What food did we pay for?

Procedures are not cheap. 20-30% of the room price can be charged for medicine. Without exaggeration, the infrastructure is the best in Ukraine. There is everything for active and passive recreation. Their boorish behavior was accompanied by swearing, despite the fact that among us there was a child and two girls, one of which was pregnant! According to them, we aroused suspicion by the fact that we entered the hotel territory not through the main entrance. Maybe the complex itself corresponds to "5 *", but the attendants, in particular, security, do not exactly correspond to the level. In my opinion, their place is to guard eateries.

6. For that kind of money, they could at least include a couple of bottles of wine in the diet, for appetite.
7. The pool is both outside and inside are good (Cool). The temperature of the water in the pool inside is normal, but when you leave the pool in the room, the air conditioners work very hard in places. The result is that the child is ill. The water outside is a bit cold for the kids.
8. On the street, I would like a good playground with a rubber coating for playing football, basketball, volleyball. Not only old and sick people come for treatment and rest. . .
On the previous review, I’ll write that I bought a washing vacuum cleaner, they wash the carpet on the floors.

The problem is that hotel employees do not read our reviews and do not take any action. One gets the impression that they are not worried about the hotel, whether it will be considered one of the best in Ukraine. Will it be at least 70% similar to those RIXOS hotels located in other countries (at least Turkish). The hotel was built and the first year the Turks worked in it.
So far, only the price is similar to 5* hotels in other countries.
For my part, I 50% want to go there with my family. Let's hope that not Ukrainian, our native mentality, indifference, lowered the rating of the hotel, to the smell of Soviet deputies. Both staff and guests are to blame.
