The food is excellent - a buffet, each type of dish for 4, meat, fish, salads - whatever you want and take as much as you want, there are no restrictions, it's impossible not to eat, they cook deliciously. Ordinary people don't eat like that at home. . . especially when you see how they greedily collect a bunch of food and then take half of it to the trash. . . Only the spoiled and fattening can remain dissatisfied. The only negative is a small women's changing room in the pool, there are not enough hooks for clothes, it is very difficult to find a place without pushing to change clothes and leave quietly.
If you need treatment - go and do not be afraid... I believe that over time everything will be even better and I want to believe that treatment will remain accessible to ordinary people, otherwise they will buy out and make a five-star sanatorium - a hotel with appropriate prices, then you won’t even go and no one will complain here. . .
(hydropathic, brine baths), after talking with such people, one gets the impression that they are stuck somewhere far away in the last century, not greetings to you, not smiles, not a gram of politeness, but bitchiness is in abundance. I lived in the 1st building, instead of the "Standard" room they settled in the "Economy" room, my claims were accepted with hostility by the administrator, who feels very at ease, presumably feels support from the hotel owners, as they say "their people". But still, a huge gratitude to the owners of the hotel, for the fact that they are developing the Kuyalnik sanatorium, there is a great hope that minor everyday errors will be eliminated over time. Prosperity to the sanatorium "Kuyalnik"!! !
Great impression! Medical procedures are effective;
well-groomed green territory;
delicious, varied food in the dining room (buffet; lots of vegetables; amazing baked apples with raisins; fruit pilaf, pancakes, casseroles of 2-3 types, soups, borscht, milk porridge).
Friendly, sensitive, attentive medical staff (I would especially like to mention the psychotherapist Lyubina Lyudmila Anatolyevna and Galina Ivanovna in the balneary).
The sad exception was a 40-year-old blond haired woman at the clinic reception - she hates patients!
The elevators are working.
Our room 1239 in the first building was recently renovated, the floor is laminate, wonderful new beds, the bathroom is brand new. After 17 hours you can sunbathe on the balcony. It has not been updated yet, but not all at once.
If malfunctions occur, they are eliminated almost instantly.
You can get to the sea by a full bus for 5-7 hryvnias or normally - by a passenger car for 10 hryvnias.
Take mosquito repellant.
The only negative is that the music on the territory in the cafe "At Vaganych" thumps very loudly until 23:00.
So come. Relax, heal up.
Rimma,
Kyiv.
There are 2 elevators in total (one for even floors and one for odd ones). + 1 is written only for "wheelchair users", but everyone rode it, since a maximum of 4 people are in a regular elevator. In short, at rush hour, breakfast, lunch and dinner happened, and for 10 minutes you had to wait for the elevator to go up or down.
Dining room: for all the time (August 5-16) I did not see meat in its pure form. It was 1 time in soup (a tiny piece), with Italian pasta (20 grams no more) and I heard that 1 time there were meat cutlets, but I didn’t have time for them... Everything else is fried chicken (2 small pieces per person) , chicken liver, chicken hearts and chicken fucks. After a week of staying, I forgot the taste of meat and got used to it... There were queues for 20 minutes to take 3-4 ingredients to eat... (I think it is necessary to change the arrangement of dishes in the dining room . . )
Location of the sea: either 2.5 km walk to a bad dirty beach. either a minibus packed with 50 people on the Bogdan bus every half hour, or my uncle takes at lunch (13 and 13:30.2 times to a normal beach (Near the Pavlovs' house), but at least 70 people are also packed into this LAZ bus without a queue , although people take a queue, but no one observes it. And he takes it back (17 and 17:30).
There was an unfortunate incident. There are a lot of homeless animals on the territory (20 pieces of dogs and 40 pieces of cats throughout the territory). half are sterilized and half are not. Compassionate grandmothers and kind souls feed these animals. At one point, in front of my eyes, a dog gnawed through the spine of a 1-2 month old kitten and the kitten died in convulsions in her arms. No one (administrator, mini-market, estuary bar near Natalka) could not interrogate shovels to bury the animal... This poor cat the next day was lying near the road covered with flies... The spectacle is not for the faint of heart... It is necessary to solve the problem with homeless animals HUMANLY... (sterilize everyone)
Treatment: first they refer to a doctor according to the profile, then it will be considered the attending physician. I had a skin doctor (diagnosis "Ichthyosis"). And he already appoints procedures for the diagnosis. I had 2 procedures for my skin: mud applications and brine baths. + optional procedures (I had oxygen breathing, psychotherapy and electrosleep). All procedures are prescribed every other day. + Appointed to drink Kuyalnik mineral water before meals. There were no questions about the procedures for the service personnel, they tried to please everyone. The only thing I would like is that people go strictly at their appointed time, and do not climb out of line, because it is not convenient for them.
Gratitude to schoolchildren-students in the canteen, who gave 200 percent: I didn’t have time to put an empty cup on the table - they are already taking it away. I saw how people in need were given food and helped in every possible way.
I didn’t get into the city because the bus runs once an hour, packed to the hatch, and then until 6 pm... The general impression is NOT VERY, if it weren’t for the procedures, I don’t advise anyone to go... .
I wanted to talk about this. I am a neck injury and bought a room 'standard superior with a double bed' (http://kuyalnik. com. ua/nomera/standart-uluchshennyj-s-dvuspalnoj-krovatyu).
Naturally, there was no such room, and the stupid and rude administrator claimed that the room with two beds against the fact that I bought this was such a publicity stunt. After a series of arguments and a change of number, I calmed down and decided to save my nerves and adapt to what I have. The room was air-conditioned (Chinese Dakar) and at first it seemed to help me a lot from the temperature in the heat of 25 degrees and above. But after a week it became clear that the air conditioner was defective and even at a temperature of 25 degrees on it the room was supercooled. Since I didn’t feel it right away, I overcooled more than once and, according to the doctors’ diagnosis, I got pyelonephritis. Then, with a temperature in the morning, lying on a narrow bed that stood along the wall, I awkwardly pulled myself up or turned over on the narrow bed and scratched my side (thigh) into the bumpy surface of the wall, which began right at the level of the body. I think this is also a big violation of the design of the wall of the spinal room.
When my kidneys were treated, they noticed inflammation from scratches on my thigh (I think that's a bark beetle). The nurses just became afraid to prick me from the other side and that's it. Immediately no one even twitched to call the surgeon. In a day or two they promised to call a surgeon, but somehow he might come, or maybe not. However, no one was worried about my wreck, the surgeon did not come, I was unable to catch him, and it seemed that the doctors saw and understood that this was not a problem. Temperature 39 in the morning they attributed to the kidneys. To finish briefly, I ended up with cellulitis on my thigh (look it up on the internet). I suffered 4 days in a sanatorium, a day on the road, 2 more at home until I called an ambulance. I was cut and about 1 liter of pus flowed out. The treatment cost about 10 thousand hryvnia.
I think the doctors in the sanatorium knew about the problem and could solve it faster, but they didn’t want to.
After all, then it was necessary to put me in the hospital at the expense of the sanatorium, treat me, continue the tour and change the train ticket, this is not just unprofessionalism, but negligence. It will not work to condemn them, we live in the wrong country. I will not return to this pitch-black. And to everyone who wants, I advise you to be careful and respect yourself, and demand the right doctors without delay.
Vitaly
So if you decide to go to Kuyalnik, be prepared for such roommates! And better look at another sanatorium, you will be healthier!
There are huge queues in the balneary. There is a live queue in the mud department No. 1, so everyone comes early and takes a queue, those who are at 14-00 can come at 10-00. There were 2 men with me. The queue is not regulated by the nurse. As a result, the queue for 2 hours. In the mud department No. 2, nurse Natalia Aleksandrovna will tell you that you must arrive 20 minutes before. before the procedure, and to the objection that at this time you have another procedure in the clinic, they will explain that this is not their problem. It is not clear whether the receptionists know about this when they schedule the time for the procedures.
In building No. 1, repairs are underway on the 2nd floor, there is a roar throughout the building, it will not be possible to relax after the procedures, even on Saturday. Garbage under the windows. It is better to live in building number 2. but they clean up very badly. On the 8th floor, Tonya did not wash the floor and plumbing for 5 days, she washed it after a reminder, but there were still clouds of dust under the beds.
Dining room - darkness, cockroaches in the bread and squash caviar saw themselves, very dirty. Can serve sour foods.
They wrote about the "Armenian gang" in the reviews. Who works in cash-related places? Who in the pool takes money from everyone? Who takes 30 UAH. canteen pass deposit? Who accepts money at the reception when a vacationer purchases a ticket entirely for his own money? By the way, payment is not made through a bank, there is no receipt or check. And the medical cards that are issued are not a financial reporting document.
Wi-Fi is only on the first floor, and very weak when there are a lot of people.
