My friend and I went shopping in Rimini. We booked the Brown Hotel and then got what we expected. They say that in Rimini all the hotels are so-so. Moreover, on the Internet, I read a lot of reviews about outlets in Rimini, such as Chinese junk and rubbish alone. Therefore, we decided to book an escort in advance, who would show us Italian things. We ordered an escort (there was a girl Julia) through the Style Hunters company. Everything was serious with them - they signed an agreement with us, made up a trip route for us. I did not regret at all that we spent money on their services. because we managed to visit 4 outlets and 2 fur factories in 1 day. I bought myself a bunch of jeans, sweaters, shirts. And my friend bought a fur coat. The coat is awesome! True, it cost 2 thousand euros, although the mink coat to the knee is of very decent quality. We then decided to drive to the outlet in Florence (it was already in the hotel there that they were gathering a group on the bus for a trip to this outlet). I do not know. . . Just a waste of time, I think! For the sake of one outlet, they spent the whole day !! ! And the assortment is not so different from Rimini. In general, I was upset that I wasted my money on Florence. I didn’t buy anything for myself there. I really liked the Factory outlet in San Marino: I bought things there for 700 euros. It's a pity that we don't have outlets in Russia : (The weather was disappointing - it was constantly raining! And somehow we didn't even manage to see this wonderful view from the mountain on a sightseeing tour of San Marino. And we even took swimwear with us. Maybe if you come in the summer, you will be able to swim and shop.

There is no refrigerator, there is no Russian channel. Menu in Italian and French. Well, I studied French, and I could order dinner for myself. Some Russian tourists came to me for translation. BEACH PROBABLY FOR 1 KM (not 200 m as written). You need to cross two busy highways. Beach for 3 hotels. , sunbeds for a fee 7.5 euros per 1 pc. I got a small discount on the card. In short, if you do not want to live in a closet, and endure hidden national hostility towards Russians from the hotel staff, go to the beach for 30 minutes, book another hotel. We were settled on the 4th (and sixth) floor. It's a rooftop annex next to the laundry room. The elevator doesn't even reach there.
The walls in the room were painted white, posters and pictures were not provided. In the morning, waking up, it was thought that he was in the ward.
The TV, though small, showed no Russian television. There is a telephone and radio, but they did not work.
No matter how much we fought with non-English speaking hotel workers to move to a more suitable room for relaxation, we did not achieve anything. Having handed over the phone with the guide on the wire to the reception, we received an answer that no vacancies were expected until the end of our vacation, although the rooms were vacated from time to time.
Although the hotel has been accepting Russian tourists for a long time, we did not see a single explanatory inscription at least in English.
Food at the hotel - a separate issue. Breakfast here was striking in its military constancy and variety. Already on the third day, the eyes did not look at the eternal croissant-cake-cheese and ham (ham, by the way, is not bad). Of the fruits in Italy, only golden apples grow, and what flowed from the coffee maker made one doubt the coffee legends about Italian coffee lovers.
Dinner. For dinner, as you know, you are offered a leaflet with a menu on which you have to mark one of two food options. The choice was like a lottery as there was not even an English option on the menu. An abundance of living illustrations for the book "1000 dishes from zucchini" was widely presented at the "buffet". But one day out of 11, we still believed that we live in a seaside Italian town, because. were seafood. But not always your choice will coincide with the choice of the waiter. If you have chosen meat, but it is not enough for Italian tourists, then first it will be brought to them, and if it remains, then to Russians. There were times when it didn't work out.
The cleaning of the rooms was carried out carefully, sometimes even too much. If personal items were left on the floor, they can be cleaned up. The candlestick for aromatization was removed from us, and the neighbors had a bag with things bought at a sale.
And if instead of 2 bath towels they brought you three, then tomorrow there will be one. Or none. So it was.
The promised bikes are not available at the hotel. They should be brought at the request from another parking lot by a 60-year-old clumsy bartender, but he categorically did not want to do this.
The hotel does not have a pool. It is located at the second hotel, but it is across the street, although not far.
The hotel does not have a beach. There is an ordinary city beach, 5-7 minutes walk, assigned to the hotel and where they allegedly give a discount on the hotel’s business card, but there are no business cards in the hotel and we have never been given a discount on sunbeds.
There is an access point, but it is caught only on one of the sofas in the hall.
The only two bright spots from the memories of the hotel are the refined taste of desserts and a trip to a country villa in the mountains to the "patron" of the hotel. There everyone was drunk with wine and fed with meat. The evening turned out to be fun and beautiful. There was even animation on their own.
At night, the hotel closes and the porter goes to bed, but leaves the dining room window open. So if you arrive after 23 hours from the tour, then the spirit of adventurism wakes up. These are the unfortunate impressions. And believe that these are not nit-picking "snacked" vacationers. The most interesting thing is that such an attitude towards Russian tourists is a common place for hotels of this level in Rimini - we have heard this from our compatriots more than once!

I visited with my husband in May 08. Normal hotel - we had a corner room with a balcony (it had a table with chairs and we sat there with a bottle of wine) The room is not small! The only complaint about the room was that the door to the bathroom opened inward and it was not very convenient - you enter nowhere to turn around to close the door, because you bump into the toilet. … More ▾ I visited with my husband in May 08. Feeding is average - in general, I don’t think you should take dinner there - there are a huge number of excellent cafes with national and not only cuisine nearby. By the way, we even found a Russian one, a borscht there and so on. Not far from the sea! Walk 3 minutes. The menu at the hotel is in English and by the way the waiters helped us in every possible way with the choice (they even know a few words in Russian) - very nice guys! We had bicycles - we took them almost every day, it was very convenient, we traveled all that was possible and even got to the outskirts of some kind of Shopping Center, bought some excellent clothes. In the end, I want to say that this is not our first vacation in Europe and I assure you that Brioni is not such a bad hotel as previous tourists wrote.
