The only drawback that is typical for any housing near the sea: very loud music, sometimes until the middle of the night, from a cafe on the waterfront.

We got from the station to the station by taxi, so I can't say anything about the location. But while walking, it became clear that under its own power from the bus station with things far and hard. The territory of the boarding house is beautiful, well-groomed, this is probably the only thing. The embankment is like a promenade, noisy and dirty, but this does not apply to a boarding house. At first glance, in a boarding house, everything seems to be thought out for relaxation, and when you live, you understand that everything is not so good. Mattress bags that are issued in the boarding house would not hurt to wash after the previous tenants. Upon arrival at the room, there was a feeling that it had not been cleaned very much, berries and some threads were lying on the floor, the administrator was called, after which everything was removed. And in general, for the whole holiday they cleaned very badly. It's not normal, that's for sure. At night, the disco rumbles, you can hear it even with the balcony closed. The food is not that tasteless, but just disgusting. On the first day, we ordered lunch and dinner, but that was enough and we didn’t eat here anymore. Coffee - just swill. You can't do that with guests. They wanted to move out of here, so the money is not returned. Stone Age is easy! Who reads my review advice: guys, find another place, for that kind of money you can relax more comfortably.

People probably didn’t rest anywhere else and didn’t see anything, there’s probably nothing to compare with. So: You can only get to the boarding house by taxi or order a transfer, because my husband and I traveled almost the entire Crimea and there were no difficulties with the road to the right place, this time we decided to drive from Simferopol to Gurzuf ourselves. Then there was a "surprise"! from the bus station to the boarding house about 40 minutes through the mountains and stairs you have to go with a suitcase. As a result, they ran out of steam in the heat. First impression: the territory is beautiful, albeit small. Thought "well, finally got to the place of rest"! On this, perhaps, all the pluses ended. The hotel itself is very noisy, and it's not just a nearby rumbling disco, the rooms themselves are very noisy. You can hear how the neighbors close and open the doors, you can hear the steps of the upper neighbors from above, the movement of furniture on the balcony, in general, there is no sound insulation. The nearby disco rumbles from 21 to 3 in the morning. It is not possible to sleep with an open balcony. Those rooms that overlook the sea, then the view is amazing at the bottom of the park is small, the sea is far away, but if the windows are "on the mountains" (do not believe the courtyards of other hotels in front of the mountain and their own life flows there too), then this is horror. The rooms are cleaned every day, but the feeling of uncleanness never leaves. The smell in the bathroom is unpleasant, the sink-toilet-shower is not washed at all. Clean, apparently, only the floor, and then not very carefully. We have been living for 4 days, towels and bedding have not yet been changed. Now breakfast, which proudly calls itself a semi-buffet (for the first time we heard about this): cereals, muesli, milk, kefir, some salad, bread, boiled eggs, coffee and tea (coffee is disgusting) are on the table, you are all you dial for yourself, then the waiter comes and brings a couple of pieces of sausage and cheese on a plate, and then a plate of hot. Hot - it's either pasta with sausage, or cut (such porridge if anyone does not know) with chicken or meatballs. Moreover, sometimes the waiter does not notice you for a long time, although he walks around you, he starts to get bored of waiting to bring you the portion you are supposed to. Because of this, breakfast is delayed. I don’t want to have lunch and dinner with such cuisine and service, although it can be much tastier than breakfasts. About the beach: you have to go down the stairs to the beach, it doesn't bother you at all. On the embankment 50-70 meters and there will be a beach. Rented from the resort, entrance to the beach from 7 to 18 * 30. When you come closer to 18 o'clock at the entrance to the beach you are warned that the beach is open until 18 * 30. This is quite unpleasant. Sometimes you want to swim more, and the evenings are warm, you could swim in the evening sea, but no, in such cases you have to look for other beaches. On the beach you are given a sun lounger, and in the rooms there are bags-mattresses and umbrellas. The beach itself is with large round pebbles, walking and getting out of the sea is very painful, only bathing slippers or slippers save.
