The road to the hotel can be divided into 2 sections, after the exit from the Kyiv-Chop highway in the direction of the village. Orov's road is getting worse and worse, and right at the beginning of the ascent to the top of the mountain it is a mound of huge stones. We read a lot of reviews about this road, and expected a very bad road, but it turned out to be even worse than you could imagine. We have a front-wheel drive Peugeot 2008, the climb of about 3-4 km took about half an hour. Sometimes I had to get out of the car and decide how best to drive. In general, if you do not have a four-wheel drive car with a clearance of less than 165 cm, and you do not like extreme sports, then it is better to leave the car at the bottom of the mountain in the village and book a transfer. Nevertheless, we succeeded, and our Leva proudly showed off among the few off-road vehicles that climbed this mountain. But the second time I would not go to this climb.
Now about the hotel itself. The territory is quite large, located on the side of a mountain almost at its very top. The cottages are located on a slope at a good distance from each other, so that the neighbors will definitely not disturb your vacation. But be prepared to climb uphill to the restaurant several times a day for 3-4 minutes, as it is much higher than all other buildings.
All cottages are 2-storey, and differ only in that some have a bathroom on both floors, and some only on 1m. They are usually designed for 5-7 people. There was only one bathroom in our cottage, on the 1st floor there was a living room with a table, a sofa and a TV, and on the 2nd floor there were two bedrooms with large beds. It is forbidden to cook in the houses, there is only a kettle, a tea set and a refrigerator. In principle, the houses are very comfortable. On the 5th day of our stay, a mouse started up, it wanted to eat our gingerbread. The administration was informed, and the next day the mouse did not bother us anymore.
Wi-Fi is available only near the administration building and in the restaurant, but we came here just to take a break from the Internet, so for us it was even a plus.

Even on the very territory of the complex there is practically no even place (except perhaps a small area near the administrative house). We traveled with a 2-year-old child, I took a stroller exclusively to sleep during the day on the veranda of the house, there is simply nowhere else to roll it. I must say right away that they warned me about this right away, even when I called for the first time to find out the details.
The road is really very difficult (difficulties begin immediately after the turn to the village of N. Stenava), the cars are mostly left down in the village and order a transfer. We went up on our SUV, but we were already going down, so that we didn’t want to go somewhere.
We arrived on a week of rains, we didn’t manage to walk in the forest, it often rained, we didn’t take suitable shoes, there was a lot of dirt (where there are forest paths and roads), although it was possible to walk around the territory even in the rain, mostly grass grows densely there. In between the rain we rode horses. Special thanks to the groom / instructor Ruslan, a very attentive, polite, sociable person. We enjoyed the horse rides a lot. Well, thanks to the horses, of course, too. No other services were available.
Meals were taken mostly complex (breakfast 65 UAH, lunch 80 UAH, dinner 75 UAH), it is cheaper than ordering each dish separately. The food is tasty, the portions are regular (not huge).
Accommodation. We lived in house number 1, the house was clean, cleaned, garbage was taken away once a day, towels, however, were not changed even once in a week. Separately, I will say about the heating of the house. Since it rained every day, the temperature outside dropped to 5-7 degrees (once it even snowed), so they asked to turn on the heating. Firewood could not be taken to kindle a fireplace in the house, the boiler was turned on centrally. They turned it on twice a day, but the batteries heated up very badly, they didn’t heat up at all on the second floor. We went to the admin. , They said, they immediately came, added heat to the regulators, but nothing helped (maybe there is something else). In general, while the boiler was working (about 2 hours in the afternoon and from 11 pm to 5 probably in the morning), the temperature in the house was 22 degrees, when it turned off it became 18 degrees. But it was impossible to dry clothes or shoes overnight on these batteries (they were semi-cold).
This is probably the only thing that created inconvenience.
For children there is a playground, on it: a sandbox, a slide, a carousel, two large wooden swings, a horizontal bar. The biggest plus of this place is the nature around. Here you can’t just sit in a room and occasionally take a walk in a cafe, here you have to walk, enjoy the views, breathe fresh air, ride horses. The prices are acceptable. The food is delicious, the portions are large. There are errors in the service, but if you say, everything is corrected immediately, the staff is friendly and benevolent. The owners are nice people, if you need to tell, they are always interested in your business and impressions. We loved this place and will be back again.
