Elena and Evgeniy (rested from 20 to 26 August 2014)
From the presented description of the sanatorium, it is only true that a beautiful view of the sea opens, the Swallow's Nest, the air is wonderful, because the sanatorium is located in a reserve, the sea is clean, proximity to the main historical monuments of Crimea, 8 km to Yalta. There are two minibuses, the fare is 25 rubles, and perhaps this is where all the good ends.
Car parking is paid 150 rubles, in most sanatoriums and boarding houses it is either free or the payment does not exceed 100 rubles.
Nutrition to say that bad does not mean anything to say, the portions are small, there is no variety, now in the Crimea there are seasons of cucumbers and tomatoes, cherries. In the dining room they give 1-3 thin slices of cucumber, 1/3 of a tomato. The main one is cabbage. From fruits to orange, kiwi, apple. True, 3 times they gave a little cherry. For dinner, sometimes there was half a glass of kefir. 3 days before our departure, a customized menu appeared, but it was no different from the previous meal! Opposite the sanatorium there is a store, where everyone made the main orders, it goes with a bang and cheese, and sausage and rolls, so this store is not in danger of ruin)))
The elevator to the beach is open from 7 am to 7 pm, so access to the sea is closed after 7 pm.
The park is abandoned, we arrived at the gate there was an announcement that a gardener was required, we left the gardener and did not find it.
From the animation in the evening at 20-00 cinema. This is where the animation ends.
The beach was washed away last year, this year fresh gravel was brought to the beach, you can only walk on it in slippers.
Of the free treatment, inhalation and a salt room, the rest of the procedures are all paid. Even for inhalation, you yourself will have to buy, again in the store opposite, "Borjomi". This is about treatment.
The pool is not big, with us in two weeks the water in it was changed three times. The Jacuzzi pool was not filled and, as I understand it, it is also paid.
HOT WATER according to the schedule: in the morning from 7 to 9 and in the evening from 19 to 21. During the day, hot water is not needed after the sea))))
Air conditioning paid 100 rubles a day, a kettle 20 rubles a day.
Internet paid by the pool 15 rubles a day. Of the two weeks that we were, the Internet worked for 3 days !!! ! They left him yet and did not do it!
The majority of people are not happy with the service presented in this resort.
The staff of the resort, probably trying to somehow brighten up our stay, very polite and always trying to help. The rooms are cleaned daily. The rooms are clean after renovation, the furniture is new.
In conclusion, the main thing is of course the sea, sun, air. I just want the truth that is written in the description of the sanatorium, the reliability of the information, because we pay money for it. But we won't come here again.
In detail:
1. Employees are polite and seem to be even attentive to the problems of vacationers;
2. The sea is amazingly clean. Nearby were 2 years ago in the winter in the Zhemchuzhina is also good, but in the summer boats and motor ships are constantly knocking down, in Alushta (for comparison) the sea is just a nightmare compared to Gaspra.
3. The elevator to the beach is officially opened from 7:00 am, in reality from 06:45 am.
4. The sanatorium can be safely called the sanatorium "grandmothers and granddaughters. " 80% (by eye) of vacationers are grandparents seconded with small children.
5. The beach is divided into a shady area and a pebble beach. There are not enough sun loungers in the shady zone for everyone. (to be honest, they are not enough even for a third of the vacationers, and at 7:00 it was no longer possible to find a free one)
6. We were with my daughter, 6 years old, and therefore a sunbed in the shady area was a necessity. In view of the latter, my dream to sleep off on vacation remained unfulfilled. Grandmothers wake up early. You will be near the elevator after 06:40 - you will not see a sunbed. Therefore, I slept on the beach))) and my girls came up later.
7. Food, in general, is not a fountain. The first two days I didn’t have enough (I eat a lot). Then I got used to the portion sizes and stopped utilizing parts of my wife's portions))) For the sake of justice, I still note that I never remained hungry.
8. The bed was changed on the 5th day without reminders.
9. Cleaning took place regularly.
10. I didn’t get stuck in the elevator to the beach, but during the holidays this happened (2 times) with other vacationers.
11. The tunnel to the beach is cool - the children need to throw something.
12. Cafe on the territory and the beach - good. The face of Caucasian appearance, which they have in charge there - well done! He is constantly on the spot, controls the quality of the work of the staff, is attentive to the wishes of customers, and just a nice person.
13. Car parking anywhere on the territory of the sanatorium, but still there.
14. Animators are not professionals at all, young girls by accent are tentatively from Central Ukraine, but how they try to make it interesting and fun for children! Every day a rich program for children is the norm!
15. I read that the park of the sanatorium is abandoned - garbage, the territory is very walkable, there are many viewing platforms, there is a new playground with a trampoline, benches. In general, a normal park, everything is well-groomed - there is where to walk and sit. A lot of shade on the territory for 10 days from the frank heat did not suffer even once. In the evening, it is good to sit by the pool overlooking the Swallow's Nest.
16. Mosquitoes somehow bite so well that the bite marks last for a very long time and itch incredibly (although this does not apply to the sanatorium).
17. We were in a junior suite with a sea view, building 1. The room is good, the bathroom is decorated with dignity and quality, I liked it, the building is ideally located for me: 30 meters to the elevator to the beach, 40 meters to the dining room (from the entrance) , nearby and parking and a playground, and a cozy pond with benches, and the observation deck "Captain's Bridge" is awesome. The room is fresh, 2 balconies: 1 for drying clothes, 2 for relaxing.
There is no entertainment for adults, but given that grandmothers live there, who need to get up early to the elevator to the beach, this is understandable. We were by car - it was not difficult for us to find entertainment on the side (in Yalta, for example). And they didn’t try to run around clubs, they were with a child.
All in all, my family really enjoyed it. The very heart of Crimea, the purity of the air and the sea - beyond words. For the money, this is perfect for me.
I want to make a point right now. I love Crimea very much, so I go there with pleasure, so that they don’t talk about the “scoop”, the crowd, garbage, the alternative cheapness of Turkey or Egypt.
So, introductory. I wanted to go to the sea on the South Coast, the budget was average and it was necessary that there was an elevator to the beach. The sanatoriums of Miskhor were considered. The Parus sanatorium was chosen as a compromise option: the cost is average, the South Coast and an elevator to the beach are available. Looked like it from the reviews. We bought vouchers in a travel agency, Simferopol, because could not find the official website of the sanatorium on the Internet. When buying, the type and location of the room were specified, because. we wanted a sea view.
We arrived at the resort in the afternoon. The lady at the reception, identifying our names by her eyes, said very kindly: “Well, finally. And we've been waiting for you! "
Done with lightning speed. By the way, thank God that we did not start making health resort cards in Moscow. Upon learning that they were not there, the lady quickly got us sanatorium cards without these certificates. She also said that the doctor and nurse work around the clock, so after dinner we will be able to go to the doctor. Although we didn’t really need treatment, it was a nice bonus. We went to settle down. By the way, there were three of us: my husband and I and my girlfriend. We turned out to be quite a neat, clean one-room suite on the 7th floor of the 2nd building with a sea view. The beds are new, the furniture is new (like Ikea), the curtains are new. TV set, refrigerator, plates, cups are all in place. Per person a set of normal towels of 5 pcs. pleased. Plumbing is new. We even got a little crazy about all this new and clean stuff. By the way, the bed linen was very beautiful. A friend in a single had a chic double bed and a chic shower.
In general, all satisfied, we went to the dining room. Dinner in a sanatorium of the Crimea, of course, cannot be compared with dinner in a Spanish restaurant. But we were never hungry. The food is light, with an indication of the number of calories. The menu has a choice of 2-3 dishes that must be ordered in advance. A pleasant innovation (for a domestic sanatorium) is a buffet of snacks: eggplants, peppers, tomatoes, cucumbers, mushrooms, fish, cabbage, carrots, lettuce, etc. Come, collect. Also pleased with the coffee machines, not the coffee that the waitresses deliver.
The doctor prescribed us inhalations and a visit to the salt cave, which we happily did every day.
The beach is clean and polished. Topchanchiki under a canopy, plastic deck chairs (free) in the sun. On the beach there is a small cafe (beer, wine, cognac, food), all sorts of herbal teas and oxygen cocktails. There were also various water procedures, but I only went for a sharko shower.
There is also a small pool with fresh water and a paid jacuzzi, but we have never been.
The water in the sea was a little cool for my taste - 21 degrees, but we swam and swam. There are not many people, there is enough free space, but maybe this is the advantage of September.
And of course the excursions. Palaces of Miskhor, temples of Yalta, Sevastopol, Khersones, hiking in the mountains, the Royal Path, tastings and much more. Such a paradox, how many times I go to the Crimea, but there is always something left unseen, uncovered.
Summary. The place is excellent, the park at the sanatorium may be a little small, but this can be compensated by other walks. The staff is the most friendly: security guards, staff in the building, waitresses, nurses, doctors. Everyone is very kind, not ostentatious, but from the heart. The ticket cost 46 tr. for two for 11 days.
The condition of the room - in principle, there are no special comments, the cold floor is ambiguously perceived, the tile is not the most ideal material. Two small bedside rugs generally do not solve the problem. The condition of the furniture and other equipment of the room has not deteriorated, in normal condition.
The territory of the sanatorium is also well-groomed, the observation deck "Captain's Bridge" has been ennobled. The park of the sanatorium belongs to the reserved part of Cape Ai-Todor, it is very good. I would like to update the numerous observation decks of the park.
The beach is well-groomed, everything for the vacationer is available, the elevator to the beach works without comment.
I really liked the food in the dining room. Everything is delicious, fresh, there is a choice of dishes.
In general, the resort has been tested in dynamics and the first impression is not deceptive - I recommend it.
1. Room after renovation, large loggia with table and chairs (room - 400 UAH).
2. Not a bad area with cozy viewing platforms and places for solitude.
3. Quite a wide line of the beach.
4. In the evening you can sit in a cafe at the hotel overlooking the Swallow's Nest (prices are average for Kyiv). There is also a cinema hall (10 UAH per session), billiards.
5. Free WiFi in the cafe area.
6. Convenient transport interchange (by minibuses you can get to a number of sights of the Crimea).
7. I was pleasantly surprised by one detail - all the toilets on the territory have toilet paper.
Now for the cons:
1. Poor nutrition. For men, the diet is clearly insufficient, you leave the dining room with a slight feeling of hunger (there is an option with a surcharge for improved nutrition +120 UAH per day).
2. Parking for cars is paid (40 UAH per day).
3. The refrigerator in the room really got it.
4. After lunch, the beach is in the shade.
In general - a place worthy for a relaxing family holiday.
