We found a hotel on the Internet, contacted the administrator and received an answer to all questions. When we arrived very early in the morning, under the rain, we were met and accommodated very friendly. The room is the same as in the photo, everything matches and the view from the balcony too. The room is spacious for three. There is a closed loggia and a balcony. High partitions and neighbors are not visible. Can be heard, but no one made noise. View from the window: mostly park and greenery. A small piece of the sea is visible from two rooms. No roofs are visible. Mostly trees, birds and squirrels in them. There is no road under the hotel, so it's quiet. Outsiders do not go, because the territory is fenced. In general, so secluded, not a bunch of houses around, as usual in the Crimea. The hotel itself is a simple rectangular shape. There is a corridor in it, from it there are doors to the rooms. No reception. (I liked it, but someone else, on the contrary, is a matter of taste). There is a TV, smooth board. Excellent bathroom in the room. Cleaning regularly. The location of the hotel is very good, it is a little away from the center, 5 minutes walk. Close to the bus station and the church, if you're interested. Not far from the sea, but by the standards of Alupka, there are no houses in Alupka right by the sea. The hotel is at the level of the center in height, you can roughly estimate the distance on the map. Very successful, quiet, secluded option! Good for family and company. Thanks to the administration, very friendly and hospitable attitude.

Hello everyone. I had a chance to relax a little in Alupka, namely in Arzamas. First about the hotel. My family and I liked everything (the family rested for 10 days, I got three days) and everything worked out. The water is hot and cold all the time, the air conditioner works, there is a TV and a refrigerator (large). garbage. about ten minutes on foot slowly from the center, but there is no loud noise from the taverns. In Alupka, we met a woman from Belarus, so she just almost cried, she lived near the "Tropics" and there is always a party in the evening, the music yells all over Alupka, says that it’s impossible to sleep at night. So everything is fine with the location near Arzamas, it’s quiet, calm, cars don’t drive under the hotel, the center and shops are nearby. And as for the shortcomings of Arzamas, we didn’t look for them, we tried to spend less time in the room.
Now about Alupka. I really liked the town itself, narrow crooked streets, old houses, palm trees on the streets, above the city of Ai-Petri. But the first impression when I got to the city was chaos on the roads in the center, but then I got used to it. (I was driving from Simferopol to private minibus-taxi to the bus station for 75 UAH, driving approx. , 2.5 hours)
The city is more or less clean, but sometimes there were heaps of garbage. (But mostly it is the fault of the tourists themselves, throw an empty bottle, garbage on the ground, and not bring it to the trash can)
About shops - everything, in principle, is on sale, the prices are quite normal for a resort in the summer. About pubs, there were several, the average bill (with alcohol) for three adults plus a child is 500 UAH. As for the beach, we swam mainly on Lazurny, from Arzamas through Vorontsovsky Park for about 20-25 minutes.
I read before the trip that Alupka is difficult continuous descents and ascents to the beaches, but I personally don’t think so, there was nothing tiring. About the sea, it is amazing, very clean, warm, turquoise. In general, just great! As everyone knows, in Alupka there is a Vorontsovsky park and a palace, a very beautiful place, it is especially pleasant to go to the beach and back through the park. . , per person. At the end of the park, the final minibus to Yalta and the Massandra wine store and tasting room.
Also there you can go to the city beach of Alupka, the beach is not bad, there are sun loungers, umbrellas for rent, there are taverns, a slide for descending into the water (5 UAH at a time) The slide on the beach is just super, while flying to the water it became a little scary, but the sea of impressions. To the right of the city beach is a wild beach, you have to go into the water among huge stones, preferably in slippers, but there you can jump from large stones.
We went to the Swallow's Nest, from Alupka by minibus to Yalta from the park for 20 minutes for 5 UAH.
We were also on Ai-Petri, we went there by car at the price of a cable car - 60 UAH per person. (if you get sick, then go better by cable car)
Upstairs there is a large bazaar with souvenirs and other junk and a bunch of taverns with Tatar and other food that is cooked on the street on fire. Shurpa, pilaf - 30 UAH, portion, a glass of wine 10 UAH, barbecue - 45-50 UAH, and much more. Excursion to the cave - 50 UAH, you can also ride horses, quad bikes, camels. If you buy something from souvenirs, then it’s better to walk around the market, look at the prices. The difference for the same thing can reach 30 UAH or more.
We descended back on the cable car, a little scary, very high, 60 UAH, a ticket for an adult. But after lunch, the line was huge, we stood for two hours.
We ate mainly in Magnolia, everything was delicious and normal, we never poisoned ourselves, the average bill for three with the first and second was 150 UAH.
We also wanted to travel around the South Coast, but there was no time, next time.
In general, the rest was a success, we took a bunch of pictures, if I can lay them out.
If you have any questions, I'm ready to answer.
Alupka, Arzamas thanks for the rest!

For people with modest incomes, "Arzamas" is quite an acceptable place with all the necessary accessories in order to tidy up after the sea, walks and travels. Well, those spoiled by luxury and lying around until noon will never be satisfied with anything. It is truth.

My daughter and I lived in Arzamas on June 12-20.2011. We liked the room. Everything corresponded to the photos on the Arzamas website, clean, thought out for the convenience of living - a wardrobe with a large mirror in the corridor at the entrance, good lighting, a sufficient number of e-mail. sockets, etc.

We express special gratitude to Nadezhda, who is listed as a maid, but in fact she represents all the staff at the hotel, it was thanks to her kindness, attentiveness and unobtrusiveness that we felt very comfortable on vacation in Alupka.
The hotel is very conveniently located, near the bus station, in the other direction and also near Vorontsov Park, with very dense buildings in Alupka, no one looked into our windows, they breathed clean air, only trees and a piece of the sea were visible from the balcony, music and noise did not interfere sleep. The sea is close, but not to go in a straight line, in 15 minutes. got to the beach.
If you plan to walk in the dark, stock up on a flashlight, because. in the resort towns of the post-Soviet space, at best, only the central street is illuminated)))
We ate on our own in a cafe and bought food, because. There is a small fridge and kettle in the room. We didn't have time to watch TV, we just checked that it was working.
We were very pleased with our choice of hotel! In Arzamas we got what we wanted - comfort and relaxation.

In the summer of 2009 I had a chance to get into this wonderful hotel with the proud name "Arzamas"! The slogan of this hotel is “WANT TO RUIN YOUR HOLIDAY? – WE WILL DO IT FOR YOU! ” Klopovnik what else to look for !! ! Arzamas is located far from where it is positioned - from Lenin Square (this is the center of Alupka, where there is light and civilization and where Frunze Street goes) in complete darkness, stumbling over all sorts of incomprehensible engineering structures sticking out of the asphalt, walk for about 15 minutes.

Klopovnik what else to look for !! This building, reminiscent of industrial warehouses, is located on the territory of the almost deceased Solnechny boarding house. The area around "Arzamas" resembles the ruins of the end of World War II! Further - more and more interesting! The corridor in this one-story building is a la KGB basement corridors from films about Chekists, in which they tortured and tortured with a lamp right in the eye.
The room type "LUX" - wooden painting doors and windows from my grandmother's time with slots that you can stick your hand through. Through these gaps all the flora and fauna climbs around the clock from the bushes that come close to the balconies! There are no views from the room, except for some thorns on the bushes. Floors, walls, ceilings, a bed and a sofa in the room - in ants, centipedes, incomprehensible midges with wings, etc... The cracks in the floor are plugged with newspapers (it can be seen that the mice are left to read). The locks on the doors are opened with a screwdriver. No concierge and/or security! All around the clock, everything is open. In the room there is a leaflet with the inscription "ADMINISTRATION IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SAFETY OF THINGS".
After all this, neither the telly as much as 5 channels, nor the shower with hot water and overgrown with fungus, nor the chic double bed with protruding springs do not give any pleasure! And it was a deluxe room!
Fortunately, the next day, after a short search, we moved to a hotel with a gorgeous view of the sea (sometimes we even saw dolphins from the room in the sea), mountains and a magnificent park! ; ))
In Alupka there are worthy hotels with a gorgeous view of the sea and the Vorontsov Park and Palace. There are places to rest, but I do not advise you to spoil your vacation in Arzamas.

I rested with my mother and child in Arzamas from November 2 to 7. Last night we were robbed. They pulled out all the food (prepared for the train) from the refrigerator. Refrigerators are on the balconies there. In the morning we woke up and informed the attendants about this. We left early in the morning and there was nowhere to buy food, and we spent all the money, so we asked for some money or food, because from the last (already paid in advance) breakfast, we refused.
