The road was difficult, there 33 hours back 23 hours, but the sea and the location of the hotel are gorgeous. About the good: the sea is cool, the sunset into the sea is gentle, great for children. Your own beach with sunbeds and umbrellas. The first line!! ! Breakfast and everything else with a view of the sea.

Your own beach with sunbeds and umbrellas. The first line!! ! Breakfast and everything else with a view of the sea. If you did not immediately buy a room with a view of the sea, then you can pay extra for another one with a view for 100-150 leva. Beautiful SRA and mineral pools, salt room. The room is beautiful, after renovation, cleaned every day. Towels and bed linen were changed every other day.
Now what I didn't like: the service and food at Sirius Beach Hotel, st. Konstantin and Elena, Bulgaria. The food was the same every day...there were fruits, meat, fish, sweets. There was no ice cream. But everyone was full. Alcohol is not very...The staff is also not very polite, especially the Bulgarians in the restaurant, they look into your plate as much as you eat...it's annoying to say the least. On the day of departure, other hotels allow you to take food on the road, but not in this one!
The large pool on the street started right before our departure. Repair work was still underway. There are two opinions about the hotel itself. If they change the concept with service and food, then this is a classic hotel. Sea, sea and again sea, we drove for it, so everything suited us!!! !

We chose Bulgaria this year because we couldn't get air tickets! We arrived at 6 am and settled only at 14-00, supposedly if earlier only for money! The hotel lobby is very dirty, I think the floor has not been washed since the opening day, and the chairs are so smelly that the child did not want to sit down, went to the beach and lay down on a sun lounger.

The hotel lobby is very dirty, I think the floor has not been washed since the opening day, and the chairs are so smelly that the child did not want to sit down, went to the beach and lay down on a sun lounger. The room is generally tinny, I wanted to cry, mold is everywhere, the curtains are greasy, the bed is covered in blood as if a person was cut and I think the dust in the stable costs less! The entrance to the sea is rocky, all the legs are in blues, the child swims very well, but it is not possible to enter, the stones are large and you hit sharp corners with your knees! Sun loungers are worth their weight in gold. I’m generally silent about the dining room, we are not particularly gourmets and we don’t eat meat, but so that there are no tomatoes and cucumbers, I think it’s just tin! There is a store nearby, but I think the prices are like in the center of London, last year we were in Cyprus and it seemed that it was expensive there, but no. . . in Bulgaria it turned out to be more expensive!!! I don’t know where it came from that it’s cheap in Bulgaria, complete garbage, for example, 1 kg of strawberries costs 7.5 Euros! For me, so space prices! In short, I do not recommend! Everything is very dirty with cleanliness not being friendly at all, we ourselves asked for a vacuum cleaner and cleaned the room, well, it was just disgusting and sickening and the staff in dirty supposedly white T-shirts! It's just that we ourselves tried not to get upset as it was necessary to get out! There wasn't even anything to drink! This hotel is complete shit and would not recommend to anyone.

Rested with family, with small children. We arrived at 6 am. Thank you, we settled at 9.30. But the bracelets were put on at 14.00, and we had an afternoon snack at 16.00. The rooms are cozy, air conditioning, TV, hair dryer, shampoos were at the beginning, and then they put it only for a tip. Bed linen and towels were changed only once, cleaned every day, but they did not wipe the dust and mirrors.

The entrance to the sea is rocky, the children hurt their legs. And the kitchen is generally one disorder, everything is monotonous, sausages with a bunch of spices, potatoes, rice, buckwheat, beans, salads are not tasty, and soups are generally from waste without taste. There was meat: chicken, pork, fish only 2 times. No seafood. Juices and water are diluted, alcohol is also not a fountain. In general, see for yourself, for the money you want more!

We rested with the family in July, 2017, we just arrived and I want to respond. We rested with the family in July, 2017, we just arrived and I want to respond. First we bought a ticket, and then read the reviews (it happened, but on the other hand, reading reviews in advance - it’s generally difficult to choose a hotel, especially in Bulgaria). The most difficult thing for me personally is the bus ride (we traveled from Moldova, the city of Cahul), after this trip I gave my husband an ultimatum: if you go to Bulgaria, then only by your own car. Even by bus - it’s not so long to go - from Cahul to Konstantin and Elena, about 7 hours (given that the bus scatters tourists in Albena, and in Golden Sands, etc. ), but, at customs, we spent five hours on the way there (there were a lot of buses in front of us), and on the way back - only two hours - thank God, there was no queue. Cars pass very quickly, they have their own queue. I can’t stand the road very well - my legs rest on the next chair, my husband sat sideways all the way, but endured it, the kids around are tired crying, the air conditioner is turned on - it’s cold, it’s turned off - it’s stuffy. . . Now about the hotel - everything that people write in reviews - everything is true, and everyone has their own. We arrived at 8 o'clock in the morning - indeed, no one is waiting for you, the bracelet will be put on only after 14.30, so that you only get to dinner, you will be offered to buy groceries in the supermarket for your reproaches. When you open your contract in the ticket, you will see that it is written there, bracelets - after lunch. You can pay separately for meals - then you can go to the dining room, but it's better to come up with something yourself. Settled if there are free rooms immediately. We were settled at 11.00. We liked the rooms, they cleaned every day, shampoos, gels, soap, a hairdryer - everything is there, towels were changed every other day, the bed was snow-white - they were changed every 3 days, we lived on the 6th floor, we had a very kind housemaid. Regarding the staff - they are great (do not confuse with the rules of the hotel, because the staff simply follows their instructions). And the girls at the reception, and the animators, and the maids, and the director of the restaurant, and "jack of all trades" (we called the man that way, unfortunately we didn’t ask his name, he did everything - he looked after the pools, and watched the beach, and I was a bartender, and I was a builder, etc. ), and the lifeguards on the beach are Clever, there are no complaints about them. I will return to the rooms - we were satisfied. The beach is also good, somehow adapted, where on a sun lounger, where on the sand, my son and I just sat in the water, my mother loved to go to the source, and my husband was on a sun lounger, everyone is happy. Well, now the weakest point of the hotel is the restaurant and bars. I can’t say anything about strong drinks, neither I nor my husband tried it, the assortment is scarce in any case, because it’s 3 stars. I didn’t like the fact that in the cooler, in the devices with fanta (here only mirinda, pepsi, soda) - tap water, with the smell of bleach. Husband went to buy in the market "Eserbil" - min. water 1.5 liters - 1 lev, table water 6 liters - 3 levs. For 10 days we drank three bottles of 6 liters, and two packs of min. 1.5 liters of water, they didn’t touch their drinks at all, they made tea in their room (husband is a teamaker, so the electric kettle is always with us). The food has been described in previous reviews. I’ll add on my own - breakfast at 8.30 - it’s too late for us, and for others too, because the hotel is on the beach - everyone is already at sea from 7.00 - who runs, who does yoga, who swims, some already came with wet swimsuits for breakfast. My husband's breakfast every day - semolina, pasta with cheese; son - amlet, sausages, watermelon; my mother and I - cheese, rarely olives, tomatoes (often sluggish, poorly washed), boiled eggs, sausage, donuts, buns. Each of our breakfasts began with my mother's words: "Daughter, do you remember what kind of breakfasts were in Turkey, and raisins, and dried apricots, and 10 types of cheeses. . . " eat! " And already humbly everyone ate and admired the view of the sea. Lunches and dinners are meager, often not tasty dishes - either french fries are oak, then cabbage is overcooked, then beef has a smell, sausages with spices - we can’t eat. Food here is more of a test for women, because we don’t eat, we try, and the more choice, the more satisfied we are, and my husband and son liked it, they have enough soup, pasta with gravy - and they are happy. When I didn’t like anything, I just ate fruit and desserts. You should not take laptops - Wi-Fi is bad. The foyer is small and stuffy, flies - do not sit long. There is no volleyball, the ball was taken in vain, the tennis table is mangled, you need to have your own rackets. Gym is run down, no one works out there. There are a lot of bars around, but it's not cheap. Bottom line: the hotel has potential, but the owners need to add, soul or something, remove this unjustified, in my opinion, savings on food and drinks, make a minibar on the beach, change something, especially when people arrive tired, hungry, because they they did not come to the hotel staff, they came to visit you (the owner), spent their money earned over the year. . . Perhaps someone will say: "What did you want for such and such an amount? " But I still want to believe in a fairy tale! Be that as it may, I, my husband, my son are very pleased with the rest, my mother said: "in the future - only Turkey! "

All inclusive hotel
DISGUSTING service that ruined the holiday
Plus Location, proximity to the sea, quite comfortable rooms,
Minus - Disgusting service, restaurant, rocky entrance to the sea
Pluses - apart from a good location and a rather nice appearance, the hotel has no pluses.
The rest of the positive aspects of the holiday are not related to the hotel.
The resort is close to Varna, it is easy to get there by buses 31a, with a small circle that they make before entering Varna - 20-25 minutes. cost 1 lev. Or you can at a stop a little higher, leave the highway for 1.60 leva directly to Varna, without stopping at the village.
The proximity of the resorts of Bulgaria to Turkey gave an unforgettable, BEAUTIFUL trip to Istanbul. The hardest part of the trip is the road itself (we took a one-day excursion, departure from the resort at 19:00, arrival in Istanbul at 5:00, departure back at 22:00 and around 7:00 on the spot.
But this is taking into account the rather long parking along the road). The very same tour of Istanbul is absolutely not tiring! It is built on the alternation of active walking with passive bus rides, or “smoke break” in a coffee shop, lunch at the hotel (Bekdas hotel - 48, amazing food for breakfast and lunch! ), sightseeing and a boat trip along the Bosphorus ...Incomparable excursion!
A very tasty Bulgarian dish - lyutenitsa - is a cross between tomato paste, adjika (or lecho) and eggplant caviar. If you like this kind of food, it's worth a try.
Hydrogen sulfide pool. There is at the hotel, but we went to the paid, as a rule, after 22-00. Then it’s not so hot, and you can’t see the neglect and neglect of the territory near the pool. Hot water with a "unique" aroma, but it seems to be really healing ...
Well, now about the disadvantages of rest, which are just connected ONLY with the hotel.
Service:
Could not be cleaned in the room. It happened that if they remove it, they will forget to put towels (in the sense, they will take away the dirty ones, but they will forget about the new ones). True, a couple of times even "superfluous" brought. And the maids clean somehow too slowly. Always earlier, when we came to the room in other countries and hotels, everything was cleaned by 10-11 o'clock. Even here at 4 pm. no one came in. Moreover, the presence of tips did not affect this in any way. There was an idea that the owner of the hotel also saved money on maids. And a few people clean the whole hotel.
Soap accessories were given upon check-in, if necessary, more were delivered upon request.
The Internet in the hotel is generally a "song" ...Yes, they give you a Wi-fi password upon check-in. But the Internet does not pull up to the 6th floor. It's like it's not a problem. Relatives can write a couple of lines in the lobby. . But, even in the lobby, with the strongest signal, the Internet refused to work with enviable constancy.
At the same time, on the balcony, in the corner, a "foreign" Internet was caught, not even from a neighboring hotel, but from a neighboring resort (! ) - Sunny day, from the Palace Hotel, and although the signal was weak, the connection to it was without problems ...except for the fact that you are standing on the balcony, leaning out at the very railing, and you risk dropping your phone / tablet down.
When at the very least the Internet worked, the air conditioner stopped working. In the middle of the holiday, he simply stopped cooling - he buzzed, buzzed, but worked like a fan. We thought we had heatstroke and we had a temperature until we realized that the humming air conditioner was not working to cool! 4 days could not fix it. In the heat of +36 it was not the most pleasant.
It's just as if everything could not work at the same time - something, but it was not that. In a restaurant, if there are forks, then there are no spoons; if there are forks and spoons, then the plates are over. If there are forks, spoons and plates, then there are no napkins.
If suddenly there is all this, then it doesn’t matter if there will be no drinks, or food, or ice cream, or dirty dishes have not been removed from the tables and there is nowhere to sit ...
Nutrition:
Dishes in the restaurant are not signed - so those who are on a diet, or do not eat some types of meat - will have to visually determine what is there ...And whether they should eat it. To get drinks, you need to contact the bartender, but there is no list of drinks, cocktails, and therefore you can only order what you know for sure, there is no one to expect tips and advice from. The bartenders and waiters were young guys and girls, who looked about 16 years old, who did not always even speak English. Personally, this did not cause problems for us, but we saw how foreigners tried in vain to explain to a girl in a bar that they wanted ice cubes in a cocktail. But she couldn't understand them.
I liked the food at the hotel in general, although it was rather monotonous.
Some goodies (sweets) were exclusively at the beginning of lunch and dinner and were no longer heard, but there was enough fruit, and since it was a season, grapes, and peaches, and nectarines, and watermelons were delicious. There are almost no salads in the usual sense, but there are vegetables and various dressings for them. For breakfast, mostly scrambled eggs - the same boiled sausage. Muesli. And once there were semolina and rice porridge. For lunch there were soups, quite good.
Animation Entertainment Animation at the hotel is. Children jumped and danced with the animators. But the songs, the movements are exactly the same every day. In general, in a couple of days it will get very boring. But there were days when animators spoke not only in Bulgarian or Czech, but also in broken Russian. There was also animation for adults in the evening, but it seemed boring to us the first time and we didn’t go there anymore. But this is purely a matter of taste, so I do not exclude that there were those who liked these performances.
Beach.
As often happens, sunbeds and umbrellas need to be taken around 6-7 in the morning, then there are no more places. But be prepared for the fact that around 9 am people will come, guests of another hotel, who will start to drive you off their beach ...Although you were sure that you were lying on your own!
In this situation, everyone is right, and the administration of both hotels is wrong, not bothering to somehow designate the territory of their beaches. As a result - if you find yourself in such a situation and you have such a strong nervous system that you can lie under the breach and the cries of the guests of the "Gloria" - lie down. If not, you will be left without sunbeds and an umbrella for the rest of the day.
Summary: If you want to pay about 2000 euros for two weeks and get no service, the constant need to run to the reception to “turn on” something always “turned off” in this “amazing” all-inclusive, as well as semi-cleaning, semi-all inclusive, semi-elevator, under-internet - oh welcome to this hotel!
But if you want a good rest - then you definitely do not need to go here!

Impressions about the hotel are really not the best. But the beach is catastoffa. Along the entire beach, which is advertised by the hotel, you cannot enter the water. The whole bottom is strewn with large or medium cobblestones, it seems that the remains of some structures that were destroyed, the cobblestones are overgrown with weeds and swimming is not realistic. It turns out that you have the sea in front of the room, but in order to swim, you need to go to neighboring beaches where there is no such nonsense. It seems to be not far, but when it's 40 degrees of heat, a child, a bag with all sorts of garbage, and you're kind of like paying for the beach in front of the hotel and the all-inclusive system turns out somehow not right. The conclusion is take the neighboring hotels will not regret it.

You have to stand behind the plates for up to 30 minutes. then the same for spoons. And neither complaints nor cries help. I tried to feed the chef with his cooking - C7ka resists. I was in Sirius five years ago. JOY - now I will never go. I really like Bulgaria, I go 2 times a year. Traveled all over, Sirius is the worst place.
