The hotel area is very green, fresh air, there is no passage like hotels on the beach, an excellent pool - large and deep (1.7-2m) The hotel rooms are modest, but clean, they cleaned every day, the bed was changed every three days. The room has a telephone, TV and air conditioning. The air conditioner only turns on when the door to the balcony is closed. As for food, this is the biggest minus because of which it makes no sense to go there. The restaurant is located on the territory of the Compass hotel opening hours: breakfast from 7-30 to 10-00, lunch from 12-30 to 14-00 and dinner from 18-30 to 21-00. There is always a huge queue for food in the restaurant. Everyone is swept away in the blink of an eye, when you get in line you don’t know what you will get, there are often interruptions with plates, it happens that there are no empty seats at the tables. Although the food is more or less tasty, but monotonous. The pool bar starts working from 14-00, where you can have a bite to eat without much queues. in the evening they kindle a brazier, but if they fry pieces of meat, then a queue is also going to the mausoleum. Alcoholic drinks there are disgusting, soft drinks are not better. The hotel is filled with groups of children from Russia and Belarus, they are very noisy. In the evening it is impossible to sit quietly in the hotel lobby, there is constant noise and din. Those who are older also litter anywhere, throw away scraps and disposable dishes from the balcony. There is free wifi in the lobby, but it works intermittently. This hotel is only good for organized kids groups, not for families.

July 2011 Like all hotels, Panorama has its advantages and disadvantages. There were 3 adults and a 4 year old child. The very first thing we didn't like was the way we were greeted at the hotel. We went to the reception and gave the voucher. At the reception stood two young girls who did not know Russian at all.

When we started asking them questions, they could not understand us and one girl ran after some woman who said in "broken" Russian that we should give a voucher for a settlement (which we had already done) and that the boy from the reception would show us our numbers . He took us to our rooms. Where to eat, what time to eat, where is our beach, etc. , apparently, we ourselves should have found and found out! ! It was difficult, but we managed. Moreover, all the Russians complained that they had to learn everything from each other. Four of us could fit into one 3-bed room, because there is one double bed and one wide single bed. The floor in the rooms is tiled and, accordingly, cold, carpets could be laid. The remote control for the air conditioner was one for two rooms, very inconvenient. There was no light on the balcony and in the dark it was impossible to find a lock (we lived on the 1st floor, there is an entrance / exit through the balcony), we asked the cleaning lady to put a light on, she let me know that they would put it on, but I don’t know how they put it on, we have lights it never happened! ! The area around the hotel is wonderful. Forest park zone, fresh air, birds singing, squirrels. There is a small playground near the restaurant. True, the area was not cleaned very well. The restaurant was shared with the Compass hotel. NO CHILDREN'S MENU! There was no menu variety. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are the same every day. The line for food is huge. With our active child, it was impossible to stand in it, they were saved by a DVD player, sat at a table and turned on a cartoon, and went to stand in line. The beach is VERY far from the hotel. Approximately 132 steps up and down each day. Well, of course, there was a free bus, every half an hour, but when you go pressed down to the glass with all sorts of circles and boats, it's unpleasant! : ) That's why we didn't go on it. Our kid didn’t even want to go to the sea because the beach is very far from the hotel. We went back on a paid train. The beach is unclean! We will NOT go there again! This hotel is PROBABLY good for groups.

This summer I had a rest in Panorama with a dance ensemble, we all really liked the hotel, excellent service, very polite staff, we were just delighted with the animators, we didn’t regret staying at this hotel at all and we hope to go there again next year : )

The staff is very kind. All requests were granted. The food is delicious. . . just great!! ! The territory is clean, green... One thing: you could go to the sea on foot, but back uphill (with sore legs) - oh! But, you can wait for a free bus from the hotel, it runs every half an hour... Of course, if there is an opportunity, you can settle closer to the sea.

We went to this hotel 5 families and all with children... The territory is dirty, the rooms are cleaned 1 time in 4 days (horror !! ) There was a lot of food for everyone, but nothing new was repeated every day.
