The ward nurse constantly confuses the procedures, they didn’t even look at the printout of the schedule, they had to constantly remind about coupons for mineral baths and mud therapy (they were released in the water and the mud bath in the park), the attitude towards vacationers is boorish, you almost have to swear at her. In principle, there is enough diet food, but the attitude of the staff is generally disgusting, we constantly had to wait for food to be brought, our table was always served last and we actually had to choose from the leftovers that the waitress had on the cart. Room cleaning is of course at the highest level, towels are changed every two days, and cleaning is carried out daily. The general conclusion is that I will never go to this sanatorium again, for this money it is better to relax and be treated at sea.

I always stay in the "old" building No. 1 (this is an old 3-storey building) in a two-room family room. It's clean, the furniture was once changed, it's not much new, but everything is decent. The plumbing in the bathroom is new and clean. Apparently, these rooms are trying to be repaired in time. In building number 2 (nine floors), my child and I were back in 2005, and wound up in another building. They didn’t return any more, upon arrival it’s not known for the same cost which room you will get into, with or without repair, otherwise I advised my friends - they arrived and got into the room without repair, and it was in January, it was cold outside, and the frames window for many years xxxxx. they froze, but they took offense at me. The next year we went to "our" building - we liked it. In December 2011 I went with my granddaughter - we were satisfied.
Meals we take "Lux", they are fed in a separate dining room and a little better than in the general one. But those who came on a free ticket - complained about the "procedural minimum". The pool is big but old. How many years we go - so much and they promise to repair it. This January we break the tradition and instead of Essentuki we fly to Karlovy Vary (san. Essenius) for the same money.
