At dressing gowns (and not only mine) the straps for the belt were torn off. We decided not to aggravate the situation, because. hurry to the spa. SPA is good, lots of saunas, warm outdoor jacuzzi pool - super. Returning to the room faced with another problem - the smell of bleach after the spa. A nightmare. Neither gels nor lotions could kill this smell.

A pompous old hotel, a good restaurant, a gorgeous pool and outdoor hot tub, but since I stayed there for one night, I managed to find flaws (at least in our room). The plumbing was tired - the faucet was leaking, and the toilet was not flushing well. The refrigerator is very loud.

A pompous old hotel, a good restaurant, a gorgeous pool and outdoor hot tub, but since I stayed there for one night, I managed to find flaws (at least in our room). The plumbing was tired - the faucet was leaking, and the toilet was not flushing well. The refrigerator is very loud. To use the outlet, I had to move the bedside table and pull out the plug of the night light. There are simply no outlets. But high ceilings and a balcony. True, not in all rooms. There are bathrobes and slippers. Wifi in the room, but not good. Skibus runs every 30 minutes.

I can’t objectively judge the hotel’s service and cuisine, since I didn’t even spend the night there, but I really didn’t like one moment. When the girl at the reception saw that a group had come in, and someone alone was treated to a candy, she immediately hid a vase with them)))) And it's not about these sweets!! ! we are manager of travel companies ! ! sales of rooms in the hotel depend on us, and this is such an appeal)) It’s somehow small for a hotel of this level))

The rooms are cleaned, but shampoo and soap are not put in, stationary tubes in the bathrooms are not filled with gel and it is also not put in bottles. I had to ask to be delivered separately. Terry dressing gowns, as it turned out, are also not enough for everyone - they were reported on the third day of their stay at a separate request.
But these are all trifles, compared with what the hotel management did on the night from Saturday to Sunday - the hotel was rented out for a private corporate party. The disco lasted until 5 am, none of the tourists on the first two floors could fall asleep almost until the morning. On an urgent request to reduce the volume of the sound, tk. children cannot sleep, the general manager responded with a proposal to move to the rooms of the upper floors for that night. And she could not do anything with the disc jockey, at the request to reduce the sound, the local music lover increased her even more !! ! These "guests" of the hotel bought the hotel and did whatever they wanted in it. This is how the management of the Grandhotel Praha 4 * easily sold the peace of tourists for money that is dearer to them than even the good name of the hotel.
Moreover, this is the unanimous opinion of the tourists of our arrival. At home, in this case, you can call the police if someone makes noise after 22.00, but how to respond to the "hospitable" reception of the Slovaks in Slovakia?
