Lucky Family Room with Sea View The room is clean, shower, sink, toilet all shone with cleanliness. Bed linen and towels are clean. Was minus this curved mattress on a double bed. We cleaned every day, in the afternoon (in my opinion it's too much, we didn't have time to use clean towels) we asked to come in a day.
The balcony is very small (but the view from it is chic).
The food at the hotel is truly vegetarian. Meat was in a day (chicken legs or thighs), as well as semi-finished nuggets, sausages, sausage in sauce, soy. Omelet, pancakes. Raw 2 types, olives 2 types. Rice, potatoes, pasta. Broccoli, cauliflower, tomatoes baked with cheese. Salads are different. Sweet cakes, cookies, biscuits, puddings. Fruit apples, oranges, watermelon.
Bar: cola, fanta, sprite, coffee, cappuccino (vending machine) jupi juices. Alcohol, beer, wine, brandy, vodka.
We were not hungry, we always found something to eat. We understood that this is a 3 * hotel. The main thing was to see Marmaris, Icmiller.
The staff is polite, they react quickly to everything.
The pool is clean.
Satisfied with the rest.

There were three adults. We originally booked a standard land view room. Then we found out that the hotel has 6 (! ) Family rooms, all with sea views and two rooms. Upon arrival at the reception, they learned that there was a free one and for $ 30 (for all and all days) they changed the city view to a sea view with two rooms.

Upon arrival at the reception, they learned that there was a free one and for $ 30 (for all and all days) they changed the city view to a sea view with two rooms. BOOK A ROOMS WITH A SEA VIEW ONLY. The rest of the views are very sad - the neighboring building or the road.
We lived on the 4th floor. There is a small lift. The rooms are of average age. Something new, something old. The bathroom is quite new and normal. Mattresses where. One air conditioner we had was new and worked well, the second barely puffed and did not cool.
Removed mediocre. We don't always get towels. They left tips. To change the towels, they threw it on the floor and a cleaning sign on the door.
The key card for the room was one for three.
We had wi-fi in the room too. Early in the morning the speed is good. During dinner, barely.
The food is normal for Turkish 3*. Meat is scarce. Delicious yogurt for breakfast.
You can always pour water. The pool bar has delicious light beer.
The staff speaks Turkish, poor English, and does not speak Russian at all.
Territory as such, the hotel does not. Hotel building and swimming pool. The pool has umbrellas and sun loungers. There are no beach towels in the hotel.
Until 22, the pool bar plays music (at 22 everything is turned off and closed). This action was well heard on the 4th floor and the windows overlooking it. After 22 you can sometimes hear the neighboring bars. From 7-7:30 in the morning you can hear the bar and breakfast preparations in the form of stacks of glasses. The mosque is not heard. Nearby there is a shopping center, shops, exchangers. Everything is within 5 minutes walk.
2 minutes to the sea. There is no own beach. Loungers at the cafe. The choice is large. Choose your favorite - go to bed - order something. We went to Karen Brasserie. It's to the right and through a few cafes. There is good service. Comfortable beds. Delicious food and drinks. The most delicious desserts (try Trilice). Great manager Andy.
Prices are not the lowest, but big Turkish tea is 7TL, dessert ~22TL. The atmosphere is the best.
There are many English people in Marmaris. In some places, even prices are in pounds. The service from this is higher. Lots of English speakers. But Russian is almost never spoken.
20 minutes walk to the old town (1.6 km). Walk along the small streets, they are beautiful.

Room after fresh renovation - many thanks to reception. Cleanliness - cleaned every day, but we missed. The food leaves much to be desired, chicken (roast) 2 times a week. Heat. fish was once. There was no more natural meat. Although, probably, for 3 stars it will do. The area is good (both for Marmaris and for 3 stars).

Bar - little used, did not want to contact... Somehow unfriendly service.
1st time in the top three - unusual, yes, even COVID-19...
There is something to compare with. In Marmaris, before that they were in Ideal Prime Beach 5 *, TUI BLUE Grand Azur 5 *.
Bottom line: the main thing is the nature of Marmaris, the atmosphere of relaxation, the islands with the purest water. You can go to the hotel if the budget is limited.
P. S. Our subjective opinion. Have a good rest everyone.

My room was good, with a sea view. As for food, there was no meat, only some kind of silicone semi-finished products were served, so I only had breakfast at the hotel. We went to the city beach, because the one next to it was paid, sunbeds were also paid, like everything else. There are a lot of cats on the territory that climbed the tables, incl.

The location is good, we went to the local bazaar, went for a walk in the city.

There is no air conditioning at all, dead. They seem to work, but they do not cool anything. The food is more or less okay. The hotel rooms are small. This hotel does not qualify for a triple. I chose a hotel that was close to the city center and close to the sea. And this hotel is located 50 or 100 meters from the sea.

In just half an hour we were already with the number. No Internet, I bought a card for the Internet. There he is in the reception area and then no. The food was more or less, in principle, will go. They have a good place. I liked everything here.

Check-in is instant, without any "solutions to the issue". The staff is polite, helpful. For the money the hotel is simply gorgeous. Great pool, albeit small. In neighboring hotels, even with 4 stars, the pools are smaller. In many "troikas" there are either no pools at all, or they face the roadway, from which they are separated by small fences.

Large selection of dishes, including meat, salads, herbs, fruits, vegetables. Some sweet dishes for lunch were served 7 or 8 kinds. The chef is a pro. Huge selection of drinks, including alcoholic. Room cleaning is daily. None of the staff got tired of freezing money. Quiet, calm, clean, comfortable. The only negative, which can be attributed to quite serious: the lack of WI-FI from the third to the last day of stay. And the key phrase: we are doing it, it will be soon. To the sea 50-70 meters.

We were seated immediately, very quickly. They even fed us before moving in. They chose it, because the price and the city of Marmaris itself arranged it. The room is quite normal, everything is fine, cleaned every day. The hotel corresponds to its 3rd. Nice area, nice pool. There is no animation at all. The food for 3 is pretty good.

I had a room on the top floor and the roof was at an angle, so for me, as a tall person, this was not entirely comfortable, I need to take this into account. And the hotel is wonderful.

We've been to so many hotels that I can't remember them all. But there are a few that you want to return to. One of these is the Sonnen Hotel. All of our tours were organized by TPG tour operator. We are grateful to them that they never let us down and offered prices that suited us. Sonnen really liked it for several reasons.

We are grateful to them that they never let us down and offered prices that suited us. Sonnen really liked it for several reasons. The first reason is the location and proximity to the sea, this is the first line, there are many shops, bars with evening shows nearby. The second reason is the staff at the hotel, people really try to make every vacationer happy. Everyone is very friendly, they try to speak Russian, they speak badly, but they understand everything perfectly. Reason number three is number one. It is spacious with a balcony. Refrigerator, TV, hair dryer, good plumbing in the bathroom. The fourth and very significant plus is food, there is everything - meat, fish, salads, sweets, fruits. For such a star rating, the hotel is simply luxury!

On the way from the airport in the bus it was the 1st hotel, so I didn't have to wait at other hotels. Ural Airlines delayed the flight for an hour, but they immediately put on bracelets at the hotel and sent us to dinner, we barely had time. After that it was done. The room on the 4th floor with a sea view turned out to be with a view of 2 bars, which did not allow me to fall asleep on the 1st night.

The room on the 4th floor with a sea view turned out to be with a view of 2 bars, which did not allow me to fall asleep on the 1st night. Then they said that they called the police, and they did not make too much noise. Thanks for the tip on getting earplugs. WiFi in the room is available but slow.
The food is varied, it's hard to stay hungry. Although I saw how indignant those who are used to the 5-star menu. At 4 o'clock only cookies are taken out.
The beach next to the hotel was free, because one of the cafes was being renovated, and it's already October - it's easy to find a free area along the waterfront. Where it is free from sun loungers - you can settle down and swim. But the water is muddy, it is the center and the bottom is sandy-earth. Beautifully designed channels - storm sewers, which carried muddy waters after the rain.
Cross the road at the hotel and for 3.5 lira take an orange minibus (runs approximately every 5 minutes) in the direction of Icmeler, telling the driver: "Nirvana beach" - there is clean water, pine trees and a minimum of people, mostly Russians. "The beach is closed" means that it is free and wild, although the janitor walks around. He has a blue pontoon. Free toilet - above it. There, 2 free travelers set up a tent for the night, begging the police. Walk further from the beach or, for the same amount, immediately drive to Icmeler and wander around it. For 5.5 lira you can get from Marmaris to Turunc along a serpentine (ears lays). This is behind Icmeler, but the minibus is white and runs every 20-30 minutes. There the water is clear and the beach on the left side is deserted. Entry into the sea on the rocks, but it is enough to lie down right on the shore and swim over the rocks. Even animals are not allowed to bathe in the sea.
In the muddy water near the hotel, the fish are not visible, but in other places they are and are the same everywhere. Some complained that they bite calluses and wounds, I did not notice this, although I swam a lot with a mask.
If you walk from the hotel in the other direction to the square with a fountain and a clock tower, then to the left, through the intersection, behind McDonald's and Migros, the final stop of the minibus to Yalanchi-Bogaz (a deceptive strait) - the isthmus between the mainland and Paradise Island. From it, as in Turunc, a view of the open sea and the water is clear. But there is a wild place, a yacht club, for an amateur. I will not talk about the cave - I was ashamed to read the inscriptions "Smolensk, Kyiv, Yulia, etc. "
Thanks for the advice: I immediately bought a bottle of water, paid in dollars and got change at a good rate. It is to the left on the road from the hotel (towards Icmeler) to go 500 meters. There is a fountain, the Blue Port shopping center, in the building of which there is a large store a little further from the main entrance. Even further - Migros, and if you still walk a few hundred meters, then a large Migros and some kind of clothing department store. Next to the Blue Port exchanger Zenit Bank (Sberbank). I also changed money there, but a Russian couple came up and complained that 2 before that, the ATM only gave out banknotes of 100 lira.
In October it was cool at night under a thin blanket, it rained for 2 days.
