Yes, the hotel has become sooo many vacationers, as never before, but! The hotel does this surprisingly well! Lots of new sunbeds! , there are always free ones, a big bar on the beach has been built, a lot of staff is working, many volleyball courts have been added, which were filled with happy vacationers all the time). In the main restaurant also, a lot of people, but! the distribution is well organized (the queue goes very quickly, half a minute, everything is always brought. There is no such thing that something was not enough). I liked that in quarantine conditions, the food was behind glass, they were served individually, the appliances were packed. If you are friendly, then you will always be given the best pieces and large portions. (remember the cartoon about little Raccoon). The truth was written in the reviews that the staff is well-trained, excellent! Well done boys! Delicate and not intrusive. Despite some vacationers, patient.
Food in restaurants is very tasty, Europeanized! Compared to previous years, it's much better. Always a great selection of everything. Very tasty meat, poultry, fish (I didn’t like some types, so I didn’t take it), tuna and others. Very tasty fried fish, like our crucians, only without bones. Who loves - I recommend! ). Had a seafood day. Pleased with fresh salads, a lot of greens (arugula, lettuce, basil, etc. ), delicious sauces and seasonings. Potatoes are a separate issue, super. A large number of fruits: figs, pomegranate, melon, various types of citrus fruits. Baking for every taste! Everything is very delicious! The coffee in the machine is natural, nasty, but with the addition of delicious milk - excellent, even very good). Wine is gross. White didn’t go anywhere, but we didn’t drink. The beer is delicious, I recommend it. They made cocktails with rum and sprite, it’s also good, try it). And, if you don’t like the “canteen”, two minutes at No. 2 taf-taf - and you are in the Harem restaurant. There are fewer people and a little more choice.
Towels! (very worried about this, because of the reviews). I don’t know, maybe they changed something, fixed it, but we didn’t have any problems. And did not observe problems in others. They gave cards upon check-in, and leaving the beach they handed over towels, no problem, they didn’t carry them around.
The rooms are tired, yes, but they have always been like that. True, there was a renovation in Aquamarine and the rooms, in general, are not bad, everything worked. We were cleaned well, towels were changed every day, the water was very hot, enough. Nothing was stressful.
Mosquitoes! take the fumigator and spray. Although they are poisoned in the hotel, but apparently it does not help ((.
Animation - super, on top, the best of all hotels, but it has always been like this)).
The contingent - if you take into account the number of vacationers, then it's also normal. Or maybe we just didn’t spend the whole day at the bar, so we didn’t encounter rudeness)). But I can say that most vacationers walk with happy smiling faces, so everything is fine!
Weather - early December - great, warm! This is not January for you ((. True, on some days there was a cold wind. But you can always swim. In the evening - a blouse with a sleeve.
Moore... a fairy tale! That is why we often return to Domina. There is no such coast and reef anywhere else! (we were also in Marsa Alam). They wrote “corals are dying” - nothing is dying, everything is in order)). Who swims a lot - you are here. There are definitely places to swim and things to see. Wound for 6 km. True, according to my observations, the fish became smaller.
Conclusion: we all loved it! It's been a week of celebration! We are very glad that Domina did not deteriorate! )). We are very glad that they are working on the quality of service, and are not disregarded, as in some hotels.
Thanks for the rest!
This hotel was in the Aquamarine building, the only plus is close to the sea.
the number of rooms is very (! ) tired, half of the rooms without working air conditioners.
At the reception, the ladies-guest relation practically do not pay attention to vacationers, it seems that their duties end with attaching bracelets to their hands, and then for all requests and questions, one answer is "this is not provided by the hotel ((in particular, they asked to call a taxi - but this not included in their duties - according to them).
in the dining room (there is no language to call this room a restaurant) 9 out of 10 employees-distributors give portions the size of a five-kopeck coin, if they asked to add - they freaked out, got angry, threw them with a displeased look, but they smiled broadly at the Arabs and imposed huge portions with a slide (( (
a huge number of mosquitoes on the territory and in the rooms - in the evening they became especially active and gnawed with redoubled enthusiasm
there is no iron in the rooms (it is not provided at all in the hotel, only a paid ironing service), there is no kettle and dishes (after three calls and persistent requests they brought it with a great favor)))
food and drinks - a separate story - no juices, no fresh juices at all! even in bars! in the presence of only fanta, cola, sprite - but in the mornings very often there were no drinks at all in the dining room, except for water in the cooler. food bars on the beach are miserable, only booze, and even that is locally produced, tea, coffee, water. there were practically no fruits in the beach bars (dates a couple of times), and from food - only a couple of types of pastries from the morning breakfast in the dining room, and even then in limited quantities, I didn’t have time - I didn’t find ((
did not like the evening shows, the level of dancers is low, the performances are boring, and the time is very short
in general, only the sea and the beach pleased, on the beach there is a shower with fresh water, changing cabins, and toilets. There are a lot of sunbeds, but due to the presence of a paid club on the beach, most of the sunbeds are paid and it was only possible to catch a sunbed near a large pontoon very early in the morning. and there were always sunbeds near the smaller pontoon, and beach workers were always cordially helping to find free sunbeds, move or replace if the sunbed is broken.
For the first time in Egypt, we realized that something was wrong and went online and read the reviews and it turned out that this is a standard scheme of earnings with towels (loss, which is a fine of $ 20) for employees of this hotel for 5 or more years.
On the second day in the morning again at the reception, and there are other scandals:
- One woman has the same story with a towel, but she filmed it on video,
- and the disabled were accommodated in our usual rooms, although they paid more
- I haven't heard anything from others that doesn't work there ...
Turned to the hotel guide Tui, to the way did not help. They continued to demand 2 standards in 42 for which they paid, told about the towel and threatened to take it off and drop it on the Internet (the manager called someone and said that now they will add a stolen towel from the room). Changed one room, and another (not near, but at the other end of the building) can be settled after the release and cleaning after the second hour, and of course $ 10.
The result is lost half a day of vacation at sea, a lot of nerves, a bad mood probably due to incompetence of the manager and the desire to earn the infamous $ 10.
2. Of the pros
The food is good, adapted to Ukrainians.
Sea, reef, beach, super fish.
The rooms are a bit cramped, but solid.
Rooms can be cleaned.
The territory is large, clean, developed infrastructure.
3. By the end of the holiday I witnessed more than one story with the theft of towels, but on the beach with sunbeds.
It is a pity that it already looks like a perennial brand of this hotel with the consent of the administration, and could be a beach and good food.
Rested with friends, first we had a room in the 44th building, and friends in the 43rd. Asked to settle in one building, kindly agreed, without hints ...The staff is not intrusive, executive, nice. We knew where we were going and that most of it would be paid, but we also had enough free locations for All Inclusive!
We were taken to the hotel from the airport for 10 minutes, immediately put on bracelets and taken to the buildings, went to dinner, when evicted the room was vacated at 11.30 bracelets were not cut, we had lunch (perhaps because the first day missed lunch) Terminal 2, Duty Free is expensive compared to Boryspil and small.
WI-FI on the balcony, on the beach near the bar from the small pier and at the reception is normal, and throughout the territory - very weak.
We managed to correspond and send photos, but it took a long time to upload.
ROOM in the 43rd building on the 2nd floor 43104 and 43117, the quietest place, with beautiful sea views. Opened with a map, while the light was not blocked. Safe with key. Large cozy room, everything is working, clean. 3 cabinets with shelves, two of them with 12 trempels. Phone for communication with the reception and friends in the room when dialing the full number-43117. The room has a large bed and an additional sofa bed, several bedside tables, a small minibar on arrival filled free of charge 2 cans of beer (friends had juice in packets instead of beer), 2 drinks and 2 bottles of 0.6 water. In the following days we filled only two bottles with water - we had enough. Small TV with Russian and Ukrainian channels + local and Italian. The hair dryer, air conditioner worked quietly and well at minimum speed and exhibited t23.
I liked that there were many large mirrors (on all the doors to the bathroom, on the wall behind the TV and in the bathroom).
The bathroom has a shower behind the glass, bidet, toilet, countertop with sink. A day later they cleaned the room and replenished shampoo, soap, shower gel, changed towels and bed linen. Beach towels were also changed in the room, during the day you can always go to the cleaner and change to clean wrapped in cellophane. Balcony with 2 strong chairs and a table with an ashtray. The balcony has a closed door to the next room, we tied a rope to the door handle and chair, and dried swimsuits. A kettle is available in the room upon request. For cleaning left sweets, seeds, or $ 1, the cleaner performed his duties without it.
THE TERRITORY is very large, well-groomed. The territory is traveled often, with an interval of about 4 minutes Taf-tafi №2 on our side and near the Harem and №4 the other side Oasis, Prestige. Both leave the reception.
Elevator from the reception 4th floor to the 0th floor to the area where shops and the main restaurant Coral. The all-inclusive system included 3 restaurants - Coral, Il Giardino, Spices, and 3 bars - by the pool All Inclusive Bar, on the beach Main Beach Bar and above the main restaurant Coral, at the entrance there are stairs up to the roof 47 steps, there is a bar with strong drinks.
There are several volleyball courts and a tennis table.
There are many shops on the territory with normal prices for things and masks, 1 fruit shop (mango for $ 4, and in Naama Bay $ 1.5 per kilo), and only 1 pharmacy with high prices (Detralex $ 8 and Naama Bay $ 4.5).
We were allowed to use the spa for 1 day after a guided tour of the hotel, and 1 day for a high class beach, which did not impress us. Visually, the class, but in reality it is not ours, ordinary sunbeds are much more comfortable.
FOOD is prepared as usual in Egypt, for an amateur, we are not picky on vacation.
The choice has always been there, especially the variety of fruits — grapes, guava, figs, dates, oranges, apples, and more. There has always been chicken, beef, fish cooked in different ways. The next day at the entrance to the restaurant there was something for a barbecue. Once a week there was an Egyptian evening with dishes and sweets, once a fish evening with crabs, shrimp and soups were the theme of the evening. There was always pasta, potatoes in different variations, rice, vegetables and many ready-made salads. This time we all ate and drank in a row, there was no discomfort.
We had enough, there were almost no queues, no more than 5 people if something is tastier. Almost all the tables were occupied, but finding free was no problem. Beer and wine from bottles, strong drinks were also few and the strength was felt, the ice was never taken, even in cocktails. Cocktails are a weak choice.
We ate in the main restaurant Coral, once went to a restaurant near the spa and once in the Harem - here we liked the atmosphere, cozy, beautiful, compact and cocktails more familiar to ours. Tea and coffee from the machine could be taken with each meal, as much as you want, too, for free.
The beach and the sea are good. The beach has 2 pontoon pools above the coral reef (protected by nets) for those who like to walk on the bottom, and others to jump and swim to the depths. Water was +27, air +35, I swam a lot, although I love the water in the sea warmer closer to +30 for my personal comfort.
Very comfortable sunbeds by the pool and on the beach with adjustable visors overhead, as well as plastic sunbeds to relax at the water's edge.
There is another pier smaller and there are fewer people where we bathed more often.
Between the piers there is a cleared entrance from the shore for children and can not swim, but it is very narrow and did not like - the push and stones are all at the bottom, it is better on a large pier in the sea pool.
On the beach there is a shower, toilet, on the paths there are foot washers.
The all-inclusive beach bar is open from 10 am until sunset, there are all drinks and stronger and beer, water and snacks in the form of buns and slicing oranges, cocktails also made modest.
I did not like that very late they start swimming from 9 am in the sea. Breakfast from 7.30 at 8 we are already on the beach and marinate for an hour before lowering the ladder to the pontoon, from the shore, too, does not let-whistle until 9 am!
The wind was daily, but the red flag at noon twice. When the wave threw the man on the coral and he could not cope with the current, rescuers quickly took him on a boat on a pontoon. Well done always on the alert, the child jumped to the depths, the rescuer kept an eye on her!
Coral is poor, but there are islands and a wall. The fish had a variety, because we have been to Egypt many times, we did not seek to choose a hotel with a beautiful reef. We needed a little, and it worked!
ANIMATION was at the Arena every night with his band. Looked once from start to finish, the rest of the days in part. Tanura (the guy with the skirts) was waiting for the dance. Belly dancing was in the main restaurant during the Egyptian dinner.
We did not take excursions, because in Egypt we have been to different resorts up to 15 times. They went to Soho, to Naama Bay. I wanted to book a transfer to the Mango Market, but met your condition of purchase for $ 65. Transfer to the pharmacy El Izabi, too, with the condition of purchase for a certain amount, it seems $ 30. But I know that you can order delivery to the hotel by check. You can also order a free transfer from the guide to the pharmacy, but I do not know which one.
Free sightseeing tour - a waste of half a day with delivery to very expensive shops.
The flight was postponed to us 12 hours later, from 2 o'clock at night to 2 o'clock in the afternoon UIA (flight and landing perfectly), back was the Wind Rose at 18.30 Airbus, landing after 20 minutes and 3 attempts is unpleasant.
We understood the rules of crossing the border with Egypt. They had a certificate of vaccination without the Gr-code and the Action program, which works without the Internet, were ready to pay $ 30 for the tests upon arrival. As a result, after arrival passed through the 2nd terminal (dirt) no one checked anything from these documents, possibly through the evening passage. The guide from TUI told us that special control is only for the Kazakhs. Returning to Boryspil, we quickly passed the border control with certificates, who did not have them, installed the application Action at home and the queue slowed down.
Concerning liquids both there and back were not allowed.
I had packages of 100g missed.
Bottled water was given back and forth during the flight.
We enjoyed this hotel. Hotel city!
The administration has such a large complex with shops, and there are NO WEIGHTS FOR LUGGAGE! Please buy luggage scales, because everyone is shopping at home and is afraid of the benefits. They are usually in the luggage room or at the reception. And swimming in the sea from 8 to sunset would be great!
Rested family 2 + 2 plus company in Aquamarine, building 43, all rooms are directly opposite the beach access.
Tour operator TUI. Transfer ok, online check-in, departure in both directions without problems.
Immediately general impressions - I liked the hotel, there is almost nothing to complain about. English knowledge is NOT REQUIRED. Here everyone understands almost everything in Russian. But purely to soothe the soul, and at least basic English will not hurt. For example, tech. security personnel on the street, that is, everyone who does NOT work directly with customers, usually knows only a few words in Russian. Yes, and with English they, to be honest, not very much =)
I read the reviews below, did not really understand what exactly the complaints were about.
For food? Here it is in bulk, different and two or three times a week themed days - Italian cuisine seafood Arabic cuisine. Yes, they don’t serve lobsters with oysters, they don’t throw marbled meat, but everything else is normal here - several types of meat, fish, rice, eggs, a sea of u200bu200bsweets, fruits, salads, etc. - it’s a long time to write, but the words “all inclusive” in principle will outline the situation...
To "bars"? There are three free bars - on the beach, by the pool and above the canteen. Yes, free, yes, they pour whatever you want and YES, if you drink right at the bar, then half a glass. But Van Dollar does wonders. If you found money for the trip, then +30 dollars for the entire stay + cleaning + different bars, I think it’s not a problem to leave it here. In dutik, I'm 99.9% sure you left more. . .
About the settlement, what is not "immediately upon arrival"? Well, here they immediately warn that the standard check-in is at 14.00 local time, and it's not about money, but that the room may not be corny ready. There is nothing to whine about this.
We arrived at 10 in the morning, the first room out of three was given to us at 12 and without additional money, the other two rooms at 13 and 14. Bracelets are put on IMMEDIATELY upon arrival, WITHOUT settling.
So in the same place at the reception you can hand over ALL things to the left-luggage office (free of charge), change clothes and go swimming, sunbathe and drink - well, what do you usually do there right away)) Then after lunch, go to the reception and take the keys to the room.
Some of the good moments:
1. A huge beach, three entries into the sea: from the left to the right, pontoons to the depth with mini-pools inside - you can make a "bomb" and yell "Tagiiel!!! " - no one will say a word. In the middle, a path was cut in the corals, three meters wide. There are constantly crowds of people right up to the state of "traffic jam on Okruzhnaya". But there are also fish swimming in this passage and immediately at the exit there are HUNDREDS of different ones. And if you also feed them yourself - well, you have seen everything in a normal ear, where the fish is on the fish. It's the same here - you have to wave your hands right away in order to swim through this fish kublo... =) Below, near the cables near the bottom, moray eels and a sea stingray live, crawl out in the evening . . You can meet a barracuda right next to a bunch of people and it’s not sickly to fertilize the sea, if the one closest to it is you . .
In general, the fish reef and the atmosphere there are fire - very happy.
2. Local minibuses on the territory of Domina - taf-taf =)
Conveniently fast with a breeze. They travel often. If you need it straight big, then you can ask the local security guard (at each terminal) to call you taf-taf as soon as possible . .
3. Exchange for dollars pounds from any of your cards in a couple of minutes.
ATMs dispense pounds (they are desirable for purchases in the city). Pounds can be exchanged for dollars at any seller on the territory of the hotel, and the rate will be even more profitable by 2-5% than to change in our "homeland".
4. Cleaning in the room - everything is standard. Van dollar and you are molded "roosters from the city" swans =) Cleaning every two days. If you need more often - directly agree on the place. Water is delivered every day in 0.33 bottles. This is not enough for a family of 4 = You can’t drink from the tap.
5. Right now it will be stupid, but - tours from TUI (EXCEPT for a free tour of shaking money) are organized normally. With transfer all the nuances. What they promised, they did - there are generally zero complaints.
I understand that behind the fence it will be twice cheaper. On the other hand, behind the same fence, no one gives you guarantees that everything will go as ordered. Here everyone decides for himself, to the best of his experience, how to act.
6. The tour operator gave us a normal price for this particular hotel. In others (for the announced budget) or not 2 + 2 at all (family, 2 adults + 2 children), either the price per room is like a wing from an airplane, or the price for a single room is almost the same as for a 2-bed... In general , we had certain requirements for settling in and, of course, for the price.
7. BEER!!! ! Everyone writes that the local beer is atstoy, take booze with you!
Actually (here is my personal opinion) that all such hacks either obviously went to the hotel not according to their requests, or experienced alkonauts =
Beer is the place here, poured directly from bottles, yes. BUT! ! it doesn’t give off alcohol at all, it doesn’t give you a headache either immediately or in the morning, you can drink a lot of it and there are no unpleasant effects, it (yeah, that’s right) quenches thirst, I’m not afraid of this word, it’s delicious!
Just a miracle drink for all diseases =)
But if you are used to drinking stronger whiskey, then yes - take everything with you. Although (again, IMHO) you seem to be going to look at the fish reef to relax, and not bruise for half the night and then set the mosk back for half a day, where it was like...
Of the minuses, only two:
0. I do not consider the lack of slides in the pool a small number of animators as a minus. Going to the water park and hanging around there all day for a week will be much cheaper than going to Egypt. IMHO, for me, Egypt is primarily a sea of fish, corals, excursions, and not a stupid seal beach in the pool...
1. Slow resolution of technical issues.
We were so "lucky" that the lock on the door broke twice in a week and we waited an hour for the engineer to fix it. Then the card from the castle went bad. But here we were at least given two (another +1 spare). And then the air conditioner started rattling. You understand that at +42 on the street in a room without air conditioning you can only live in a shower with cold water. And he knocked notably - at night it was very stressful to sleep. And three days later it still hasn't been fixed.
2. Although the Internet is declared on the territory, in fact it is only in the very near visibility of the router with the antenna on the street (a long pole with a metal box on top and the antenna sticks out there). So - the antenna in front of our room in the 43rd building is broken off - there is no Internet from the word at all. Plus, when the Internet is still connected somewhere, the connection is often broken + as I understand it, there are restrictions on the number of megabytes per day. Often wrote "Access denied". I had to buy a card at the reception. 15 gig - 15 cu.
Now a little about everything:
If you are going for the first time, be prepared that ALL the locals will try to shake all the money out of you: for photo, video services, the bazaar, etc.
Therefore, advice:
0. If you already have a high-quality snorkel mask and fins, be sure to take them with you. You can also buy locally. The price is about 20 percent cheaper than the "native local" from where you are going there.
1. TANK MORE =) The more you tan, the more you look like a local and you are less bothered on the streets. With me it rolled with a bang =)
2. ALWAYS BARGAIN. I did not understand this and how to do it until I spent, I don’t know how, 23 all the money....Comes with experience.
If you don't want to know how to bargain, feel free to say the word "no" to all the sellers around. It is advisable to add "all bought, thank you. " Even in this case, if you really liked something until you drop, then it is very desirable to make your face a brick and rejoice "oh what a charm" with disgust on your face =) You need to rejoice more quietly - some sellers understand and can communicate in FIVE languages ...
3. BEFORE buying oils at the "oil factory", it is highly advisable to go to the Old City, walk around pharmacies and find out how much oil costs there. 100% will be cheaper and of the same quality, but without cheating Russian-speaking translators.
4. It is generally better not to take anything from buying home souvenirs, except for a magnet, because the cost of this can easily exceed the cost of the tour = Think three times "do we need it? ". Of the useful, I can only advise green (namely GREEN) mango, local oils and some delicacies that are made only in Egypt.
5. Be sure to visit fish restaurants both in the old town and in the hotel (although it is expensive here). Delicious and half the table of food. . .
6. Don't forget to smile and say hello to everyone you like even a little, you are cultured people (I hope)! Preferably in Arabic. Learn these 56 words at last. Attitude towards you can radically change for the better.
Actually, if you go with a company at a normal price, you don’t spit poison at the attendants with the phrase “where to twyum lobsters” and you are not picky about the number of “ku” and bows during the day, then you (a person with a family of children relatives) will like the hotel.
The rest of the nuances, I think, are painted below in the reviews.
There is nothing to add yet.
ps Arabs, as they write about other hotels, there really are almost no OR these are some adequate Arab families. Problems sracha inadequate we have not noticed.
p. p. s. I don’t want to say anything offensive, but after the Russians opened flights to Egypt (and this is like from 9.08), after a couple of days it became NOTICEABLE on the beaches that it became dirtier - scattered cups, cigarette butts, etc. Perhaps a coincidence. Or maybe not....
The hotel is very big. The territory is green, but not everywhere well-groomed. Hotel Domina consists of 9 hotels. These 9 hotels have 3 swimming pools and 3 restaurants. Coral restaurant without air conditioning. It's annoying and uncomfortable to eat. Food on solid 4.
The biggest advantage of the hotel is the beach and the gorgeous reef. The length of the beach is 1.5 km.
Wifi is very weak. Great shows. Great shopping street.
The beach is written 2 km, then yes, sun loungers and mushrooms for the entire length of the beach. BUT! You can go into the water only in three places where a narrow passage is fenced with buoys, and no one cleared the stones there, so you can’t go there without slippers and, in general, legs can be broken for those who don’t swim there. In the morning, the water is out and you can’t plunge into the sea, as the stones are deeper. And in the afternoon the water comes, but the heat is incredible. In general, this is not Hurghada with sandy beaches as small as 200 meters!
I took 10 sessions of therapeutic massage and am very pleased with the result, masseur Yousef is a master of his craft.
In general, if you don’t find fault, you can relax, but the hotel management needs to think about tourists who cannot swim and children.
We arrived at the hotel at 5:00 in the morning, we were told to wait until 10:00 and they would check you in, we offered money to check us in faster and we had already started our vacation, so no, the administrator said there were no available rooms, wait. We sat and waited until 10:00 after we were told to wait until 12:00 in the end we checked into the room at 13:30.
We were given the number as indicated in building 42 (the closest to the sea, as I thought)
The room itself is normal but of course everything is already old and decrepit.
Food, normal, breakfast fried eggs, boiled eggs and eggs and more eggs.
Lunch, porridge, soup, meat, fruit
Dinner, shawarma, fried potatoes, crabs, meat (very tasty) rice, in general, enough food and you can choose.
The bar, of course, is sad, there is a dining room on top, but I was there once, there is nothing to do there.
Sea: The reef is gorgeous, there are many different fish and there is something to see, two pontoons, one large with two pools, the other is small and access to the sea from the shore, in general, everything is fine, the bar on the beach is also not super, I saw it better, but to be honest, not on so much bad, clean and poured, wine, beer, rum and cola, etc. all their productions.
There are a lot of sunbeds, there is always a place where to lie down and relax, the only thing that plays loud music near the bar and sometimes it interferes with relaxing, so if you don’t like music, you better go a little further from the bar.
In the evening, karaoke, concerts, etc. , all this is paid, if you want to take a walk, pay. In a cafe with live music, the price of a cocktail is simply unrealistic $ 13, which is very expensive for such an institution.
During the day there is no snack at the bar, I saw a lot of different delicious ones in other hotels, pizza, burgers, french fries, etc. And in this hotel there is nothing, only a dining room, a terrible bar and that's it, if you want to pay something.
The hotel is not in the bay, at night there is such a strong wind that I thought we would be blown away. )))
I chose this hotel according to the description, but I will say right away that in the description of the hotel and in fact it is different, it was written that 5 bars are included, but in fact one all the rest are paid!
They write the territory is huge, yes it is big, but there is a fee, there the pool is not for you, and there the lake is also not for you.
I am in Egypt for the third time and I understand that for me this hotel is worse than others, but I judge by myself and for myself, others may like it.
And yes, the pool bar is paid, there is no Internet in the rooms (but it is stated that there is)
Ordinary water is poured into a glass, it is insanely inconvenient.
The room is cleaned once every two days. You need to carry beach towels with you and not take a card on the beach, it’s not convenient for them to change them, you need to look for Mahmed or Muhamed to change them, that is, sit in the room and wait for him.
You know the reef here is beautiful and that's it!
I will never visit this hotel again!
I add, there is no left-luggage office, my suitcases stood for 5 hours on the street at the bus stop.
There is a lot of other people's hair on the bed, it is very unpleasant and even disgusting.
On the third day, my husband and I were lying with an upset stomach, I don’t understand what we could eat, well, the body is individual!
The hotel is not recommended!
Aquamarine stands on the first line, Oasis on the second (these are two ALL INCLUSIVE hotels). These hotels have a common infrastructure.
Now the filling is 18% (1300 people out of a possible 6500).
Beach - 2 km (the world's largest beach of one hotel), entrance from two pontoons (on one of them there are two small sea pools) and through a passage cut in the corals, in which hundreds of fish and dozens of people in masks swim. Sunbeds are enough at any time.
You can enter the sea strictly from 9-00 to 17-30 (that is, when the rescuers appear). April 29th and 30th we managed to swim before breakfast, but since May 1st the security is on the beach all the time. The reef is quite good, but certainly not comparable to Ras Mohammed.
The food is very decent, every day fish, beef and chicken, vegetables, pastas and fruits. One of the evenings was a seafood dinner - scallops, small crabs and tuna and other fish. The hotel is Italian so there are no Egyptian spices in the food. Surprisingly, there are no olives. Drinks are standard for Egypt, only because of COVID everything is in disposable cups. By the way, all the staff are wearing masks, and tourists need only in buses and city shops.
There are 66 inexpensive shops on the territory of the hotel, so there is no need to travel to the city.
Animation is very high level - real costume shows.
