The hotel is cool, everything is very comfortable, everything was in order in the room from appliances and furniture, cleaning of course for 3, but this did not overshadow our vacation. Because there are many more benefits!
The restaurant is excellent, everything is delicious, special thanks to the bakery))), well, just wonderful pastries. The staff is friendly and fast! I really liked the animation! Especially pool games and beach party! Special thanks to Polina and her assistant, the children are entertained to the fullest, well done girls! Our favorite entertainment is a children's disco))).
The beach is clean, sand with sparkles, I see this for the first time! And what sunsets here! Just a song!!!
Went to the water park, cool! Everyone yelled)))) Pants full of emotions)))
I didn’t like the guests from Iran, they behave very impudently, noisy like gypsies.
We saw a quarrel between the Iranians at the reception, they yelled as if they were killing someone (((of course they were drunk. Fortunately, most of the guests are from England and Germany, there are no questions for them, adequate, friendly people).
I definitely recommend the hotel! We are planning to come back in September!
The territory is very large. Well, very much so. There are different enclosures, and it took us a little time to figure out all the passages, entrances and exits. The area is quite green. There are several pools. The animation there is active, you definitely won’t have time to get bored. For those looking for a sedate rest, the hotel may not be suitable.
The beach is nice, clean and wide enough. Lots of sun loungers, awnings and umbrellas, fresh water showers. There is a bar on the beach. The entrance to the sea is very gentle. To be honest, I had to walk in shallow water long enough to get to the depth and really cool water. But for tourists with children, this is a plus.
The food is quite good, it's hard to call it a masterpiece, but the fish is especially tasty. Enjoyed the variety of desserts. It was hard not to try everything. There is enough food, even at the very end of the dinner you can find something tasty, the food is constantly replenished (even fish and meat).
Many foreigners rest in the hotel, please note that there are many Turks. Kusadasi is one of the favorite resorts of the people of Turkey. If this bothers you, then choose another region.
In general, the hotel is positive, the children will have something to do, parents will also be able to enjoy it. The hotel is located in a rather secluded place, surrounded by nature.
Sea. The sea is clean, gently sloping coast, the beach is also clean. There is a bar on the beach, there are also tables with chairs, all under a canopy. The only negative is the sand! ! Sand with golden particles, but dark. Because of this, the sea itself seems dark, the bottom is almost invisible. But there is a pier, long enough. There is a shower on the beach, close to it there are toilets in special buildings, it is clean there, it does not stink.
There are children's clubs, quite interesting, with children there were always interesting classes, games, because. we went without children, we did not need it. The animation is good, a lot of fun for both children and adults, all in English/French/German. Since the hotel is dominated by such nationalities. There were foam parties, discos, games on the beach. In the evening, fireworks and a fire show with a disco. (once every 7 days).
There are shops in the hotel, the price tag is not very biting, but it is more profitable to go to Kusadasi, about 15 minutes by minibus for $ 2. There are many shops and a market. We bought a lot of useful and necessary things, if it were not for the luggage limit, we would have taken more : )
In general, we are very satisfied with the rest, I liked everything, except for the sand on the beach / sea.
Some flew to Bodrum (they say Izmir is closed to Ukraine). I took a ticket to the Tez Tour. We traveled by bus for more than 2 hours, but there were not many people, since our tourists Kusadasi is apparently not a very popular place to stay. After reading the reviews of other tourists upon arrival, I asked the accompanying guide to agree at the reception for a normal room (since there are no Russian-speaking staff in the hotel, and their English is broken, and I don’t shine with them - I had to remember my entire vocabulary during my stay at the hotel)) . The guide said that there are no rooms with a sea view in the hotel at all, so there is an option with a view of the pool or the garden, and you don’t have to pay extra for it. I chose a garden view, reporting five greens in my passport (I thought if there is no sea view, then it’s not worth reporting anymore). My friend and his son came with us - he did not pay extra - and the room got worse - we had a two-room apartment with two TVs, a double bed, a single bed and a sofa, and he had a one-room apartment with one TV and all the older stuffing (including air conditioning, plumbing, etc. ). And a familiar Belarusian arrived with his wife and two children, also did not report a present to his passport and ended up in a room with two single beds (! ) - then he ran and decided with the exchange. So in this hotel, a green piece of paper in the passport is a necessary thing during check-in.
To my surprise, the garden turned out to be thickets of reeds or sedges with a stream about 8 meters from the balcony. From there, sometimes a swampy smell sipped - but not critical, and it didn’t particularly cling to me. There are still rooms with a sea view in the hotel, but at an angle to the sea and almost all overlook the pools, where it is quite noisy and crowded. And we had complete silence, except for a rumbling car passing every day at about 8 o'clock in the morning, which we were very pleased with. To our surprise, we found whole gangs of turtles in the rivulet, which my little one fed with buns with pleasure, we even saw white herons there.
About the hotel. the territory is very large, there are 5 or six pools + for children, there is even a pool where you can’t come with children (apparently for lovers of peace and quiet), the territory itself is constantly licked, even every morning they level the sand on the beach with a cultivator (I still don’t understand the meaning of this procedures - apparently for beauty), the lawns are ideal, there are fountains, many different trees and flowers. Solid children's club: sports grounds, minicircus, cafe, microbeach by the pool, children's slides, etc. But it's bad that the animators don't speak Russian. Although it was on the drum for me, since the small one was not interested. The staff is polite, they cleaned every day - I changed a couple of bucks for lira - I left one at a time, the cleaners were happy.
Behind the hotel's fence there is a solid water park, where there are a couple of extreme slides, where you can hit your back and ass against the water - such speed. There are many slides, but there are queues for many. The son was delighted. Entrance for tourists of the hotel is free - which pleased, since the entrance to the neighboring water park (two kilometers away) is 40 euros, although they say it is very cool. The beach is sandy and large, there are a lot of tapchans, most of which are free, as well as near the pools - the whole gang of the hotel hangs out in the water park, so there is no impression that there are many vacationers in the hotel. There are small sparkles in the sand, which makes it look very original in the sun, and the water in the sea also glistens. Often there were waves, which greatly polluted the water (sand suspension rose from the bottom + brought algae) - this is a minus. The sea is shallow, but we swam on the pier - near it the depth is 1-40-1.50 m. The landscapes around are not bad - mountains and capes. We went on an excursion to Ephesus - we liked it very much, though the Turks constantly want to take you to the shops and sell some goods. Ephesus is very cool - ancient and large, and is located 10 minutes from the hotel. On the beach you can take a catamaran or kayak for free.
The food is tolerable: I personally preferred olives (there are 5-6 types of them), cheeses (they gave gouda, sheep cheese, and even parmesan and roquefort (! ), which pleased me. I was not particularly fond of meat, but it was also constant, but no frills: beef, lamb, fish. The hotel's pastries are not bad - varied and tasty, the same applies to local desserts. They gave fruits and vegetables - watermelons, apples, plums, pears, grapes, vegetables were worse - without much taste Purely subjectively, it seemed to me that in the Tropicana the choice of food was more true than in the Oasis - the hotel has two main canteens. Near each pool and on the beach there is a bar where you can eat and drink. Juices, water, cola, etc. - traditionally shitty. Local diluted beer and wine is quite possible to drink - in the heat it’s the very thing (it doesn’t hit your head like that. I didn’t drink strong hotel wine - I took Armagnac and whiskey in duty - which I was content with (I really brought the whiskey home - the heat doesn’t make you drink strong ).
Entertainment: in the evenings there were performances - tolerable for freebies, my friend and I saw a couple out of the corner of our eyes.
Summary. The hotel is definitely not disappointed - and that's good. Pros: normal food, large territory, solid water park, large kids club, many pools and bars, large beach, polite staff. Cons: often the sea was dirty, the lack of Russian-speaking staff (but this is not critical). I can recommend this hotel for a holiday.
The climate in Kusadasi is very comfortable, the sea was even warmer than that year. We had a great rest. I recommend it to everyone for REST WITH CHILDREN! Your kids will absolutely love it!
P. S. A friend from Thailand came and began to brag about what he ate there (grasshoppers are the most harmless thing on his menu! ), I ask: - how could you eat this muck? And he replies: "You should try what my wife cooks! The hotel is focused on the Netherlands and England, there is no cult of food, there is fast food (all children and adults are very fat) they don't care what to throw.
