After my calls to the travel agency and indignation, the door of the administrative building was opened by a man who politely issued us within 5 minutes, issued cards, called the maid's building to wait for us to hand over the keys to the room.
The suite is a 2-room suite after renovation with air conditioning, in general, for an updated Soviet version and considering the cost, it’s not bad, but it turned out that there was no hair dryer in the suite. For 5 days the room was never cleaned, only the garbage was taken out. But I was struck by the terrible dirt in the hall of the building, it was also never cleaned.
It is a pity that having such a chic park area, the administration obviously saves on gardeners. Many flowerbeds clearly need weeding, and tiles in cleaning the seams.
The dining room menu is not customized, but everything is delicious. Dining room with a very good repair and modern equipment.
We need a good children's animator for children under 10 years old, there are a lot of them and they are bored.
There are no more cons. Yes, there is no wi-fi at all, but for me this is a plus. the children were not in social networks, but with me.
We had fun in the evenings, went to shops and restaurants on the territory of the Marine, Hellas and Irey. Ta very cool, nice and modern, but noisy and very hot. So our park with its unforgettable aroma was just an oasis.
And I also want to warn you that our beaches and seabed were much better than those of our neighbors. There are sheds, but not near the sea. If you want to be closer to the water, you can rent an umbrella for 100 rubles.
In general, I highly recommend it as a budget, quiet and relaxing holiday.

In early July, in the mornings, locals began to bring fruits for sale, at least somehow they ate them, and in local stores, raspberries are 650-700 rubles / kg, cherries - 450 / kg. Also one of the big disadvantages for people with children is that there is no doctor in the boarding house. A doctor from the sea in general is somehow strange (read no), and there was a doctor (a young man who apparently completed his residency) from Elada. This one has at least the knowledge of which drug is better to give. An ambulance to a child with a temperature of 39.2 (could not bring down) from Alushta went 3 hours. Although intensive care came to our neighbors in 25 minutes. Maybe we're just unlucky. In general, the place is secluded and very quiet. Of course there are pros and cons. But I will not go on vacation to the Crimea with my children anymore. The peninsula is not ready yet. The prices are wild everywhere and for everything, and there is almost no service. One beach has awnings but is closed. Because there are waves. On another beach you can lie down, but there are no canopies. So you have to buy an umbrella. The gym and library are closed for renovation. For Wi-Fi you will have to go to another hotel. Free discos were held on the territory of the same hotel. That is, the day of arrival, we arrived at 22 and the day of departure, we ate on our own (although both days are covered). the air is incomparable and it's true. It's up to you to go or not. we won't go again. an unpleasant residue remained.

Prices are lower than in the neighboring "Hellas", "Irey", though the service is worse ...BUT! But the main thing is the amazing, beautiful nature, the silence and singing of birds, and the fragrance of flowers.

There is almost no entertainment there (there are in neighboring hotels), but a wonderful playground is equipped. There is no entertainment, but there is silence and a lot of well-groomed greenery. There is even a "rock garden" there! The beach is rocky, but the best on the entire coast to Alushta (and we went to Alushta along the coast: ).

Very nice place with a great park. Unique microclimate with constantly sunny days. Although the coast is moderately bouldery, you can’t find the best in these places. In addition, special swimming areas have been cleared for babies. Very quiet and calm, no pubs and annoying music.
