The hotel itself is brand new and clean - this is a plus, but a small dining room with a limited number of tables (obviously not designed for the number of residents) is a minus, because the group has to have breakfast in several visits. The hotel is located on the outskirts, far from the center, so if you want to walk around the city on your own, it will not be very convenient for you to get there.
