Sanatorium them. Kuibyshev was founded in 1927 on the basis of the mansion of Princess Verbitskaya. The comfortable modern buildings of the sanatorium are located next to the magnificent Seaside Park, through which the road to the well-equipped medical beach passes. The sanatorium has three bedroom buildings, with a club-dining room, administrative and medical buildings, a gym. Proximity to the city center and the embankment makes the entire infrastructure of the city accessible to vacationers of the sanatorium. In the immediate vicinity of the sanatorium there are cultural and social institutions, attractions, the embankment, the pier.More →

(Each room had 2 beds - there was no sofa). But without a balcony and air conditioning. Although there was a smaller room - which they put in at the beginning - with air conditioning - which was of little use -since the sunny side and it is attached very high, as well as with a sofa. In buildings 5 and 8, the rooms are small -stuffy, but there are balconies and you can even see the sea. (Parquet from the time of communism), again, air conditioning is not everywhere. the bathroom in the 8th building has not been repaired for 30 years. Cleaning is the same name. The towels are white, but everything is stained. The territory is small, green, but the pipes are completely rotten. basically something from chicken). Dinner salad, bun, second (there was chicken and pork). buy directly in the dining room - lunch 200, dinner 150 rubles. Nearby in the Eagle's Nest sanatorium, food is more expensive and worse. 600r. , who wants. A shower and a locker room are free of charge. You can get back from the Kollonada stop on the 35th minibus-passage 13r. to the stop Proezd Stroiteley. Yalta, of course, is all on the mountains, it’s unrealistic to walk on foot. Yalta is beautiful, nature and all sorts of palaces, minibuses go to many, from colonnade No. 11 goes to the Livadia Palace, from Spartak 132 to the Vorontsov Palace. From the bus station you can take the 110 minibus to Partenit (Aivazovsky park). Motor ships go from the port to the Swallow's Nest - 500p. So do not be fooled by the offers of guides and all sorts of private traders by car near the dining room - they will rip off specifically expensive. But there are a lot of homeless people and stray animals, which is depressing. (like 1 or 2 stops). Go to the Yalta embankment for 25-30 minutes from the boarding house. There is a Pud supermarket in the city, you can buy something there. And not far from the boarding house there are shops with food and fruit on the street. 19, grapes Rs. midnight to a boarding house.
PROS OF THE HOTEL: tolerable food, good waitress Nadya Nikolaeva, not robbed, relatively close to the sea and the city, water without interruption.
CONS OF THE HOTEL: room cleaning sucks many poor

"Shcherbaka" d. 11. It was Saturday, there are padlocks on both doors, and the building gives the impression of being abandoned for a long time. after 30 min. search, we found our building number 6, where they were already waiting for us. The check-in went quickly, they took our vouchers, wrote them down in a journal, gave us the keys, and a piece of paper for food. In the room: + for 4 people 2 hotel rooms, a refrigerator, 2 TVs, a balcony, the garbage was taken out regularly. - the shower and toilet are combined, hot water, as warned on the schedule, only the schedule was not cold water, if you want to wash, then just at that time it may run out, but the hot water was after the schedule, the mirror in the room was one in the toilet narrow on the chest level of an adult, the shelf above the washbasin is made so that when you wash you touch it with your head, the TV antennas have their standard 2 mustaches that need to be tuned to each channel, and not all channels show well in the room you can find a small red-haired scorpion, which (according to the staff) not dangerous. For 2 weeks the floor was washed 2 times, at the request of 1 time changed linen. On the question of parking, oh honey. insurance, about leisure (real tennis, billiards, dancing, ) it was all indicated in the annotation for the ticket, we were told we didn’t have anything like that. Meals: dietary without spices, well, in general, a Soviet canteen, bread cutlets, tasteless compote, white nights tea. To the beach 800m. the slope of the road was 45 degrees for the first 3 days, even my physically strong person had muscle pains. (then they found a way through another sanatorium, more gentle, to the beach further away but there are fewer people. ) The sanatorium does not have its own beach, there is no treatment either.

a sanatorium for people with low incomes therefore meets those conditions. And yet I would like to have air conditioning in all rooms and an elevator in building 8. Also, there is no program for the leisure of young people, and there are many of them. I arrived at the sanatorium at night before the day of arrival and, without taking money, they settled me in building 8 in a room on the fifth floor. Yes there are two elevators but they don't work. Yes there are two elevators but they don't work. The room had two beds, one of them double, two bedside tables, refrigerator, wardrobe. I asked for a TV, glasses, chairs and hangers the next day and they brought them to me. I had to call a plumber, he did his job. The balcony of the room overlooked the courtyard. There was a bed and a table on the balcony. The view, if you do not look down, is beautiful: Lebanese cedar, cypresses, Crimean pines, mountains. After lunch, the sun is constantly (you can sunbathe without going to the beach). It was not convenient that opposite the private sector, in which sometimes vacationers "buzzed". The dogs of local residents were also very pestering, constantly barking
Shower - standing on the floor and the water drains through a hole in the corner. The room is clean. The trash can was simply put out the door, where it was removed. The rooms are different: somewhere there is a facelift, somewhere not. Some rooms have a bathtub or trays. The buildings of the sanatorium are old.
About the 5th building: people fled from there, because. it's damp there.
The dining room is a beautiful building from the 50s and 60s. Beautiful halls, chandeliers, as if in Soviet times - nostalgia
Feeding:
Breakfast: milk porridge (hercules, semolina, millet, rice) take as much as you want, the second course (meat, fish, sausages), tea, a piece of butter, yogurt.
Lunch: first course, second course with salad, third course and dessert (mainly watermelon)
Dinner: second course to choose from (meat, fish, sausages), tea, salad, bun, butter.
If you do not come to something, then you can take a dry ration.
The first days I could not eat everything, but then it became - normal)))
The road to the beach takes from 10 to 20 minutes. It all depends on which beach you are going to. And back twice as long, because. there is a gap of three hundred meters of road that goes uphill, at a high angle.
In general, for 900 rubles a day, I received a normal three meals a day and accommodation. There is no cure, but you heal yourself. The legs are inflated, the lungs are cleansed, the heart starts working well, because. several times a day you have to "trot" through the mountains from the sanatorium, and to it.
While I was resting, tourists from Poland came. Horror. Everyone says that Russians are noisy - NO! The Poles "buzzed" everywhere, on the street, in the dining room, in the rooms. I had to resort to threats, subsided.
In general, a normal "Soviet sanatorium" without treatment. Suitable for people who are tired of "sow" rest in hotels in Turkey and Egypt.

we rested in building 5-6, the rooms were terrible of the 70s, there was no repair for a long time. To the sea 1 km, returning from the beach is a steep climb, cars and pedestrians are mixed on the roads. The dining room menu has not changed for 5 years. The service staff is terrible. The territory of the sanatorium and the nearby street are dirty, not well-groomed, heaps of rubbish and sawn branches that are never removed. … More ▾ we rested in building 5-6, the rooms were terrible of the 70s, there was no repair for a long time. I lived in building 8 (the worst). 5th floor, no elevator (as a fragile girl, it was hard for me to drag my suitcase up and then down). I describe the number.
1. Bathroom. The good thing is that it's separate. The absence of a curtain and poor drainage (you are standing ankle-deep in water) is not the worst thing. From both taps only boiling water. for the water to be at least a little cold, you need to turn on the water in the shower and in the sink at the same time. However, if the water pressure is thicker than the little finger, then ALL the taps in the bathroom begin to rumble and it seems that an explosion will occur.
2. Room. Dirty floors and cobwebs that were not removed before or during my check-in. When I opened the nightstand, it all went to me. 1 outlet for everything. And no kettle! So, if you want to drink tea, then dream on)
3. balcony. Glad I got a sea view room. But the shabby doors were upset by the half-flying tile, which was just lying in a heap on the balcony. the remains of the tile could be easily removed and even taken home with you. The furniture (table and chair) is all shabby, 50 years old, falling apart.
But the number of my neighbors at the table is even worse - shabby walls, a view of the courtyard with neighbors always screaming, a refrigerator that smells bad. And they were settled with the words "Good people - good rooms")
Oh yes, in some rooms there is also a door to the next room, which does not close with a lock. So if you get bored, you can eavesdrop or just go visit))
During my entire stay there (10 days), the floor was never washed, the garbage was never taken out, the dust was never wiped. I even had to clean up the cobwebs myself. Of course, I understand that this is a very budget boarding house, but for some reason only Russian citizens were settled in the 8th building. 5 and 6, which are better, are populated by citizens of Ukraine).
Also, as you know, the sanatorium institution implies some kind of treatment. If you rely on him - in vain. Only for a fee)
Of course, there are pluses - the cost is proximity to the sea (10-15 minutes), as well as regular climbing uphill trains the heart and tones in the morning)

We rested in July in building 9 on the 3rd floor. Friendly staff. The case is the most common Soviet one. We got a room with red-on-decorative plaster. I'll tell you, I liked it more than the rooms with pasted wallpaper in my grandmother's colors. The rooms were cleaned every day and the trash was taken away. … More ▾ We rested in July in building 9 on the 3rd floor. Friendly staff. The case is the most common Soviet one. We got a room with red-on-decorative plaster. I'll tell you, I liked it more than the rooms with pasted wallpaper in my grandmother's colors. The rooms were cleaned every day and the trash was taken away. But I refused the services of a cleaner. I washed myself the way I wanted. I don't trust public cleaning. The sea view from the balcony is just amazing. the first reaction in the evening on the balcony is "WOW! ". Very beautiful. And fireworks are fired almost every day. Nice to have a big balcony. The furniture in our room was very decent. Looked at the guests, others have the same.
Dining in the dining room is the most common. I was glad that I still didn’t cook myself. What was missing (all sorts of tasty treats such as yogurt) - they bought themselves. Prices in stores are quite normal. No different from shops in our city. On the embankment, of course, it is more expensive, there are no questions.
The road to the sea from the hill, from the sea uphill. But this has its own plus. There is an opportunity to pump up muscles. For athletes, that's it. By the end of the race, climbs even began to enthrall me out of sporting interest. But from the mountain from the balcony you can see half the city and the sea.
So if you are going to Yalta not to sit in your room, but to enjoy the city, then everything is in order. We traveled everywhere: in all the palaces, parks. I also want to go to Yalta. Even in Kuibyshevo. The beauties of the city and its surroundings leave an unforgettable impression. just advice to everyone. Before you go on any excursion, first read the information and history about that object. Because then you don’t know how to do it all. very interesting guides tell, I want to listen. And I also want to admire the beauty, take pictures and shoot on video. you really can't cover everything. there is a sense of incomplete satisfaction. Especially in the Vorontsov Palace. It's just chic. Be sure to visit.

I came from afar, you can say from the very north, as soon as I arrived on a ticket I was immediately settled in the 8th building! To be honest, a good sanatorium accepted me just fine! The service is on top! I won't say anything bad about them! Then when I went upstairs with things, I saw this creation of horror, you can’t call it any more a nurse in her teeth with a cigarette washes the floor, as I heard her name is Zoya, which, in fact, will be discussed further. … More ▾ I came from afar, you can say from the very north, as soon as I arrived on a ticket I was immediately settled in the 8th building! Then when I went upstairs with things, I saw this creation of horror, you can’t call it any more a nurse in her teeth with a cigarette washes the floor, as I heard her name is Zoya, which, in fact, will be discussed further... So that’s the problem, I don’t just not happy with her cleaning, and also this smell of cigarettes in the hallway on the floor (when it comes to a fire) terribly cleaned rooms, dirt, and the worst thing is when I went out into the city and then about an hour later I returned to the room which cleaned by the nurse Zoya discovered the loss of things: (Mobile phone, a large amount of money) I later turned to the police to file an application to search for missing things... I won’t say what and how it was allowed, but I rate the sanatorium 1! I’m not a poor person I don't care about these things. .

On the first day of arrival (according to the rules of this sanatorium) you must arrive after 12 noon, and depart on the last day of your stay before 8 am of this day, although these days are paid in full. Well, if you're lucky with the accommodation, ie. if you get to the 4th or 5th floor from the sea (excellent view of both Yalta itself and the sea). The rooms are spacious - two beds, the third on the loggia. Toilet, shower, TV (air conditioning for a fee and then not in every room). The service staff is friendly. Three meals a day in the dining room of the club, modest (and what did you want for a thousand rubles a day with accommodation? ). The beach is urban, so if you want to sunbathe and swim in the sea, then you need to get to the beach before 8 in the morning, otherwise you won’t find a place. From the resort to the beach, about a kilometer, maybe a little more (although they write from 400 to 800 meters). It is up to you to decide whether or not to rest in such a sanatorium. Good luck.
