Rested at the hotel on New Year's holidays 16-17. The hotel is in order, pleasant and polite staff (except for the girl in the restaurant, she is painfully sad and unfriendly, but she does her job and this is a plus). The room was a standard double. The room is spacious, there were no problems with comfort, linen is changed regularly, cleaned often.

The room is spacious, there were no problems with comfort, linen is changed regularly, cleaned often. Only cold in the room. It is 0 degrees outside, in the room it barely reaches 20. If you turn on the air conditioner for heating, you can “heat up” to 22-23 degrees, but for this the air conditioner must work around the clock. You turn it off for a couple of hours - and again 19-20 degrees. But I won’t scold anyone for this, the hotel is still designed more for relaxing in the summer, when there are no such problems.
The hotel has a swimming pool, and quite a great one. The water is warm, does not stink of bleach, there is a hydromassage.
Very surprised by the food. The restaurant cooks so deliciously that it is simply unrealistic to leave there unfulfilled or dissatisfied. Thanks to the staff and chefs. Got a gastronomic orgasm))
The location of the hotel is excellent: both to the sea and to various entertainment - a couple of steps.
I recommend. I give 8 out of 10.

The hotel was chosen for a promotion so that my husband and I could breathe the sea air on the coast for the lungs, STANDARD room, double. The declared photos on the Pokupon website according to the standard number are completely untrue: there were no declared 16 meters in the room, there is a small room of 8-10 meters, a very narrow passage in the form of a corridor to the door.

And a completely creepy bathroom, where black fungus grows on the tiles. The room is for 2 people, however, only one chair is included in the package of the room, and at the reception desk they refused to give us a second chair, explaining that it was not included in the package. It turned out strange: either I or my husband had to sit at the table in turn, in a 4-star hotel?
The linen was changed every day, they brought bathrobes that were completely impossible to wear: neither I nor my husband fit in them, they were so small, designed for girls of 42 sizes. When asked to notice the bathrobes, we were told that it was too late: the maid had gone home!! ! And it doesn’t matter that it got very cold that day, that we were cold and there was nothing to wear after a shower. And at the end of our departure, our room was blocked, we came from the sea at 11:20 and could not get into the room, because it was blocked due to check-out at 12-00 check-out time!!!!!!
To be honest, we often rest in Odessa and have been in different hotels, we especially liked the attitude at the Esperanto Hotel, in Arcadia Plaza, the Gagarin Hotel. But I don’t understand such a strange behavior of the employees of the Morskoy Hotel . . I just wanted to be closer to the sea, breathe the air. By the way, there is no protected territory of the hotel, security forbids opening windows, and you are forced to breathe only air-conditioning.
The only thing I liked about the hotel was the attitude of the restaurant to the guests. Everything is cooked so delicious, I would say that with love for us. THANK YOU SO MUCH TO THESE PEOPLE!

I chose the hotel due to the discount offered. The price includes a buffet breakfast (for Ukraine it's not bad). Friendly staff always ready to help, daily high-quality cleaning. The hotel has a swimming pool (in my opinion it needs a facelift). Not a bad gym. Hotel in the heart of Arcadia. To the sea 100 meters.
