We have vacationed in Turkey many times before the pandemic and have always enjoyed our holidays. But we have never encountered such negativity in any country. I decided to warn other vacationers so that their vacation would not be as spoiled as ours. In St. Petersburg, when choosing a tour, we were faced with the fact that all travel agencies want to sell tours only from Pegas, ignoring other tour operators, explaining that you can not fly in Turkey with other tour operators. … More ▾ We have vacationed in Turkey many times before the pandemic and have always enjoyed our holidays. And the prices from Pegas SPb LLC are going through the roof! Tour for a week in a 3-star hotel was more expensive than before in 5 stars for 2 weeks! So we paid 76 thousand rubles for this tour for a week in 3-stars! We read the reviews about this hotel and half of them were good and decided to take it. We didn’t know that there were 2 hotels with the same name in Kemer, and this hotel mimics a good hotel and the reviews do not apply to it (we learned about this upon arrival from tourists from Moscow, who also bought into the reviews). And now the story of that "unforgettable" vacation.
As soon as we arrived at the hotel, we heard the heart-rending cries of a girl from Novosibirsk, who screamed that she had paid 100 thousand rubles for a week. for one person, and the hotel has no warm water to wash your hair, dirt and no delicious food and drinks. But none of the staff reacted to her hysteria. After talking, we learned that tourists from Perm for 2 people. paid 48 thousand rubles for 2 weeks of rest. at the Teztur tour operator, tourists from Moscow paid 70 thousand for 2 weeks. Our hair stood on end, as Pegasus SPb profited from us, since it takes longer to fly from Perm. But all the tourists were horrified by the hotel!! ! Terrible dirt in the dining room, the food is meager and tasteless, only soy, no meat. Tea is brewed three times, terrible coffee, beer and wine, no juices, crayfish. Two more scandals were heard from tourists about the dirt! But those were just flowers!
Yes, I also forgot to write that we were not wearing hotel bracelets upon arrival (they just forgot) and we paid for sunbeds on the beach from other hotels for two days, until my husband found out that on our beach (which is a little further) they are free, but needed bracelets.
Since there is a pandemic in the world now, the all-inclusive system has a great reason to save money for hotels: all the food is served by the canteen waiter, except for cheap grass. He must do this in a mask and gloves, but this is not about our hotel. The function of the waiter was not to give a lot of food in one hand and be rude. So every evening all the tourists came ahead of time and at exactly 19.30 ran to the distribution to take a turn, otherwise a piece of chicken liver or offal would not be enough (earlier it was impossible even to take a plate for a minute) By the way, there were not enough tables either, so they came ahead of time to occupy the tables! And so it all happened at breakfast, when I was alone at the distribution (no queue), and my husband took plates and cutlery at a distance. I look, the waiter looks at me with some impudence (I also paid attention in my soul to his not kind look). I ask me to put two types of cheese and two types of olives. He put the cheese in, and then he takes a large handful of butter in sachets and throws it on my plate on my food. Sort of like "get it! " I’ll scream at the whole dining room from such rudeness that I paid such a huge amount of money to be so rude to me! I remembered that even earlier this waiter put an unpeeled egg right into my porridge, all the time he raises a plate of food so high that you would reach for it. It was such an attitude that somewhere in Africa they give me free humanitarian aid and mock at the needy. And it's for our money! Then the manager of the canteen ran up and began to remark to me: “What are you shouting for? ” I explained everything to him. But he did not say anything to the waiter, he offered to translate my story to the senior manager. I told him everything. He listened and said nothing. I thought this waiter was going to be fired, but no such luck.
In general, we wrote a complaint to Pegas through the hotel manager, asking to be transferred to another hotel. But they didn't answer for three days. But apparently they still contacted our hotel, at least the managers of the dining room began to apologize - adult men, but not this 17-year-old waiter, he refused to do this. In the dining room, apparently due to our complaint in the evening, one crushed fried fish, and once chicken wings. Already, when there were 3 days left until the end of our weekly vacation, Pegas offered us to move to another hotel, which is located far from the sea and also not very serviceable. We have already refused to go anywhere.
And this waiter quit the day before we left. Apparently he didn't want to work.

1) After the pandemic in Turkey, there are almost no tourists from Europe (Germans, British, etc. ), only Russians, Ukrainians and Belarusians. And the service has become such a low level, below the plinth. We apparently do not deserve a different attitude in their understanding. German tourists and their tour operators disciplined the Turks. Our tour operators do not protect our rights. They just got pissed off!!!
2) The hotel does not care about its reputation at all. Apparently it changes its name every year. So be careful if you don't want to spoil your holiday! Next year it will change its name, perhaps again hiding under the name of a good hotel.
3) Do not buy tours from Pegasus! You will pay 2-3 times more money than this hotel is actually worth. They decided to impudently make money on the fact that the Russians are essentially not allowed anywhere, in the Crimea and Sochi there is a flood. There is no choice, they will pay any money, even for a barn! How can you work with such hotels? How can you profit from tourists like that? I want to note that the Ukrainians all rested in 4 and 5 star hotels. And these were the simplest people. That is, for them, the price of tours was quite small, affordable for everyone, and they did not have to stoop to such "garbage heaps", since their tour operators do not shamelessly profit from tourists!

1) Our flight was NIGHT, so when you check into this hotel, do not count on the fact that you will be FEED! We had to look hungry at night for the first nearby cafe.

2) The room itself is CLEAN but small. You can't hear your neighbors, you sleep well. Cleaning was 2 p. for 6 days.

3) POWER G...WNO! Sorry for the expression. Soy sausages from which then heartburn, it's terrible. Plasticine nuggets, because they still manage to make SALADS out of them for dinner! It's better not to eat there at all. There was no meat, there were no cutlets, not even pasta, there was only one choice for tea, these were small incomprehensible round cakes that you couldn’t take in your mouth. Of the fruits, only WATERMELON and PLUM. The cooks and waiters were without masks and gloves, they put everything on us, their clothes were dirty. COMPLETE UNSANITATION.

4) SEA. Walk 15 minutes to it. There is no beach from the hotel.
The beach is a bit dirty to be honest, we went to the Moonlight Park and paid $5 for a sunbed and felt human.

5) Huge + is the location of the hotel. Directly 10 minutes from the center, 10 minutes from the club.

We only spent the night at the hotel. We only went to the restaurant for dinner.

Nuggets for lunch, nuggets for dinner, and so on all days, zucchini, eggplant, salad with tomatoes and cucumbers, etc. One day the bulgur was sour, and not only it. When Lydia cleaned the rooms, everything was ok, but then they took the youth and the cleaning came to naught. But it's still half the trouble. Somehow I go into the shower, and then the voice, louder than we say, from above in the room, the neighbor of the upper floor was also in shock. I have never seen such audibility anywhere, it’s scary to go to the toilet. You look up and see the light of the neighbors, it’s good that at least you can’t see each other. After talking with many, it turned out that when they go to the shower in the room above, water drips on your head. The coffee was still on the stairs.
Wi-fi is free, again, it worked fine in the first days, then I didn’t have it at all, if only a little in the bar. The beach is 10-15 minutes on foot, we went in for 10. The hotel opposite did not work right away, we went there, but from 01.07 they began to prepare it for opening, put sunbeds and had to go to our own. No bus carries, as it was in other years, judging by the reviews. The sea is excellent, but when there was a wind, it was dirty, masks float and various garbage.
To sum up: We are not picky tourists and we understand very well that this is 3, not 4, although some had 4 stars in vouchers. They did not want and did not expect the supernatural, but having paid a lot of money, they did not want it.

I'll start with accommodation. We arrived at the hotel at 7 pm, there was no one at the reception. We stood for about ten minutes, waited for the employees, then went to look for at least someone for registration. It turns out that they had dinner, and this is more important than the guests who arrived.
The bartender set us up. He gave the keys to the room, scanned the passports and again ran behind the bar.
Went up to the room - one bed. The voucher has a note: two separate beds. We return the keys to the counter, then the manager came up (apparently), gives the key to another room, we rise - we meet the floor strewn with broken glass + a running tap in the toilet + hair on the sink from someone's shaving. We return with a question about cleaning the room. We were pretty tired after flights and a long transfer, we think - they will clean up and we will call in, it was not there. The manager got up with us, swept the fragments under the bed with his foot, opened the water in the sink, spilled all over, freaked out and went to the reception. We follow him - staying in this room is not an option.
Gives the key to the third room with the words "there are no other rooms in the hotel. " Number got 103, this is with a balcony to the parking lot. I must say right away that there was silence from the street, which cannot be said about the soundproofing between the rooms on the side and above. No soundproofing in the rooms. You can hear everything and everyone, get ready to participate in all the physiological processes of your neighbors.
The room has dirty beds, that's just dirty after past guests. Here I barked... He agreed that the linen had not been changed, and the room itself had not been cleaned, but brought clean sheets and towels. We installed and changed everything ourselves. There was a deep puddle on the floor in the bathroom with the smell of sewerage - the drain worked every other time. We threw dirty towels there and thus demarcated the space. Refrigerator didn't work, TV didn't turn on. The air conditioner was cold in one mode of blowing exactly to bed. Inside the air conditioner, the blades were broken so that the flow of icy air could be redirected, apparently many had already tried to do this before us.
Having finished the epic with the settlement, we go up for dinner and understand that we were late. Less than an hour has passed since the start of dinner - the distribution tables are empty. What immediately caught my eye was the lack of any action regarding cleanliness and hygiene. They don’t even think about “antique events” at the hotel) The hotel guide from Pegasus himself asked to write a complaint about the hotel to the Turkish Ministry of Tourism, complain about this hotel. Here is such a strange relationship between TO and the hotel.

In Club Park Marina Hotel 3 * there is a constant struggle with flies and other flying evil spirits for food. Tables are not cleaned, cutlery is not washed properly. Dishes with multiple chips and cracks. Sticky dirt on the tables and ashes from cigarette butts.
The food itself leaves much to be desired. . . weathered salads (grass), sour cucumbers and sour tomatoes. It is better not to take ready-made dishes (cold) at all, what is mixed there is not clear.
There are practically no hot dishes. An exception is porridge of an incomprehensible consistency and composition for breakfast. Lunch is a mash-up of chicken and vegetables, usually generously flavored with pepper. For dinner - fried chicken with the same vegetables or french fries.
Employees impose portions themselves, and they impose one spoon each, saving for themselves. We lingered on the first day after lunch in this dining room, and saw how the hotel staff greedily pounced on the leftover food after the guests.
At breakfast, we were saved by stocks of bread) they cut fresh loaves themselves in unlimited quantities, and smeared them with sweet syrups, because it was not possible to determine the taste of jam. THEY ALL HAVE THE SAME TASTE - sweet. Alcohol is disgusting. . .
The beer is slightly sour, the men swore loudly and demanded to pour it into glassware, and not into disposable glasses. I can’t say anything about the wine, but according to the impressions of the neighbors on the table - “shmurdyak is poured from barrels”.
There is no food for children.
In the morning, people complained about "sick stomachs", they ran for strong tea.
Pool with muddy water did not cause any desire to even look in his direction. And the music, screaming until 22:00 Morgenshtersh, something from a similar repertoire started from 9 in the morning in the column by the pool - this is hotel animation.
Against the backdrop of carelessness, dirt and inattention to the problems of guests, I liked the employee of the hotel hammam. Polite enough, unobtrusive, shook his head crushingly, agreeing with the complaints of the hotel guests. I can’t say anything about the hammam - we didn’t go.
Internet only at the reception. I won’t say anything about the speed of work, etc. , we fly with a mobile phone. People sat with periodic foul language - "did not pull. "
The road to the sea takes all 15 minutes, and the distance is not less than an even kilometer. We realized this after we moved to another hotel, and there were still a good hundred meters to the Club Park Marina Hotel beach.
There is not much around the hotel. Parking lot and wasteland.
Walk from the hotel about 10 minutes to the center and all the shopping along the beach street, also on Thursday comes the local clothing market.

Of the shortcomings, in our opinion, the fact that the staff did not know Russian well, sometimes only Turkish. But there were also guys who communicated well in English. In general, for the money we paid, this hotel defends itself.

The cold table also did not shine with variety, half was occupied by tomatoes, cabbage, cucumbers and greens and variations from them, the second - zucchini, eggplant, peppers and variations from them.
We must pay tribute to the chefs were full, because everything was delicious and almost everyone ate.
Breakfast is very poor eggs and fried sausages or sausages, a lot of muesli breakfast cereals and nothing has been fried for 7 days. Of the fruits, one species is more often apples. The tables are small, often cheese and olives (and their choice is also small 4 types of cheese and 2 olives and black olives) were only for breakfast dinner.
For dinner, they fried fish once, nuggets once, and all in 7 days!!!

The beach is far away, 20 minutes walk to the entrance to Kemer near the botany resort 4 *. BAR. Beer like nothing but cloudy as unfiltered periodically acidified, there is still gin, vodka, red and white wine, the bartender makes cocktails.
