Opposite the hotel there is a huge Papantonio supermarket with quite reasonable prices and assortment. The hotel has a large swimming pool and a small paddling pool. Own parking, playground, children's room, sports area, laundry. One bar and one restaurant. The All system includes daily alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails (different every day). The hotel's cuisine deserves all praise - daily 2 types of dishes from the chef, Meat and fish, seafood, fruits and vegetables are always available. There are 8 types of sauces.
The hotel area is very well maintained, despite the fact that the hotel is located in the center of Paphos - very quiet and peaceful. During dinner, either live music (saxophone, violin) or performance by invited artists is played. The pool is clean.
The rooms were cleaned every day with soap and shampoo provided. Towels were changed daily. Change of bed linen every 3 days. Beach towels are simply gorgeous - 1 * 2 meters : ).
The beach is municipal, go to the embankment about 500 meters. The entrance is rocky, but there are stairs to enter and bollards for jumping into the water.
To the left, a 5-minute walk, there is a sandy beach in a bay.
Within walking distance of a huge number of retail outlets, attractions, there is a very good car rental, clothing and souvenir markets.
Would recommend - definitely YES! The hotel is fun. It will be of interest to both young and old people.
Upon arrival, the choice was given apartments (with a kitchenette). I chose one overlooking the sea, but also over the road : ( Opposite the entrance to the supermarket. A friend lived overlooking the neighboring balcony (within a stone's throw).
The sea is close. To the stone beach - further. Walk for about 15 minutes. Until the sand at some calving - even further. If you look at the sea. then go left. There were breakwaters on the beach: if it was stormy in the sea. then they could easily swim behind them.
That summer, according to the locals. It was an unusually cold summer. The water was cold and I hardly swam.
The food at the hotel was delicious. Amazing cakes that I have never seen anywhere else.
The room has a minimal set of pots and plates.
In the hotel in the evenings animation for children. I still remember the song about cocodrila : )
We walked to the Archaeological Park of Paphos. Through the fence from our pool - excavations of an ancient temple. A little further - some kind of amphitheater. In general, people from all over Cyprus went to Paphos to watch the excavations. and we lived among them : )
We went by bus to the stone of Aphrodite. A ticket for the whole day cost 2 euros per adult - ride as much as you want. Buses are rented, air-conditioned, clean. The bus station is close to the hotel.
We went with our son on a boat with a transparent bottom. did not like it: the son was sick. glass is small and nothing is considered.
We went on a trip to the blue lagoon. The water was warmer there. And kebabs on the yacht were included in the price. Not seasick - the ship is rather big.
Compared with previously visited Greece (Crete). Greece seemed more beautiful and the Greeks were more smiling and hospitable than the Cypriots.
