In addition, as before, the package includes VIP access to the ski passes of all residents. And in the high season, this is a significant advantage!
The cottages are old, the carpets are old, the plumbing is old, the furniture is old. Everything is old, but everything works, repaired, well-maintained. The room is warm, the linen is clean. Breakfasts are not fancy, but there is fruit salad, pancakes, and shakshuka, and of course, all the standard options. When it snows, the cleaners work all day.
Yes, the quality drops, but for the money, I recommend it!
Wi-Fi works well throughout the territory without a password on 2 channels - high-speed 5G in the room and 2G throughout the territory!

The vacuum cleaner is cleaned every day after 4 to 6 p. m. There is a phone (to contact friends, you need to dial 1, then our number was 15 and the room number was 4, it turned out to be 1154)
To give a number - they called the reception at number 2000, the maid came and checked, took the cards, called the reception back and wished them a good trip.
MEALS three times a day were reserved for us at the Borzo Varenyki cafe 350 meters from the room! Go to the lift near the ticket office. I liked everything! Polite waiters, you can always arrange take-out if we are on an excursion at the given time and cannot visit the cafe. Dumplings were full for half a year ahead, but thankful that they never remained hungry! For breakfast from 9 to 11 o'clock there was an omelette, dumplings, pancakes with filling, sausages, salad.
For lunch from 13:00 to 15:00, take turns - borscht, noodle soup, dumplings with various fillings, potatoes with chops, trout, banoche, cabbage rolls, Olivier salad. Dinner from 18:00 to 20:00, second courses also changed. Drinks were tea or coffee and compote in the morning. Compote lunch and dinner, it's a pity that it's the same all the time, it was possible to offer uzvar. And I also wanted to wish the team to smile, I understand - they are tired.
ENTERTAINMENT: entrance and sunbeds Lake of Youth included, umbrella and mattress additional fee.
We went to the VODA club in the morning from 8 to 11 o'clock for 250 hryvnias per person. It is approximately 1 km 400 meters from our rooms + 900 meters further along the Lake of Youth. There are indoor and outdoor heated pools, 4 jacuzzis on the roof, Finnish and Mediterranean saunas, a Roman steam room, a salt cave, sunbeds and access to the lake of youth. All this is included in UAH 250 for 3 hours with a bracelet, a towel and a bracelet are issued to the dressing room. There is a hairdryer, a shower, a foot disinfectant, everything is civil!
I liked the Mediterranean sauna the most, soft steam with the aroma of herbs. Slippers are better to have your own. There is a possibility for an additional fee: a bathrobe, disposable slippers, a storage room, a VIP dressing room. Saturday and Sunday costs 50 hryvnias more.
all day 600 hryvnias, 3 hours in the evening 400 hryvnias on weekdays. + 100 on weekends. It is possible to have a massage and peeling with coffee and sea salt for a separate fee.
We walked up the mountain along the path under the lifts, we were very tired, we even quarreled with our husband, but we got out anyway! At the top, the mood rose, the beauty, which cannot be conveyed in a photo, is simply incredible!! ! It cost 190 hryvnias to climb the mountain by lift in August.
There are the following entertainments: Sled track, "speed fun" toboggan run from UAH 500 for one person to UAH 800 for two. Behind Molodosti lake, there is an entrance fee to Hutsul Land Ethnopark, Bukovelski Hills Ropeway Park, "Reverse" attraction, "Bike zip" - on a bicycle along the cableway stretched across Molodosti Lake at a height of up to 30 meters for 1 trip 400 UAH.
, catamaran 15 minutes 150 hryvnias.
There is a lot of entertainment, and they cost a lot) Prices in cafes are also resort-like, so to speak)
The people of Artek held something in their square every evening. There is a volleyball court on the territory.
We traveled by bus to Yaremche to the Probiy waterfall.
WEATHER should be taken into account that it is always cooler than in the rest of the country. When we left Poltava, it was +30 during the day, and +10 at night in Bukovel, +14 during the day, sometimes it rained, it was cool. At an air temperature of +20 it was already scorching, and only a cloud appeared, it immediately became cool, I had to carry a windbreaker with me all the time. The water temperature in the lake was between 19 and 22.
THE TERRITORY is huge, a little confusing, but on the second day everything was understood, the hotel itself is located among other hotels. There are shops, a market, parking lots, a shuttle bus station, many cafes, baths, a sports ground, lifts. Very clean and tidy territory, good paths are divided for vacationers: on foot, by bicycle, by car.
The area between the mountains, a rocky river flows. Several places where you can rent a bicycle or a scooter. A shuttle locomotive on wheels travels around the territory - we were not interested in the price.
SHOPPING at home - there was no particular desire to buy anything. But they still bought: a board for serving the table in 6 sections, local liquor, dried mushrooms, blueberries, herbal Carpathian tea, sheepskin slippers, Budz cheese. Probably something else, I don't remember...
In this difficult year, wartime, curfew, they worked almost without days off, suddenly they managed to rest on Sunday. But somehow it was a shame...
We rested as a group of 8 people, they were almost always together, cheerful, friendly, the vacation was 100% successful
Victory, Peace, Clear Sky, Prosperity, Health! Also travel!
Everything is real!!!
We arrived at the hotel very early. Check-in from 15.00 (but if the room is released earlier, they call you). In the reception building there is an opportunity to change clothes, leave all your belongings in the storage room. And went to rest in the resort.
Checked in around 2:00 pm. The guys drove to our house by car, helped with the suitcases. We took a suite for three (this is right next to the Salo restaurant and pizzeria). Second floor. The view from the windows is awesome!
The room is carpeted, clean and comfortable. Living room and bedroom. The room is very big! Everything is there: towels, slippers, bathrobes, soap, shampoo, hats and a sewing kit. The mini bar is good, for a fee, there is everything for tea. It was quite hot in the room.
There is no place for skis as such, they were kept right in a small dressing room.
We had breakfast included in the Salo restaurant. Breakfast - buffet. Very cool! There was always champagne for breakfast : )
Good inet.
The room was booked through the Bukovel website. The room was with a 50% discount and with a loyalty program for skiers (promotional Ski-passes, with a VIP pass and skiing until nightfall).
Even at check-in there was a surprise - for each day of residence for an hour a free visit to the bathhouse of 4 seasons.
Check-out at 12.00 - again, things were left in the storage room and walked until the evening.
I recommend!
Hotel Bukovel initially pleased us with the cleanliness and comfort of living. Rooms were cleaned daily, towels were changed, and so on.
But during the eviction we were scandalized! The cognac glass was broken in the room, we noticed it on the second day of our stay, but we didn't think to call and warn the manager about it, because we didn't use these glasses ourselves. During the eviction, the maid started attacking us with the supervision that we were obliged to pay for the glass, otherwise she would not accept the number. To which we tried to calmly explain that it had already been broken either during check-in or became broken after cleaning the room. The maid smiled sarcastically in response to the question: “Do you think that four adults are standing and lying in front of you for 65 hryvnias?
"- She replied: " Yes, I think you are BRUSHING. "
The service of this hotel is very lame, we were completely spoiled. The maid said that we MUST take this glass and take it to the reception. We refused and went to hand in the room on our own. At the reception we were asked to wait for a manager who will solve our problem. The manager was in the same position, it complemented our terrible impression of the service. She said that we had to check the room before check-in. In the end, she said she would let us go, and did not even apologize for the spoiled morning.
The saddest thing is that the price of a good attitude is 65 hryvnias, if not a terrible attitude, the maid would get more for tea. But the hotel's policy is built in such a way that the guest is always to blame, and to prove it, he needs to spend his time and effort to find out.
Therefore, if you are a principled person and are not ready to pay for other people's mistakes, be careful when staying at the Hotel Bukovel.
In general, the hotel is not bad, we took New Suite rooms, these are new houses with a very cozy interior that adds to the New Year mood. Bribes the proximity of the houses to the ski lifts. We had breakfast at the Salo restaurant, the choice is not bad, but there are some nuances, such as dried cheese and spoiled sliced meat, be careful.
By cons:
1) Cleaning in the hotel is done for show. The towels were not changed for three days, even the tea bag was not taken away from the table and the cup was not washed. Just making the bed.
2) When we were checking out from the hotel, they wanted to hang Prosecco and a pack of M&M on us. At the reception, in response to our indignation, they asked why we did not check all the positions of the bar when we checked in, which surprised us even more. However, seeing our indignation, the staff agreed not to blame us for the shortage.
3) When leaving, we were also very surprised by the situation when our company wanted to leave the bags in the storage room (since the train was at 8 pm and they still wanted to take a walk) and the girl at the reception told us that this could not be done, since they had repairs in the storage room (at the height of the season! ). In response to our polite requests to find some room or a free room, the girl spread her hands and said with sad eyes that nothing could be done. After that, in response to our already not very polite requests not to involve visitors in the problems of the hotel, the administrator appeared and, you won’t believe it, they opened a storage room for us, where there was no repair and there were many suitcases of other residents. There are no comments here.
4) Here I may already find fault a little, but in a hotel where the cost of a room reaches European prices (and significantly exceeds it on peak dates), paying 7 hryvnia for a tea bag in a room is not European at all, but a real redneck.
In general, what I want to say. Hotel "Bukovel" is a good option for recreation. Next year, I will most likely also choose it. But the hotel administration still needs to fix a lot of jambs so that the hotel can really be called a European-level hotel.
Asked for extra bed for a child, but brought a day later, after 3 reminders, the first night sleeping on towels ((
The price included:
- Breakfast in Filvarka - very tasty and filling, until the evening and did not mention the food;
- sauna 1 hour - from what is needed, after skiing;
- up to 5 hours of free stay of the child in the children's room in the center (there is no feeding and no sleep).
We didn't think so, but bun №3 is a rental of equipment near Filvarka, extractor №1 is no queues, fast and convenient.
Wi-hi - great, worked and watched shows. In fact, the size of the room later became indifferent - we just slept there and dried things, in the morning and in the evening on the street.
I took instruction from Vasyl Palagniuk Ski School - I advise, thanks to him I fell in love with skiing.
During the eviction, it turned out that two bottles of water at UAH 25 / piece had disappeared or were missing in the mini-bar. In Italy, when settling in, a list of speeches was published in the room asking to check and sign, here we did not sign anything for the mini bar, we made a conclusion for ourselves - what to check.
But, which was a pleasant surprise, at the reception without any remarks and fights believed that we did not take water.
A-a-a and at the reception hung a sign that the auditor recommends))
We will return.
From good.
The room is warm. Since all heaters are electric, you can regulate the temperature yourself. The bed, although small, is comfortable and does not creak))))). The room is more or less spacious. Hot water in any quantity. Good location - close to ski lifts. Breakfast is just super (at Lucky Bull). Wifi is excellent.
From bad.
Room design is poor. The furniture is old and uncomfortable. The bathtub is oddly shaped and cramped. TVs are outdated - neither a laptop nor a hard drive can be connected.
Tea and coffee bags - FOR MONEY!!!??? ? I have never seen such arrogance.
In general, we will return, unless there are rooms in other hotels. We liked Home Hotel more.
A BIG MINUS IS TO STAND FOR 30-40 MINUTES IN THE LINE FOR BREAKFAST!!!
Is it really impossible to make a rack with dishes, just longer.
If they don’t know themselves, let them ask people or go abroad themselves, see how people are.
And there is never a queue!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ! !!!!!!!! !
