Dear readers who dream of a good holiday, I want to warn you against choosing this hotel. Our stay at this hotel was so uncomfortable that it is difficult to name any individual shortcomings in the hotel. EVERYTHING is bad! I have been to many places and lived in different ways, but after such an experience, I earned myself the fear of finding myself at least once in a similar place.

The hotel itself looks like an old Soviet hospital hospital - inside everything is in light paint with stains. The furniture in the rooms (we survived as many as 2), and in the lobby, and in the dining room - old, with scratches, chips, peeling off the coating. Sofas are dirty.
The first room to which we were sent upon arrival at night was called by them "bungalow". The "bungalow" in this hotel is a barn-like extension with extremely low ceilings (it was cramped for us 3 petite girls) with the same dumb, hastily painted walls and a window boarded up with old boards (! ) . The second small window overlooked a vacant lot with weeds, some construction equipment and garbage.
You can imagine our shock at the sight of this dwelling. We immediately contacted the reception and met another 5-6 Russian-speaking people there, who were also shocked by their rooms. The receptionist, who half an hour ago chatted with me in French (I speak this language perfectly), suddenly suddenly stopped understanding it, as well as English. Attempts to solve something lasted until one in the morning, when a representative of the hotel owner came out and promised that we would be resettled in the morning. We were really resettled, only not in a day or two, but almost a week later - in a room with a non-working old TV on the 3rd floor of the main building. It was incomparably better, although it was also far from our idea of a 3-star hotel. We stayed there until we left.
We were fed disgustingly all this time. And I'm not talking about personal preferences in food. The food is extremely scarce. There are very few fruits, sweets, side dishes. Drinks are almost non-existent. Yuppies and tea bags. We bought absolutely all the water and juices ourselves. The main breakfast menu is a cake (every day they almost ate only it, because no one got poisoned by it, unlike other positions), some extremely oily croissants, cereal, rarely a little sausage or ham, reminiscent of paper, sometimes watermelon, unripe apricots or melons. From drinks - yuppies, teas (we drank chamomile), coffee.
At lunch - it is not clear what stewed vegetables are floating in oil, cheap fried fish, sometimes potato wedges. For dessert - a fruit salad made from half-eaten fruit for breakfast, sometimes cakes (they were delicious). One of the shocks of the rest was for us rot in a container of stew, lying at the very bottom. After that incident, it became scary to eat there at all something for lunch.
Dinner - everything that was not consumed at lunch. Again - a lot of stale products mixed with something fresher.
Only once there was some kind of evening party in the hotel and there was delicious food: grilled meat, various sweets, cakes. It seems that this was timed to coincide with the arrival of the owner of this establishment, who, by the way, is not at all interested in his affairs. We, the guests, did not arrange such a holiday again.
The staff at the hotel is uneducated and obnoxious, 90% young Arabs digging into every moving female. It was considered normal to pester even eating girls. However, as the result was shown by forays into the city and excursions to other cities of Tunisia - this importunity, arrogance and lustfulness are the hallmark of the country.
The hotel has a swimming pool. It doesn’t matter if they clean it, Arab women often swim in it right in the clothes in which they came, once the water was slightly stained from the pink skirt of one of them. Children who drank water were repeatedly poisoned.
The territory is unkempt. Go to the beach along a dusty, muddy road, where cars often rush at full speed (from which you will hear hooting and whistling) and there are almost no footpaths. You walk through the dust - all your shoes are dirty - you fight off harassment. Several times we were surrounded, it was scary. You can, of course, get to a mini train (yes, similar to those for an attraction for kids), only you need to wait for it and then plan all your time according to the traffic schedule. Walk from the hotel to the beach - 15 minutes. By train - 5-7 to the hotel (another building near the coastline).
Caribbean Beach is the usual. Lots of camels and clingy traders with necklaces and bracelets, even if you're lying down and sleeping. There is a lot of excrement because of the camels. They are removed, but without much diligence. Often they are covered with sand and an unpleasant surprise can happen. The sea is normal. Very long entry, the children will be comfortable.
Sometimes there were animations of the average level of lousyness.
Overall the hotel is a junk that rides out on what used to be positive reviews. No one does it, the owner stupidly sucks out all the money that can be sucked out. Employees are not just indifferent, but unfriendly. There was a case when one of the waiters during lunch began to shout and wave his arms at a French woman, who, in his opinion, "ugly scattered" food over the container. They do not respond to requests. The broken lock in the door, because of which it was impossible to close it, was repaired for 4 days ! ! The interiors of the hotel are really depressing, it feels like you are in a dumb hospital. Moreover, the floors are full of lizards crawling along the shabby ceilings.
The linen is changed through the stump of the deck, washed to dullness, but we came across without stains. They feed dumb and become afraid for their lives.
The only definite plus of the hotel - during my stay in it, my weight reached the lowest point in my entire adult life! I have never been so skinny. However, this is not surprising when you eat almost nothing for lunch and dinner.
Not only do I not recommend it, but I actually discourage you! Itself not a foot and none of the Russian-speaking, resting with us - too.

Hello! 09.09. 10 returned from the wonderful country of Tunisia! Sea Sun. White sand. warm air. We traveled together. We will share our impressions one by one! :
Aleksey 28 years old - Rested in Tunisia for 11 days in Hammamet at the Carribean World Garden (sun garden) hotel, this hotel is part of the Carribean hotel chain. Departed from Domodedovo airport. flight was delayed by 2 hours. The airport is disgusting after check-in there were no seats in the hall and we had to stand for 4 hours. We flew on a Boeing 747, a 2-story plane. I really didn’t like the aircraft-colossus, it shakes in turbulences so look and fall apart !! ! shorter flew 4 hours 30 minutes sat down at the airport of Monastir! passed control, migration cards, etc. We flew with a biblio globe, carrier Trans Aero. Get on the bus and let's go. It takes an hour and 20 minutes to go to hammamet for all hotels. we arrived at the hotel together and another woman with her son. The guide at the hotel was Ukrainian girl Julia. meeting with her the next day. time for lunch! mmm norms hall and havchik! Before that, we were in Egypt, there was a queue. Then everything calmly came up, put it on and to the side. 5 kinds of salads. So many garnishes. + snacks etc.
+ watermelons, melons, peaches and all sorts of shnyaga. there is a cooler with water and a stand with beer and wines (white kr. pink) and diluted juices. We liked! ate! unpacked suitcases went to inspect the area. It's not huge, but it's big! 1 huge bossain 1 slide bar snakebar tennis bow golf! sat down in a street bar took a beer (beer norms are not very bad as in Egypt and not in a glass but in a beer mug) norms !! ! redemption in the pool! Animator has arrived! They call me like a chump! then after 15 minutes it comes up - what's my name? we forgot, we say - Chock! he was offended. It turns out - Chokko! next days were swimming sunbathing! on the 3rd day we took a taxi to the Flipper water park! PPC! people don't go there - by taxi 14 dinars, entrance 36 (for two) - there's nothing to do there !!! ! the slides don’t go all dumb after the Egyptian Jungle there is fun for a 6 year old child! By the way, $1 = 1.45 dinars. . On the 6th day we took an excursion to the Sahara (340 dinars) + 140 for two for camel jeeps !! ! I liked it very much! through the desert on Kruzak 100s!!

The country is more civil than Egypt! The hotel is very good!!! ! There are few Russians! Mostly French Italians! The staff is super! Don't forget the maid tips! Although we sometimes missed it) but it cleans up even without them perfectly! To Egypt I won't go, I'll go to Greece or Tunisia!
Svetlana 23 - Well, the man said his words .......now my impressions!
The airport, I agree, is horror, and it’s just a quiet nightmare, they stood for so long that when they arrived there was only one desire to sleep sleep sleep.
The plane - a large one, of course, was shaking strongly and the airline didn’t like it, the passengers were not friendly, evil stewardesses, the commander did not give out information, and if he said something, it was impossible to make out the words.
But it seems like the Arabs are wild, forgive me, they are people, but they do everything much faster, they went through all the formalities quickly and easily.
We flew through the biblio met well quickly arrived.
The hotel is not big, cozy, on the territory of it, one pool is a slide! Settled in a good room on the second floor without money offered several options, which was a pleasant surprise! They speak French, mostly a little English. I personally liked the food, I could always find for myself, as for a girl, not the most fatty and colorful dishes, an abundance of salads, of course, fruits, meat, fish, pastries, several side dishes impress! I liked Couscous - of course, sometimes it was spicy for me, but this is not for everyone.
I honestly tried not to eat a large number of sweets, but several times I could not resist and burst into sweets (and I'm not ashamed)))))))))
The sea - ah, this sea is a sea, blue clean, transparent warm, white crumbly sand is just a fairy tale, but of course it didn’t last long for three days and then the waves came.
I don’t want to write about the hotels through which we went, but yes, it’s also good, but very large and there are a lot of people! We were calmer.
Shopping ---- of course olive oil and everything that is made from olives, soap, oils. Dates grow right on the street in other districts of Tunisia and are sold everywhere. Leather Products. decorations. Well, a huge number of various souvenirs. Walked to Yasmine Hamamed (Jasmine) there shops markets we liked Bravo supermarket fixed prices convenient.
Excursions to the water park are nothing like in other things and the Amusement Park Carthage Land, a trip to the Sahara is certainly impressive, only it would be more accurate to immediately name the full cost and not write that jeeps, camels, horses are all for a fee and literally like the Biblio in the price list (optional) but in fact, if you don’t eat, consider just riding the bus for a lot of time, spending the night in a hotel and not seeing anything. The guide Yulia, of course, told everything and seemed to answer questions, but without much enthusiasm, but when we were already driving home, one of the tourists from the Main Hotel Hamet) who is on the sea) began to resent for some reason here, of course, Yulia vehemently answered her and, as they say, everything the truth in the face of mother like literally (you need to drink less) that would be so about excursions and the real cost. But these are trifles.
And of course, it was not very pleasant when he picked us up from the hotel and already 6 hours before departure due to the fact that there was still a flight from Peter who was at 7-40 and ours at 9-10 they were too lazy to drive two buses, apparently to save money!
But in general, I liked the rest much better than in Egypt, for my certainly not pretentious taste. and I can safely recommend this Country and the hotel to close friends and you readers of such a long review! But if you have read it, then the information was useful to you! As they say, thank you for your attention and there will be new impressions about new trips, we will definitely write because the reviews of other tourists helped us a lot!
If you have any questions, write with pleasure, we will help and tell .. .

The hotel is very cool. It is suitable for both young people and couples. There are quite a lot of children, especially foreign ones, so if you have a child, he will not be bored. There are not that many young people, but 5-6 people from each country gathered in the company. I'll probably start from the moment of settlement. As soon as we entered the hotel (I went with my mother and sister of two years), we were immediately met by a Russian-speaking boy who worked at the reception. We waited 15 minutes for check-in. The room was quite decent. Bunk bed, balcony overlooking the garden and driveway, lots of greenery. Cleaned there daily, bed linen is changed either every day or every other day. The maids are very nice and honest. How many times we left money and phones, nothing was touched. I recommend taking the safe. It costs like 20 dinars (1 dinar = 22 rubles). Towels at the sea can be taken as a deposit (30 dinars). You can change them at least every hour. The pool is large, different depths everywhere.
There are special sections for children. But the downside is that it smells very much like bleach and the child has an allergy. There is a small hill.
Nutrition. Breakfast from 7:30 to 9:30. From 10 to 11 continental (croissants, juice, tea. The choice is large. Everything is very tasty and fresh. Lunch starts at 12-30 and until 14-30, like. go to a snack bar located 3 meters from the restaurant. There are sandwiches, pancakes sometimes. The pool bar is open from 10 to 23 for free. There is wine, beer, juices, soft drinks, tea, coffee, water. The sea is 10 minutes away -15 walk. but every 15 minutes there is a free train that stops right next to the entrance to the reception. Currency can be exchanged again at the reception. 100 dollars = 140 dinars. The phone is in the souvenir shop located on the territory of the hotel. Costs 1 minute 1 dinar In no case do not buy souvenirs on the territory of the hotel and on the beach!
Everything is much cheaper in the neighboring tourist area, Port Marina. You can get there in 10-15 minutes by taxi, which always stands near the entrance to the hotel. Taxis are quite inexpensive. In Port Marina it costs 4 dinars, i. e. 90 rubles. On the market, immediately reduce the price offered by the seller every 5 times. If you don’t agree, leave. In half a minute, he will catch up with you and say that he is ready to sell a couple of times cheaper than the price you offered) For 500 rubles, you can buy so many souvenirs that they will not fit into a suitcase! ) The hotel has more children. playground and mini club. You can send a child there to play, with whom the animators will work. Speaking of animators. There are no words to express my admiration. They work from 10 am until everyone has gone to bed. There are adult and children's discos. Adult starts at about 23 or 23-30 in a special room. The nursery takes place on the stage near the pool from 20-30. All in all, you won't regret choosing this hotel!
I myself am very satisfied with the rest and I advise you to visit this country and this hotel!!! !

Rested in late July - early August. Impressions are the best. The hotel is cozy, located on the second line, and trains ride to the beach. The beach is excellent, the only thing is that camels and horses constantly walk by the sea... I can’t say anything bad about food either. They gave meat, fruits, cakes and everything was very tasty.

Well, the animation is just great. Didn't get bored, entertained all the time. There were shows in the evenings. Disco after the show. I can also say that if the window of your room overlooks the pool, then you won’t fall asleep at night, the music is very loud at the pool in the disco (I can add that a lot of French and Italians rest in this hotel))

I just returned from a holiday at this hotel, I was there with my husband and daughter (1 year and 7 months) from July 11 to July 25.
I would like to start with the fact that the name of the Carribean World Hammamet hotel is the common name for 2 hotels, one of which is located on the first coastline, and the second, respectively, on the second. Previously, it was one big hotel, later they were divided, now they are even managed by different directors and compete with each other, although the owner is still the same. So, the hotel located closer to the sea on the first coastline is called Carribean World Beach 4 *, and the hotel on the second coastline is Carribean Sun Garden 3 *. We were lucky to have a rest in the Sun Garden 3* hotel...Why were we lucky? ? ? Because 3* is in many ways superior to 4*...We were friends with many tourists from C. World Beach and accordingly we got a bunch of dissatisfied reviews about food, lack of elevators, incomplete work of the AI system...
So, I'll start in order.
Territory: Relatively small, green, full of flowers.
There is a tennis court, a golf course, volleyball, boccia, football (all sports are free, equipment is issued from morning to evening).
Rooms: The hotel is rather old, it has not been repaired for a long time, the furniture is old, but the rooms are designed in modern style, bright, juicy, which does not irritate the eyes at all. + Cleaning is carried out regularly and very high quality with a tip of 1 dinar (22 rubles)
Animation Entertainment: Very lively, there are many animators, they occupy tourists from morning to evening, the animation program is standard, it is repeated every week. By the end, it's already boring.
Sea and beach: It's a decent walk to the sea, through the territory of C. World Beach, but free trains run from the hotel, which will take you to the beach with a breeze. The beach is cleaned 2-3 times a week, the sand is very soft, without stones. The entrance to the sea is gradual, very shallow, which is good for kids. In windy weather, the sea is very dirty, and now there are quite a lot of jellyfish (biters).
Meals: I would give the hotel 5+ for food, the AI system is fully respected there, the choice of dishes is huge at the main meals, all types of meat, a variety of vegetables, salads, snacks, drinks ...There is always a "live kitchen", i. e. . cook in front of you: for example, scrambled eggs, pancakes, pasta, cocktails, fish, meat. For 2 weeks, there were fried shrimp 2 times, boiled 1 time, mussels, octopuses. Every day cakes, ice cream, meat, etc. You can list indefinitely. There is Tunisian cuisine, at least one dish is required for lunch and dinner. Everything is very delicious! And what is important, there have never been poisonings or disturbances in the work of the intestines.
Pools: 1 adult, 1 paddling pool, adult pool is very small, sometimes it was very crowded. The pool is cleaned regularly.
For children: Animation, mini disco, kids club, playground, cribs, high chairs in the dining room, no children's kitchen, but from a variety of dishes you can easily choose something for a child, there is always pasta, eggs, cereals, cereals, dietary meat, vegetables , fruits...
What you should pay attention to:
When checking in, do not take rooms in the right wing of the hotel overlooking the pool, because there is a stage, the music rumbles very loudly, you need to try very hard to fall asleep...
Immediately check the operation of the air conditioner, as many complain that it does not work well.
Have a nice holiday!!! ! ! ! !

Rested from mid-May to June 2010, the hotel Caribbean World Sun Garden.
I did not want to leave, 11 days still turned out to be not enough, although in the middle of the vacation I really wanted to go home. But everything is in order. Arrival - departure all on schedule, without delay. From Ufa it was the first direct flight to Monastir. From Monastir by bus to Hammamet 1.5 hours. Delivered to hotels, we were the first, so not very tired. The girl who met us at the airport and escorted us to the hotel, to put it mildly, didn’t like it, she didn’t tell interesting things, she didn’t answer questions willingly, sometimes in raised tones. We dropped off at the entrance, met another girl Yulia there, she explained everything to us, sent us to the restaurant (arrived at the hotel at about 14.00) to have dinner, warned about the information meeting. The room was given on the top floor, we were two families, they asked us to give two rooms next to each other with one balcony, they gave it without any problems and at no extra charge.
My family was abroad for the first time, and therefore there is nothing to compare with. The room is normal, only the shower strained, because after taking it you had to collect water from the floor, which leaked during its use. The room has a TV, almost never used, hair dryer (also not used), air conditioning (didn’t understand if it was any use). The room overlooked the garden, the view is quite picturesque. Quite tolerable, especially since we only spent the night in the room. We did not leave a tip, as it seemed to me, just for nothing. The food is varied and for every taste (as it seemed to us at the very beginning): meat in various versions, fish, a lot of fruits, delicious pastries. I especially didn’t like breakfasts, by the end of the trip we thought that we would start clucking, from the fact that every breakfast had scrambled eggs and boiled eggs. You can eat and drink if you wish, all day long, something is always open and cooked somewhere. The metro hotel in the restaurant is attentive, courteous.
Our hotel was located on the second line of the beach (Garden), the sea (Hammamet Beach Hotel) could be reached either by train (we managed to drive twice, because it was not always there), or on foot. I was quite satisfied with the walk - walk for 5 minutes at most. The sea is excellent: clean, transparent, warm. The sand is clean, sunbeds are always enough. The only negative is the strong wind, for all our stay I don’t remember a day when it was calm. Because of this, once again you can’t swim in the sea, because when leaving it, you had to wrap yourself in towels so as not to freeze. We could use one bar on Hammamet Beach, that was enough for us. The pool on the territory of this building is excellent, there are enough slides.
In our Garden there were mostly French and Italians, they didn’t practically understand Russian, on the beach the bartender and one of the animators spoke Russian, the rest knew a few words: halaso, plump, freebie, good morning (it bothered me a little) On the excursion we didn’t go – so let’s say we are passive tourists. Only a couple of times they themselves got out to Old Hammamet in the medina and Yasmine. There by taxi (about 5 dinars) back on foot. In Medina, they bought magnets, souvenirs, after which they called us Russian Banditos, because they bargained well, but if we first visited Yasmin, then we would not buy anything in Medina, because the prices there are so high that even after bargaining we bought expensive.
The worst part of our trip was the trauma of our child. It all happened during the presentation of the animators (Garden), as we later understood, the sketch was shown by two main animators, so to speak, chefs.
On the stage, a fight was played out with wooden sabers, in one of the blows a piece of the saber flew off and hit my child in the eyebrow (I note that we were sitting in the auditorium, somewhere in the middle). They didn’t immediately understand what had happened, but when they ran out into the hall, they saw that the child’s eyebrow was cut, blood was flowing, the daughter was in hysterics, almost half of the hall watching the performance came out behind us, many offered and provided first aid to the child. The doctor was called to the reception. The doctor arrived minutes later. 30, examined, said that it was not necessary to sew up, glued a patch, left after saying that we owe him 40 dinars. The husband refused to pay, because the injury received by the child was the fault of the animators. To which the doctor was very offended and promised that we would have problems.
The next day, we waited until lunch for our Russian-speaking girls (Julia and Kristina) in order to find out who and how will pay for the doctor's call and whether those who caused the child to be hit would apologize to us and our child. The conversation took place only after we wrote a claim and asked to bring it to the director of the hotel, the claim was of course accepted, but now no one will know whether it was transferred to the director, and whether any penalties were applied to the animators. I note that while we were waiting at the hotel for half a day, all the animators, with the exception of those two Samurai, came up to us, asked how we were doing, tried to play with the child. At the end of long clarifications and demands to arrange a personal meeting with the director, we were told that the director would only come on Monday at 20.00 (it all happened on Friday). Toli so coincided, roofing felts at the reception knew the day of our departure (Tuesday morning), but the meeting never took place.
The only thing that the conversation with Yulia and Kristina led to was that the "eagles-animators" apologized, while they continued to smile and laugh (either they really did not realize what they had done, or they just …….. ) as a result: the child in the last days of the vacation could not swim and wet the wound, we have a spoiled mood, oblique and dissatisfied looks from the reception (mainly from Russian speakers) A big “thank you” to them for such support.
This is our first experience abroad.

We rested at the beginning of July 2009, the Caribbean World Hammamet Garden hotel.
I did not want to leave, 11 days still turned out to be not enough. But everything is in order. Arrival - departure all on schedule, without delay. From Monastir by bus to Hammamet 1.5 hours. Delivered to hotels, we were almost the last and alone in this hotel. They dropped me off at the entrance, said that everything was on their own, and left. The room was given on the top floor at the end of the corridor (later I appreciated its location: silence, no running and screaming children). When I saw the number, I wanted to cry. I knew that the hotel and rooms are made in the Moorish style, I saw the photo. But when the walls in a small room are painted in bright yellow, crimson and blue, and the bedspreads are in white and black stripes, then this is an explosion for the eyes! I went out onto the balcony, there was an ant path along the wall of the hotel on the street, the traffic was two-way. But the next day, they did not pay attention to such a riot of colors (especially since they only came to the room to change clothes and spend the night), and the ants never turned off their path.
Air conditioning worked well, towels changed every day. For good work, they began to leave a dinar, a vase of flowers appeared. In general, they want to receive at least a dinar for everything: the driver on the bus, the guide, all the staff at the hotel. Why are Russians so stingy? Yes, we have a different mentality. But after receiving the dinar, they begin to try with a vengeance, waiting for the next one. Dinar works wonders. They even began to learn Russian words themselves, so that we would be pleased.
The food is varied and for every taste: meat in various versions, fish, a lot of fruits, delicious pastries. You can eat and drink if you wish, all day long, something is always open and cooked somewhere. The metro hotel in the dining room (well, this is not a restaurant) is so attentive, courteous, he always had order, drove the waiters.
The sea is super: clean, transparent, warm. The sand is clean (cleaned every morning on a special machine, sieved). There were always enough sun loungers, there were no problems. We saw big jellyfish a couple of times. I swam past, wondering what kind of lilac package was floating. And the Russian men caught her, dragged her ashore, of course, burned themselves.
Very nice pools, clean water, cleaned every night. From the Garden building to the Beach, an electric car went (if you are too lazy to walk on foot) constantly, it ran back and forth. If you live in the Garden, you can still use the pools with slides, Beach bars (but breakfast-lunch-dinner only in your building), go to the animation.
There were practically only Russians in the Beach building, you won’t hear Russian speech in our Garden, therefore, in my opinion, there was more order in everything. Contingent: French and Italians with children. Beach had animation in Russian, we had animation in any other than Russian, only in the last 2 days a boy appeared who spoke all languages, incl. very good in Russian. But 1) if you do not speak languages, then if you wish, you can go to the animation in the Beach in the evening;
2) any dances, water aerobics and any other sport is understandable in any language; 3) personally, my family and I do not like animation in principle.
We went on excursions to Tunis-Carthage-Sidi Bou Said, for 2 days in the Sahara, to Carthage Land ourselves and just to walk around Hammamet. The entrance to the hotel is full of yellow taxis, 4 dinars to Hammamet. Excursion to the Sahara is unforgettable, I advise everyone. Every day they offered a trip on a pirate ship. Who went - opinions are very different. We didn't go.
July 14 - Bastille Day, they celebrated. In the evening there was a festive dinner by the pool with performances, fireworks, a huge cake in the form of the Eiffel Tower.
Tunisia is an Eastern European country (one wife, no veil). But they are traded like in the east, so we just looked into the medina and immediately left, I preferred to buy souvenirs in fixed price stores (there are not many of them, prices are low). The magnet is 1 dinar, and in the market they start with 8 DT, you are tormented by bargaining. This is an example, so the price must be immediately reduced every 5 times. It is clear that for them it is entertainment and pastime. Men, if they do not trade, then sit in a cafe - they drink coffee, slowly, and women, as usual, at the household and in the field (olives, dates, vegetables and fruits).
You must visit Tunisia. And if you speak at least a little French, then you will simply be loved.

This is my first visit to Tunisia. Before that, I was vacationing in Turkey in four-star hotels in Kotigoria. What can I say. Turkey is resting. Tunisia conquered me, I fell in love with this country, with nature, the sea, people....Everything was magical, like in a fairy tale. It’s been a few days since we arrived, but I still can’t leave, I really want to return to where I was so happy.

It’s been a few days since we arrived, but I still can’t leave, I really want to return to where I was so happy. Well, now I'll try to leave emotions and write everything in order.
So, the meeting party is a biblio-globe. No complaints. Many thanks to our hotel guide Yana. From the first to the last day, she tracked us, led, transfers, excursions, everything was clear, without deception, all issues were resolved quickly. Biblio-Globus - thank you!!
Departure from St. Petersburg - our Russian Airlines. Everything is fine, no delays, no problems.
Transfer - with transportation to hotels for an hour and a half, far away, but the buses are quite comfortable.
Check-in - arrived at the hotel somewhere around eleven o'clock in the afternoon, filled out the questionnaire ten minutes later already in the room. Very fast and clear. The room was immediately given a good, no problem.
Territory - wow! Huge pool, one slide (I didn’t ride, I don’t know) there are a lot of sunbeds around the pool, a huge game zone (big tennis, mini-golf, volleyball, basketball, archery, I know that children played football), indoor game zone in the hotel building (gaming machines, table football, air hockey, billiards - 1 dinar for a fee), two terraces for animation, one restaurant, a snack bar and tables at another pool bar, an indoor disco, shops, souvenir shops, an indoor pool, internet on the second floor 5 dinars per hour.
The service is very attentive, everyone says hello. they smile, quickly remember names, are interested in how you are doing, they do not know Russian. Only basic words, but willingly teach. Our room was cleaned well, no complaints, towels were changed every day, linen once. Receptionist is very kind, always helpful. Money exchange right next to the reception, a shy, pretty girl changes euros and dollars. Reverse exchange is not made, only at the airport. YES! Towels on deposit at the reception, sorry. The safe in our room was $30.
Food - breakfast from 6 o'clock to 10 o'clock, lunch from 12-30 to 2, from 16 o'clock - snack bar: pancakes, donuts, sandwiches, dinner from 18-30 to 20-30. All inclusive until 11 pm. Then - for a fee, even water. The food is very tasty and varied! We ate indecently : ))) A lot of fruits, sweets, several types of meat and fish. Ah salads, appetizers naturally. Several times they gave seafood mussels and shrimps. Ice cream was also given, but it only looks like ice cream, but it’s not clear what sherbet can be, but not tasty, to be honest. Very tasty coffee, any - cappuccino, espresso, chocolate. morning and afternoon at the pool bar. Tea is nothing like this : )) in general, everything is very tasty. There are no queues, but when there are a lot of people there are problems with cutlery, yes, the waiters are trying very hard, but they don’t always have time to respond. And it's hard to find a clean table. Either you have to come earlier or later.
The sea is ah...... the beach is very good, but there are few sunbeds, as there are two hotels. The beach is located on the territory of the second Beach hotel, it takes about five to seven minutes to walk, every half hour steamboats go from Garden to the beach, a minute and a half at most. The schedule is at the reception. You can also use all the entertainment facilities of the scourge, the pool (so by the way the slides are cool, six of them), animation and evening programs. There is a bar on the beach. You can also go kayaking and diving - this is included in the price of the oll tour. for money parachutes, bananas, horses and camels and other things that they offer. Be careful with horsemen, they offer a test ride, and then demand money. Do not agree to any "TEST" if you were not going to ride.
Animation - we had a team of 17 people in the hotel, half Italians, half Tunisia. Super guys. From nine in the morning they work by the pool, all kinds of sports and entertainment programs are offered. They try their best to get involved. Very nice boys and girls. I liked it very much. Evening animation programs - well, I don't know. Mini disco for kids - every evening the same thing. But most importantly, the children really like it, this is the main thing. Well, the adults are diligently connected in the same way. Very funny. After the mini disco, a program for everyone until 11 o'clock. Cool : )) fun, sometimes even just great. I especially liked cabaret shoi, especially Irish dances : )) there was NO TIME to be bored : ))
SUMMARY: everything was just drop dead!!! ! Many thanks to our Biblio-Globus, many thanks to our guys, resuscitators, receptionists, waiters, bartenders..... in general, I will remember everyone, and maybe even return them, well, how the cats will fall. In any case, I really want to. Have a nice holiday everyone!! ! If you go, find the animator Faysel, say hello for me. from Sasha from St. Petersburg : ) please : ))

Many thanks to the organizers of the site for the opportunity to leave your review here. I'll start over. Due to heavy employment, I did not have the opportunity to go to a travel agency and choose a hotel for a long time, as I did before, so I bought a ticket, you can say by phone. It was not possible to look at the reviews, because there were practically none.

I'll start over. Due to heavy employment, I did not have the opportunity to go to a travel agency and choose a hotel for a long time, as I did before, so I bought a ticket, you can say by phone. It was not possible to look at the reviews, because there were practically none. In general, we decided to treat this as an adventure.
This hotel was recently bought by the Carribean hotel chain, and was previously called Sapphire. Designed supposedly in the Caribbean style, it is simply painted with bright colors of incongruous colors. The hotel staff are dressed in gaudy unironed (and unwashed) shirts. The rooms are so-so, when compared with three rubles in the same Tunisia, I was especially impressed by the air conditioner from which it smelled so much that they didn’t have to turn it on, apparently they don’t know about replacing filters (after all, it’s also dangerous !!! ) Linen for 14 days to us never changed! , and the blue towels smelled like they hadn't been changed either. . . I washed them myself and hid them! Food: )))) Well, in the company of a huge number of flies and dirty tables, even culinary masterpieces will not cause an appetite, and when the smell of cheap and not quite fresh fish is in the air, it's quite sad!! ! About the cleanliness of the dishes separately - it is really dirty !! ! Of course, dirt is not visible on the plates, but on transparent glasses... Oh! In the evening, though, grilled or barbecued different types of meat could be eaten with pleasure, again sitting on the street. Let's say it's far to go to the sea, and if it were very hot, it would probably be tiring. Most vacationers are at the pool, located in the courtyard and abundantly sprinkled with bleach!! ! We also tried, nothing, though when we left for 2 hours we returned to the sunbeds without OUR towels (they disappeared). The staff is normal, they try very hard, although of course they love foreigners more (tipping is all the same). Animators don't animate! In the evening they try something, but somehow it's boring. Given that there is nowhere else to go in the evening, I had to look! In general, there is nothing to do there!
