He has a huge selection of high-quality oils and always presents - it’s so cute)). Everything in the hotel is in three languages: English, Italian and Russian. Overall, an unexpectedly cool hotel! Friends vacationed here in 2019 - everything was worse than now. Apparently the policy has changed to improve quality - and that’s good news! The main thing is not to drop the bar. If I go to Egypt again, I will choose this hotel again.

The hotel is 5 stars, although you can’t give it more than a weak triple! ! Very old furniture, something broken in every room. We were given 2 rooms on the 1st floor. Literally after a couple of days the air conditioner stopped working, and we took a rest for 15 days. We contacted the reception, to which we were told 3 times that a worker would come and fix the air conditioner. As a result, 4 days have passed, and no one has fixed anything ! ! The weather every day is +40 and it was terribly stuffy to sleep without air conditioning! ! For the fifth time they said that the worker would come in 10 minutes, he came, of course, an hour later.
We explained to him that warm air is blowing when you turn on the air conditioner, he said: “OK” and went out, leaving the door open and did not return. It's such great services and how things are fixed. Then in the evening, having come to the room and opening the bath, I saw huge beetles, one was on its back with outstretched paws, the second was crawling. Patience is over. Moreover, the air conditioner does not work, so they were not going to live with living creatures yet ! ! We went to swear at the reception to change our rooms. They gave 2 rooms on the 3rd floor, and of course, the air conditioner did not work in one, and the TV in the second. Changed 1 number. On the penultimate evening, the child screamed from the bathroom, already in a new room on the third floor, a lizard was crawling along the ceiling ! ! (even took a picture). In general, living there is a complete horror. How much I traveled, I had not yet met such a hotel and service, then we decided to go to Egypt for the first time and was shocked. The first thing that surprised them in their photo was the presence of bathrobes and slippers, which apparently were there only for the photo, because in reality they were not. The next photo was sushi, which you will not see there. The food is just terrible, no variety, every day was the same, the chefs do not know how to cook at all, even elementary: pasta, rice, chicken. Chose something less disgusting every day even though we paid 5k euros for 5 people all inclusive! ! From drinks you will not see even elementary drinks there, like cocktails and mojitos. Juice was watered down, beer disgusting. Although for the payment they poured normal alcohol. For the money they could do something to you, but the fact that everything is inclusive was so terrible. Croissants were given 2 small ones per person, ice cream was given only 1 hour a day for a spoon in a glass and one per person, which was already ridiculous. In the same Turkey, this ice cream is constantly and you take as much as you want, because it's summer, heat and children, but not here !!
We decided to go for dinner at the pizzeria on site. No pizza, all the guests left it on the table and did not even touch it. It's amazing how you can cook and put food in the trash! Cleaning is done barely, having sprinkled the floor and rubbed it with a mop, leaving garbage! The bedding had never been changed in 15 days, the towels were torn. The hotel employees are very annoying, they went and bothered several times a day with excursions, spas, etc. , although we said that we had already gone on excursions everywhere! Once they used a taxi, they wanted to pay in their currency, so he began to yell at us and freak out that we only need dollars. All nervous and ill-mannered. I don’t advise the Batiskav trip either, give back the money, it lasts about half an hour in a stuffy closet with a broken air conditioner and a bunch of screaming children, and you can’t see much in the windows. You'll be wasting your time. Even at the hotel there is a rogue Italian named Roberto. Walk a mile!!

In the restaurant where we ate, there was always a shortage of napkins, we went for the forks ourselves, because they were missing, the juice glasses were with fragments and cracks, the milk was diluted with water, the coffee was solid water. The coffee machine was placed in a bar, not in a restaurant, so that they drank diluted. The plates were dirty, the chairs were rusty. There was really nothing to do with entertainment, there was no foam party, as they advertise on their instagram! Every night dogs barked in the yard and did not let me sleep. The pools were all open until 6 o'clock although they didn't clean them and could still swim and swim. Don't go to spa!!
No one wanted to enter into our situation with a sick child. The Internet is a separate issue. The hotel does not have it, they sold 25 GB SIM cards on the territory of the hotel, which we were told is enough for 21 days for $ 10. As a result, it lasted for 3 days and I had to buy more, although they didn’t even watch a video, didn’t download anything, they just fool people so that they endlessly buy SIM cards. In general, there is no more foot and I do not advise you. This is a 5 star hotel.
We took one excursion - a walk on a yacht. I liked it very much. In the hotel itself, I visited with my daughter one session of relaxing massage. Of the activities proposed by the animators, I visited once shaping - on the lawn near the beach, and once a zumba. There is also yoga, but it takes place at four o'clock - the hottest, at that time we were in the room. It was very disappointing that we got into the off season for mangoes, he is there from August to May. The sea was not impressed the first time - sharp stones or corals at the entrance (then they got used to it, even without special shoes they went in). Low tide in the morning and evening. And a long entrance to the sea, very shallow near the shore. From the pier began to swim later. A hotel worker was constantly present there, who warned where and when you can swim. In the morning and evening, a family of dangerous lionfish always swims near the pier, you must immediately sail away from the stairs. Or when there was a strong wind, they were also not allowed to swim from the pier.
But the most beautiful thing is the salty clear water, which keeps and allows you to watch the underwater world without masks - various clown fish, needle fish, and many others whose names I don’t know. The hotel has a multinational composition of vacationers - many Italians, Russians, Kazakhs, Ukrainians, Poles. This, judging by the speech, did not recognize many by the language. The staff speaks different languages, everyone understands Russian. The food suited me, there is still no such variety at home. I preferred fish, it's always there. There are soups, porridge omelettes, vegetables in different variations. And acceptable meal times. On the first day, due to the night flight and the time difference, we slept for a long time during the day and overslept dinner, but when we arrived at the restaurant already at nine in the evening, there was still food and people were sitting. Twice we ordered dinner through a computer at the reception in a la carte restaurants, once in Italian, another time in fish on the beach.
One plus is the individual service of the waiters, and the food is the same as in the main restaurant. Additional dishes, such as shrimp, had to be paid already
Of the minuses, I can say that the lack of toilets on the beach was annoying, I had to go to the room. The plumbing in the room also needs to be updated.
I also did not like that in the water park the slides were turned on for only an hour from 3 to 4, in the very heat and at the same time they gave free ice cream. We've only been there once, it's far from our room. But there are many pools, and the deepest is also there.
Another minus is that on the beach in the bar free pizza and other food is ready only at 12.30, when everyone is already leaving the beach and lunch begins. And in the morning there are only drinks
. The saddest moment is that on the second day of our stay in Egypt, there was an accident with a shark on the beach in Hurghada, and this greatly affected the mood, it was scary to go into the water.
But when we were told that the water area of our beach was separated by a protective net, we began to swim calmly.

That coffee ends, then the dishes are clean??? ? all drinks seem to be diluted with water??????? ? And yesterday, tired after the tour, they could not get into the room for half an hour.
The keys did not work, we went to the reception three times, they gave us an “iron” key, and as soon as we entered the room (we were not in it since 8 am), we got into a huge puddle 3 cm deep and 2 rooms long (bathroom and corridor) flooded the cleaner apparently ((after another half an hour, grief, the staff came to save the room, smeared water, trampled water in the room and drove angry mosquitoes by night ??? ? in short, there weren’t big expectations, but the rest was completely ruined. I was in Egypt about 15 years ago, the same wooden doors, tired Well, in general, here a kind of s-s-stability is maintained for years.
