The bathroom needs renovation. The shower is only protected by curtains. The floor is flooded with water. Only liquid soap, terribly smelly. Nothing else (shampoo, etc. ). The refrigerator didn't work. Safe at reception.
Water was provided upon arrival. One bottle of 1.5 liters for two. Next - buy yourself. There are no coolers. Only at the bar and at the beach bar. But the beach is closed at 17-00. Yes, you can only take it in a plastic cup.
The water in the pool is ice cold!
Remove as you wish. Maybe every day, maybe never. Bed linen is not changed. There is no duvet cover. Sheet for him.
Animation on the beach and in Laialin (the second part of the hotel). So-so. . .
You can’t dine near the beach in Laialin. Go to your Resort.
The food is monotonous and... none. Chopped vegetables. Meat - chicken and fish. From fruits - a strange tasteless melon, sometimes tangerines and oranges. Always fresh dates. Pasta, rice, potatoes. Lots of pastries. Instant coffee. Grain at the bar at your own expense.
And apogee! Check-out at 12-00. They cut off the bracelet and then you have to pay for everything. Even for the entrance to the beach! And it doesn't matter what time you leave. At the same time, many tourists even at the airport were wearing bracelets!
Of the benefits - the location in the center of Naama Bay, a sandy gentle entrance to the sea.
If I go back to Egypt, then certainly not in this hotel!! !
In the room:
1. Number. For what they paid extra for the best room - it is not clear) How they lodge: if you have a standard indicated (although they only have such ones), they will settle at random. (In fact, they have a case for 3 * and 4 *) in 3 or 4 - it is not written anywhere. But the difference is not particularly visible, it seems to be designed for a fool. Inside the room: immediately smell, as if someone went to the toilet and did not flush. At the next cleaning, it disappeared (wow, why didn't they do this sooner? ). The room itself was tidy, fresh linens. But to hide - in the closet there were 2 folded blankets that had not been washed for so long ...4 years, probably stained and the smell was incomprehensible, like from an unwashed body ...
2. Water. The most important thing is 1 bottle upon arrival and that's it. Then drink in the dining room from plastic glasses (small). But what if you want to drink at night? Be patient...or go buy a bottle. Bottles for extra fee. The most basic and necessary in short supply! Water!
Basic for life and from the heat of 30 degrees here for a fee. Do not look that all inclusive is a fiction. Upon arrival, I had to ask for water 3 times, although the sheet itself says that water is issued immediately. After receiving the bottle, I was shocked - after 2 hours they brought it.
3. Beach. Depends on the contingent - they smoke a lot on the beach + it is small in itself. The sand is relatively clean, why relatively? Because they don’t clean it very much, sticks will come across, etc. until I notice cigarette butts in the sand or something like that, the attendants look there, apparently, that’s why people don’t grumble. But the smell of smoke itself is disgusting.

5. Safe ONLY at the reception. You can't hide anything in the room.
6. The locals at the hotel seem to be smiling, but don't expect more from them. It's not European 3 or 4 stars in this hotel. Only 2...
The service itself, depending on who - there are normal, but there are impudent (for example, 1 "receptionist" is adequate, and the second is very clamped and not particularly contact). The most adequate are the Egyptians or Arabs on vacation - they will smile and serve a glass. The chef is also good, with a sense of humor. But, as they say, they are few.
7. The bathroom and everything in general needs to be renovated. The toilet is normal, the shower room is right here ...they don’t wash the curtains from the shower room, the handles at the doors move a little, but something is there, they came to “repair” by knocking on them ...
8. Front door with a slot, a decent one. Want to lock your room with a key? It wasn't there. Only a latch, only a hard core ...(I mean a la mechanism, like in Soviet times - a chain so that the door does not open all the way).
9. Dust - in a small amount. My boyfriend was cleaning - neat, here he is diligent, because of this the hotel is a plus. But water...emae...
Bottom line: water for a fee ...are you serious? $800 for all inclusive 4* without water every day?
Bold and cool, the hotel is not worth it, takes audacity on the "fool".

Take Novotel. More expensive, but worth it.
Cons - attempts to extort money for rooms overlooking the pool, the incompetence of the security representative Ali Mohammed, ruining the last day of rest, violation of safety regulations with a threat to the health of vacationers, as water constantly leaks onto the floor from the shower, and the hairdryer hangs nearby on the wall . Wet floor generally does not encourage them to use. So there are clearly security issues.
If problems with incompetent employees are resolved, the hotel is quite suitable for a quiet family holiday.
