the Internet.

1. SETTLEMENT.
Settled quickly, standard room, on the 1st floor, not far from the restaurant, stage, beach and pool. The room is clean, cleaning every day, change of towels too. The room is not new, but cozy and clean, not very large, but bright, except for the bathroom, it's a bit dark.
2. FOOD.
Excellent and varied, every other day different cuisines of the world, Russian, Eastern, European, sea day. There is a lot of food, they give out as much as you ask for. Coffee and pasta are very decent, meat, fish, desserts in stock. Drinks standard, local alcohol (wine, beer, rum, rather weak cocktails)
I took a paid dinner for $ 37, it included a show program, dinner and a disco on the beach (but in the end it was free for all hotel visitors) Dinner of that money is not a table, first, second and dessert, alcohol was not included in the price. Separately, it was very expensive from 200 euros for a bottle of wine. So don't take dinner, eat at the main restaurant and then go to the disco.
At the beach bar, drinks only, the food was rarely in the form of rolls and a couple of times melon and peaches. I never found ice cream.
3. ENTERTAINMENT.
Every day, gorgeous shows, well done guys, costumes, staging are all at the highest level.
Discos are very weak from 9.30 to 00.00 on the street, once a week there is a disco on the beach, there is more fun and the music is different, but the drinks are paid. Even before the disco after the show, the singer sings in Italian, just fine, but the girl is not very good. During the day the animation is weak, yoga, something in the pool, and that's it. The kids didn't have much fun either.
4. SEA.
It is warm, the pier is gorgeous, there are two pools, a luxurious coral reef, very beautiful. entry only from the pier, from the shore is very small and for children. The pool is not big, but I have never been in it, the sea is better.
The beach itself is large, there were enough sunbeds, but there were also paid VIP beds.
5. CONS.
On the last day, they take away a beach towel from the room, so that later before leaving they can present the loss and demand a fine of $ 20, all my friends had this, although I reported this to the reception, but in the morning before leaving I had to make a fuss, then they said that everything was OK, understood that I won't pay. Ruined the whole holiday experience.
The second point, also all my friends had, the animators offer to go to the disco, the price for 1 person is $ 18, if you give verbal consent, but later you don’t go, then they demand money. I refused to pay for a service not rendered, as a result, the payment was canceled, but it was unpleasant, I had to swear again.
The third biggest negative is the prices at the bar. It was my birthday and I took a bottle of proseco for friends, and then they brought a bill for 104 euros, in the end I asked for a discount at the reception, which they gave. Prices in the bar are expensive, so check in advance what how much it costs!
Tin numbers. The furniture is not just tired, it needs to be thrown away. First they settled in a room in which the refrigerator did not work and there was no lock on the balcony door. After negotiations and chocolates moved to another room. Curtains are dirty in both rooms. It's probably Egyptian.

Beach towels are issued for the entire period of stay at the hotel and you can change them only by "catching" the cleaner. I was lucky to change 1 time. Cleaning is done every 2 days. The toilet paper ran out, they brought it with a scandal. In short, a nightmare at every turn. I am ashamed that for so many years of traveling I have encountered such an attitude towards tourists. ATTENTION EVERYONE, regardless of the hotel: try to check everything during check-in! It is very important! Do not think that this was only with us - tourists from Russia, Ukraine, Uzbekistan, were ashamed to share the same state of affairs. For me, Domina is dead, unfortunately. There are no questions about the kitchen, the bar, the guys worked for 5+. Yes, food comes first for me. Calling extension 12, in all languages, Home Assist was asking for troubleshooting. No reaction. The hotel has changed owners. Previously led by the Pope, now the son who promotes the D-Club is an investment.

The day before departure, a girl calls and asks how he had a rest. I lost, threw out of my life 10 days spent in Domina! And the icing on the cake: a divorce at the reception on departure. Handed over the keys and warned that all the towels on the bed were folded. During the day, I accidentally saw how a departing tourist dragged all the towels to the reception, but the manager at the counter said that this could be left in the room. I did just that, warning the staff. An hour later, the bus came to the airport and, lo and behold (! ), I and another guy were shown the lack of towels! The layout is simple: they won’t keep the bus, they will pay. I threw a scandal, threatened the police. They apologized and said they found it. And the guy was credited with diving and he had to pay. It was a shame to look at the happy tourists of other hotels.
