Of the advantages of the resort: conveniently located to the park and the source. Even in the worst weather, you can run to the source without loss of health. I always stay in the "old" building No. 1 (this is an old 3-storey building) in a two-room family room. It's clean, the furniture was once changed, it's not much new, but everything is decent. The plumbing in the bathroom is new and clean. Apparently, these rooms are trying to be repaired in time. In building number 2 (nine floors), my child and I were back in 2005, and wound up in another building. They didn’t return any more, upon arrival it’s not known for the same cost which room you will get into, with or without repair, otherwise I advised my friends - they arrived and got into the room without repair, and it was in January, it was cold outside, and the frames window for many years xxxxx. they froze, but they took offense at me. The next year we went to "our" building - we liked it. In December 2011 I went with my granddaughter - we were satisfied.
Meals we take "Lux", they are fed in a separate dining room and a little better than in the general one. It’s difficult for me to objectively evaluate nutrition, because I don’t eat much and the variety that was offered was enough for me, but my son was given supplements and we also bought something from the market from products. In general, the teenager did not eat enough.
Treatment: a very good polyclinic, connected to all buildings by a heated passage. There are a lot of procedures, ultrasounds, etc. in the clinic, but like everywhere else, if you put a hundred or more, you can great dictate your conditions for the quality of services and visit times, etc. The main thing is that the doctor makes all the appointments that you think are necessary, I was lucky in this sense, I think like all payers. But those who came on a free ticket - complained about the "procedural minimum". The pool is big but old. How many years we go - so much and they promise to repair it. The child still walks, tries until lunch - when all the grannies are on procedures. And you can swim, and the water is cleaner. This January we break the tradition and instead of Essentuki we fly to Karlovy Vary (san. Essenius) for the same money. What awaits us disappointment or delight - I do not know, I'll fly - I'll write.
Beautiful, albeit small area.
Sensitive attitude of the medical staff.
Excellent location in relation to the Kurortny Park, the Mud Baths and the Upper Baths.
