This is their approach to people who go to them and pay big money in the hope of a comfortable stay. A scandal is not a scandal, only smiles at the reception. Then we sat all day in the room, waiting for the doctors to be appointed to us as promised, they said wait, we will inform you.
The evening came, neither doctors nor referrals to doctors and, accordingly, we did not receive procedures that day and also could not use the indoor pool and everything else. no card... In the evening I went to make trouble at the reception, the answer was that there are many vacationers and they do not have time, but we will not return the money, understand us correctly. I'm just shocked! They took money, did not provide services. After the scandal, I was given a referral to the doctor, i. e. If I had not come, then no one would have looked for me. Not intrusive service I will say. Then the next day, the water is turned off for the whole day and they are asked not to use the sewer, to run to the toilet on the 1st floor due to the repair of the sewer.
On the same day, folding clothes dryers are taken from the rooms, when asked why they were taken away, the reception answered the order of the management, for security purposes. The management seems to care about dryers, they don’t care about vacationers, but here they are interested in dryers. Most importantly, then these dryers appeared in the Suite rooms (they stand on the balcony and can be seen well from the street). But my husband and 2 children were not very upset - the trip was “sighting” and I just wanted to relax a bit and, if possible, heal. At the same time, they wanted to figure out with their own eyes, so to speak, where to go already in May-June for a full 21 days - health already requires. We settled on the "Pearl", although the reviews were mixed on the Internet. But a colleague highly advised her, and we decided to listen. What can I say? Never regretted! Neither we nor our children - 6 and 14 years old. The first is a wonderful location, a beautiful well-groomed territory, we went to the source for water in a very beautiful drinking gallery of the Victoria sanatorium. They talked with vacationers from it: “Victoria” is a large sanatorium, there are probably fifteen thousand people living there, there are funny discos. But for the procedures you have to walk down the street - for January this is a minus. Our sanatorium is significantly smaller - there are probably 200 people in total. It is more intimate, cozy. There was a beautiful Christmas tree, a beautiful New Year's composition. By the way, for some reason, all vacationers have toy from this Christmas tree - they dressed it up a couple of times, it seems to me, they will definitely return : ))) the healing body is very cool when with a wet head or steamed after a massage or mud! The food is excellent! Buffet, an unlimited number of approaches, even though everything is dietary. Even my picky family was happy, even though the kids didn't need a diet. There were enough fruits - bananas, oranges, tangerines, various apples - this is important for us, we didn’t have to buy anything. Only sweets for children - in the winter garden cafe-bar there are very tempting cheesecakes, cakes and more. All the productions of the Pyatigorsk confectionery "Nostalgia" are something incredibly, amazingly delicious!!!! ! You will not regret it!! ! A wonderful woman organizer of leisure. Everything is very intelligent, without rollicking vulgarity, while every evening there is something to do. Some people ran to the discos in Victoria - in our sanatorium, dancing somehow did not enjoy much success. But thank God, to be honest, I didn’t want to hear wild rhythms and roar at all. Artists of the local philharmonic society came, I was pleasantly surprised - high professionalism! The children, to my surprise, went to these evenings with pleasure, my daughter even asked me to take her to the opera house upon her return, the presenter told so interestingly. Many films, both old, Soviet, and new, 3D. In general, with leisure, and pleasant leisure, there are no problems. We managed to take a few procedures of 5-6 pieces (holidays! ), We talked with the doctor - we were also pleasantly surprised - the sweetest, nice woman, attentive and very competent. Managed to pass the tests, a little examined. During those few working days in a series of holidays, we managed to do more than in weeks and months in ordinary life! After all, escaping from work, getting tested, getting to a good doctor, not to mention visiting narrow specialists, is a whole problem that requires a lot of time and money. In the "Pearl of the Caucasus" it all somehow went unnoticed, effortlessly. Very friendly and welcoming staff. The nurse not only told us the sequence of tests and the numbers of the rooms, but also suggested when it was better to go, how to go, made sure that we did not oversleep and almost took us by the hand. Nice medical building, seems to have been said to be after renovation. Very nice girls in the baths, mud. Excellent service in the dining room. The sweetest maid - although we hardly saw her. But the children left her a lot of work))))) Always very clean everywhere - in the room, in the sanatorium, on the territory. We also really appreciated the pool, my husband swam fanatically, I went to water aerobics - great! The pool is covered, the glass is half-floating, and white flakes are circling behind the glass.... Class!! ! A fairy tale!! ! By the way, I was told that there is a summer outdoor pool, and a children's pool and tennis courts. The whole family is already looking forward to summer holidays! I liked the city of Essentuki itself. Also very well maintained and clean. Beautiful central park, arrogant hungry squirrels that chase vacationers. The children were also delighted with the fearlessness of titmouse, sitting right on their hands for crumbs. . All in all, we were delighted with the whole family!
