Were in the boarding house "TMM Yalta" from August 12 to September 2.2014. We rented a 2-bed room in the second two-story building (the highest located). The building is certainly not for the elderly - climb all the time uphill, a lot of steps. Everything that is written corresponds: there is air conditioning, a cold room, a TV, a bathroom with a shower cabin, a balcony, the first building has a quite decent pool, cleaned every day, linen and towels were changed almost 2 times a week.

Everything that is written corresponds: there is air conditioning, a cold room, a TV, a bathroom with a shower cabin, a balcony, the first building has a quite decent pool, cleaned every day, linen and towels were changed almost 2 times a week. Once we took towels with us to the sea, when they were changed, of course they changed only for the face, when they came, they asked us, they immediately changed the towels without any problems. The location is very good - the very center, while silence, a lot of greenery, breathe wonderfully (cypresses, pines, arborvitae, Lebanese cedars). There are a lot of squirrels in the park, doves fly. In the first building and next to the pool, wi-fi caught normally. Of course, I would like wi-fi in our building. Meals of course without a choice, but quite, the portions are large. There is a shuttle to the airport, 2000r. , A little expensive. (When we were driving here from the airport to the boarding house, we agreed with a private trader for 1500 rubles. But we took a transfer from the boarding house back, it took 1.5 hours to go. ) Due to the fact that you are in Yalta, it is not long to go to any palaces. To Massandrovsky, for example, 15 minutes. by bus.
We were lucky with a sea view : ) From the balcony there was a wonderful view of both the mountains on the left and the sea. Not far from the boarding house there is an IMAX cinema and a good supermarket, not far from the monument to Lenin, opposite the entrance to the crocodile there is a good bakery, pastries are very tasty there.

The next day we say - clean up! In response - the cleaning lady works until lunch, only tomorrow... ! Wow! How can she clean all the rooms before dinner, poor thing? ! That's why it cleans up - it took out the garbage and that's it! Well, they vacuumed it all the same, but - it was the first and last time! What can you do - try not to litter...

And then they have such a look when they set the table and bring food, as if they are doing a favor to visitors! Management should have enlightening conversations with them, or fire and hire better-mannered, hospitable staff. Cleaners in"TTM-Yalta"-a completely different matter-attentive, pleasant women. 3) Portions in the dining room are large, good. Didn't feel hungry. But there could be at least some food to choose from! They gave little fruit - a big minus! I would not refuse small doses of wine in the land of the sun and vineyards, and I'm sure the rest of the vacationers too! 4) The guard consisted of lazy guys. Constantly either cracked on the phone, or sat buried in laptops. It would be better to do something sensible, useful for vacationers. Women and the elderly were not offered help carrying heavy bags!

I would like to leave a review and express my deep gratitude to the whole team of this wonderful complex !! ! We stayed with our daughter, she is 6 years old. For the first time in Crimea, we rested in the full sense of the word, without racking our brains on which beach to go to, what and where to eat, and what to do in the evening.

Thanks to the attentive director, who instantly responds to the slightest wishes and requests of vacationers, which was unexpected and pleasant. Also, I would like to note the staff of the complex, because it is these guys who, with their work, attention and care, create a pleasant impression of the rest. To the whole team - cheerful guides, friendly administrators, smiling bartender, responsible maids, cooks, drivers - THANK YOU, you are the best!! ! We have been staying at this hotel for the 3rd year already - everything suits us: the center of Yalta! , there is a swimming pool, there is a large terrace in the room (exit from 2 rooms), beautiful views from the terrace (sea side), 3 meals a day ( quite varied) in the dining room (it's really hot there at lunch because there are no air conditioners in the hall), plus free parking.

We have been staying at this hotel for the 3rd year already - everything suits us: the center of Yalta! , there is a swimming pool, there is a large terrace in the room (exit from 2 rooms), beautiful views from the terrace (sea side), 3 meals a day ( quite varied) in the dining room (it's really hot there at lunch because there are no air conditioners in the hall), plus free parking. We were on the beach in 15 minutes by car. Everything is just wonderful for such ridiculous money. We were looking for other hotels - prices were one and a half, 2 times higher and only with breakfast. So in terms of price - quality ratio - I did not find a better option. The budget was a piece of bucks per family with accommodation and meals. We missed a couple of dinners - we ate at a restaurant on the beach (barbecue, salads, beer, ... ) - for 2 150 - 250 UAH. - from the belly. So at the hotel you can safely take breakfast and dinner only and dine on the way (to the beach or on excursions).
We were in Massadra for a tasting - the bus was right from the hotel - we were taken, drunk, brought. We rode the Globe (4-deck catamatan) towards Ayudag Mountain with swimming in the sea - I also really liked it - departure from the Yalta embankment.
We went once on a boat to Miskhor - there are tiny beaches and a lot of people! They didn’t even go into the sea - they walked along the embankment and back to Yalta - it’s better to go to the beaches in Kurpaty or Nikita - there the sea is cleaner and there are fewer people.
I advise you to go again : )

Lots of excursions! There are expensive cafes and there are budget ones.
A separate conversation about the so-called "hotel" TMM-Yalta: it is old, although it is located not far from the center, but to go into it through some kind of blind gates, it is especially annoying at night; all the time uphill (one of the vacationers counted 200 steps), and without good sports training it will be difficult, especially when the whole day and evening were active; Moreover, you will still be barked at by dogs of large breeds, of which there are many, on every corner, while you feel not like on vacation, but like in a zone, especially when you open the balcony in the morning and all the dogs bark in unison! The situation everywhere is more than modest, if not miserable. In the room there is an old battered small TV (so small that it is difficult to understand what it shows from a distant shooting) and an air conditioner that did not cool at all (fortunately, it was September, and there was no great need for this), an old mini-fridge. The bathroom is kind of gloomy, everything seems to be in order, but there is poor ventilation (somehow unpleasant smells came from the dining room). The promised view of the sea is: a close-up view of the rusty roofs of some old outbuildings and a tiny piece of the sea near the horizon. The dining room is a separate song! They feed, as in a Soviet school, only a lot and somehow insipid or something! We did not go to dinner, so as not to go back and forth, but to spend more time at sea. For such a rest and stay in TMM-Yalta, we paid pretty decent money and really expected more! Previously, we were in many places, before that there were no special complaints anywhere, we understood that we were going to "our" resort, but we did not think that everything would be like this! This is my first negative review. Despite everything, I really want to return to Yalta, but only to another hotel!

We've only been back a couple of days. Rested with my husband and two children for 7 days. From the very first day, we already knew that we had made the right choice. The room has 2 rooms, and isolated, which is extremely convenient. Hot water constantly. The view from the room, and we lived on the 2nd floor, is magnificent.

There was enough food so that we didn’t even turn on the refrigerator, since there was no point in buying something. Usually, children at home between breakfasts and lunches ask for a snack, here we offered it ourselves, but they refused, as they ate to satiety in the dining room. The staff is very polite. The room is constantly cleaned, the main thing is not to forget the keys to leave with the administrator. The water in the pool is 22 degrees and there is no pandemonium. We hope to be back in August. By the way, due to the fact that the building is an old building (we lived in 1), air conditioning (it is in every room) is not needed. Coolness remains even in the hottest weather. In short, it was a great vacation! THANK YOU TMM!!! ! We will definitely return
