"Summer Yard" is a paradise for those who really want to relax. Nature is a thrill. Go to the sea with a "baby step" min. 5, but they were not noticed, the daughter climbed on her own at her 3 years old. Even if we take into account the reverse rise-steps. Walking through the Alupka park is a delight. The air is clean; you walk and every time you see something new.

Cafes on every corner, many inexpensive canteens with good homemade food. We did not stay hungry. As for "Karamba": the guys are very friendly, attentive; everything is fine, the food is delicious. But the prices are expensive - in a word RESTAURANT. We left the discount as a tip. The rooms of the boarding house are clean, comfortable. Near each room there is a table and chairs, it's nice to have a coffee early in the morning)). Cleaned daily, changed bedding and towels. The staff is friendly, polite. Wait for us next year))).

My beloved and I visited the "Summer Courtyard" for the second time this year. I liked everything very much - we had a comfortable rest for an inexpensive price (300 UAH for two per day in the middle of the season) - I think this is the best place to stay in terms of price and quality. Very cozy patio. A wonderful private beach from an expensive hotel, where the residents of the "Summer Yard" were let in for a small fee (50 UAH for two per day on sunbeds), where you are not afraid to leave your iPhone in your bag and go swimming.

We spent the morning and afternoon on this beach, we had lunch in an excellent cafe on the breakwaters behind huge sofas, where we comfortably climbed with our feet and waited out the heat for a delicious salad, a glass of dry ice wine and ice cream, my husband really liked pancakes with salmon there so I recommend it. The hotel residents are given a 10% discount on the Karamba cafe, but even this discount does not help much - because the prices there are high, although the food is tasty, we were very surprised by the price for the Ai-Petri herbal tea, a small teapot of which cost us 47 UAH Well, I definitely recommend Alupka cafe to everyone in the evening. . A great place with insanely delicious kebab (pickled onions are very tasty with it) and the best live music I've ever heard.

We came to Alupka for the first time. We were very pleased with our stay in the "Summer Yard", for a very low price we had a comfortable and cozy room with air conditioning, good repair!! ! TV, refrigerator. They cleaned the room every day, which was surprising. The courtyard is very quiet and calm, the hotel itself is in the city center, close to the sea and the park.

In June 2012, we rested in the Summer Courtyard in a double room 2. We rested in Alupka for the first time. The room had everything as promised on the site - a shower, air conditioning, a refrigerator, a kettle, new furniture, constant cleaning in the room and on the territory, constant change of towels (which was very surprising) The hotel is located in the center, but music and noise do not interfere.

You need to go to the sea through the Vorontsovsky park. The beaches are all small and rocky (in the water), it is better to go to the paid ones (the staff suggests) We were satisfied with the rest.

We rested in the summer courtyard in March 2009. Just a fairy tale, we were pleasantly surprised: the room cost 180 UAH, the room had air conditioning, a normally equipped shower room, a kettle, a refrigerator. Naturally, there was a pleasant aftertaste and a desire to return. Arrived now for 2 days. There were no "places" in the Summer Courtyard, they suggested Arzamas - they say, the same thing, only better: rooms with balconies and in general.

Arrived now for 2 days. There were no "places" in the Summer Courtyard, they suggested Arzamas - they say, the same thing, only better: rooms with balconies and in general...
From the good: Great location, outside the window - a shady park. Balconies are really available, very spacious, with a plastic table and chairs. There is a kettle in the room. In principle, the room is in good repair.
Short description. A long corridor, on the sides of the door - obviously, a former Soviet boarding house. The rooms are renovated, but the doors and windows are ugly - an atavism of the Soviet era. Apparently, they saved a lot of money on repairs - the shower room is all cracked, the toilet is staggering, water from the faucet flows in a thin stream...
It immediately became clear that the remote control from the TV set did not work - okay, let's do it without the remote control. Without a remote control - "oh, well, I just worked, and now something is not rattling, damned machine... ". Moved to another room with TV. As compensation - there was no air conditioning. But there were cats. They were fed on the balcony (the very famous balcony. . . )
The jokes started later. First of all, we learned that the basin in the toilet does not play a decorative role at all - and its purpose is not even to rinse wet swimsuits. It's just that the toilet doesn't drain.
The next morning I decided to take a shower. Bad idea - the water ran out as soon as I lathered...
And yes: you have to pay for all the pleasures - all of the above cost us 250 UAH per day (although there were 236 on the site at that time, and we agreed initially at this price... )
I sincerely hope that this is only Arzamas - it sucks, but it's still cool in the Summer Yard...

Inside is a beautiful courtyard with palm trees and other southern plants. Near each room there are tables, benches and clothes dryers. The rooms are clean, renovated, hot water around the clock. It was very nice that air conditioners were installed in all the rooms for our arrival, which turned out to be most welcome - the heat was unbearable. I was especially surprised by the hotel staff - all polite and attentive. I would like to say special thanks to the maid Tatyana, she cleaned and took out the trash every day, and she could also be contacted on any issue. You don’t have to worry about the safety of things, we kept money and passports in the room and nothing was lost.
Once my husband forgot his mobile phone right on the table near our room, we remembered this only in the evening. When they returned, everything was safe and sound. So I highly recommend, the price is small and the conditions are very good.

We were in this hotel with my family (wife and small child) in April 2009, lived in a suite. I liked it very much. This year we decided to come again, only in season. We arrived in the evening, without prior arrangement or reservation. They asked for available rooms, you could choose what you want a suite or a regular one. We started talking about price. During the conversation, the season began abruptly and, accordingly, the price increased by 100 UAH. (this despite the fact that in this so-called hotel there were free rooms, go choose which one you want !!! ). Okay, we decided to stay for a day (although this is also relative, we checked into the room at 6 pm, you need to vacate the room before 11 pm, while the price is the same as for a day). We settled in a room with a "beautiful" view of the stone wall and a terrible stuffiness (at least they ventilated the room, well, for decency or something). Let's go to the beach. Upon arrival, we decided to dry our wet things and then it turned out that there was nowhere to hang them. All vacationers near the rooms were drying clothes. We found that aunt, the cat. was engaged in our resettlement and also asked for the same drying. For a long time she could not understand why we need drying. I had to explain to the woman that we were on the beach and after we bought wet swimwear from us, the cat. there is nowhere to dry. To which they received the answer that the clothes dryers are over and now she will hang her wet clothes on a wire, if there is room left, then please hang whatever you want. Service-Super! Everything for vacationers. In general, after such a "warm" reception, at 7 o'clock in the morning we vacated the room and went to look for normal conditions with the same normal attitude. More in the "Summer Yard" no foot. As there is no season, so everyone is polite and caring, but as the season, in the eyes of money is money, how to bring down more, and provide less services.

Were in the hotel in 2008 in August! ! Everything was very enjoyable. the nature around is wonderful, cozy courtyard, the room is true. Cleaned up every day. The only thing we were lucky to get was a room with air conditioning, although we did not order and did not pay extra. The staff is very friendly and accommodating! Nearby and shops and cafes and restaurants and pharmacies, located in the heart of the infrastructure of Alupka.

Nearby and shops and cafes and restaurants and pharmacies, located in the heart of the infrastructure of Alupka. The beach is a 5-10 minute walk down. We swam on a paid beach, which was advised by the hotel staff, for which we thank them.
Nearby in 5 minutes walk the Vorontsov Palace and the park adjacent to it, which will not leave you indifferent!!!
Everyone was satisfied! If possible, we will go there again!

Alupka is a very beautiful place, a large beautiful park, the Vorontsov Palace - perhaps this is all that one could admire... It’s about 400-500 meters to the sea, but the benefit is that it was comforting because of the beauties of the park, this hotel does not have its own beach, only the city one - which is so small that places are occupied there from 7 in the morning, at 9 in the morning you will not have the possibility to put even a package with things that just go for a dip! To get to the sea, I had to go to the right of the city beach to the wild one, where the entire coast is covered with large stones - it’s problematic to lie down comfortably to dry, sunbathe.

Meals were included with us: you will go to the dining room, which will plunge you into the realities of the Soviet dining room: dirty broken dishes, the menu also leaves much to be desired, as a rule, after dinner there was a trip to a cafe or to a store.
The room was cramped (only space for a bed and a fridge), it was stuffy, the windows of most rooms overlook a concrete wall, behind which a dog starts barking at dawn - an early rise, and opposite this hotel there is a very popular and noisy bar in which the music played so loudly that it was possible to fall asleep only with the closure - about 2 o'clock in the morning, in general, there were still 4 hours to sleep in stuffiness, because the air was stagnant because of the concrete wall outside the window...
I had to ask the staff several times to take out the garbage from the room.
Bottom line: fatigue had accumulated so much during this vacation from constant stuffiness and lack of sleep that I was already impatient to end this vacation and get home...
