At first, we were accommodated in an apartment (family room), since there was no double room available. They said that the room would be ready at noon, the next day, of course, the suitcases and things cannot be disassembled completely, because it will be necessary to move. We went to the sea in the morning (5 minutes on foot, 2 sunbeds and an umbrella 30 leva), then at 11 o'clock they were already looking for us with a sign.

We went to the sea in the morning (5 minutes on foot, 2 sunbeds and an umbrella 30 leva), then at 11 o'clock they were already looking for us with a sign. We moved, of course no one apologized for the inconvenience (there is not even such a thing as a compliment from the hotel, etc. compared to the same Egypt). In general, the service of the hotel is not what it is by 4, by 3 it barely reaches. The room is double, everything is old, the shower is half closed by a glass wall, water spills over half of the bathroom. The room has 2 beds, 2 bedside tables, a table, a chair, a sofa, a small refrigerator, a TV with 6-8 channels, a balcony, a clothes dryer. Cleaning: it involves changing the towels that are thrown on the floor, putting a roll of toilet paper, taking out the trash - that's it! bedding was changed once a week.
When on the penultimate day they asked to clean the room normally, i. e. clean the floor from sand (we are at the sea, although you wash your feet from the beach, but you still enter from the street) at the reception, they said ok, they will hand it over to the cleaning lady, they asked which room. Upon arrival from the beach at 12 o'clock, the room was cleaned as it should be, and the cleaning was very different from the previous days, the main thing was a clean floor, although I had to wash the sink, wipe the table, the cabinets - that's not it.
But on the way to the room, the cleaner who was cleaning (as I understand it was her from the reception who conveyed our request to clean better) said something in an angry tone in Bulgarian, poking at the towels. We did not pay attention to it. The next day, when we leave, we are told at the reception that we have to pay a fine of 30 leva, because we wiped our feet with hand towels, and they are dirty. This despite the fact that the floor in the room was not washed for a week, and when it was already completely uncomfortable, they asked to clean it.
I immediately said that this was revenge on the cleaning lady, that she was pointed out her shortcomings, to which they replied that they were dirty towels before. I answer, why didn't they tell us anything earlier, we passed by the reception 5-7 times a day, to which they kept silent, and said that they didn't want to talk to me at all. It was such a "farewell" to the hotel guests, of course I didn't pay any "fictional" fine. Food is monotonous, local alcohol, fruits - apples, pears, watermelon, melon, peach, nectarine plum. Do I recommend this hotel, no, neither the service is normal, nor the attitude. Although maybe I was so lucky (((((. There is animation, it is quite primitive.

I liked everything: from the moment of settlement to the eviction. The hotel staff is extremely friendly, kind, smiling. Rooms are cleaned daily, everything is clean, the bed is white. The food is varied and delicious: from fruit to different types of meat. Super animation: involved from the youngest children to adults.

In the evenings karaoke, discos, there is table tennis, children's room ...everyone will find activities for the soul. The sea is no more than 3 minutes walk along a beautiful path and immediately opens a beautiful sandy beach with clear clear sea water.

There are two beds in the room, a mirror, a refrigerator and a tiny TV, everything was done in haste and not thought out, there was not even a cabin in the bathroom, everything looked like a country shower, there is also a toilet bowl and a small sink immediately drained from the shower, the whole room is tiled, slippery and not convenient if something is hurt, immediately shattered.
It can be seen that the hotel has not been updated for a long time, cheap umbrellas near the pool, the pool itself is very small and not deep, there were torn towels, it was not cleaned under the beds, and it’s really not pleasant to talk and remember about food and cuisine, in the middle of the rest I wanted to give the cook book and tell that there are a lot of dishes, you can cook.
As for the trip to the beach, yes, the flooring is wooden, but when you go towards the sea and not 100-150 meters, as they say, but all 300-400, it’s a bit not pleasant, namely, there are not even bio toilets and children and adults go to the dunes, And then there's the smell and stuff.
So, in general, after the arrival, I wanted to go to rest again.

Rooms are large, floor tiles. But I want to warn you that there are some very small single rooms, these are 134.234, 334.434. Do not settle for them. there is a very cramped bathroom and the air conditioner blows right in the head. I was first settled in 334, but at my urgent request they moved me to room 160. This was already a completely different matter.
The food at the hotel is quite good, always a meat dish, fish and chicken. Delicious vegetable casseroles, lots of fruits, sweets. Several bars with drinks are open until 23:00. From 16 to 17 in a small restaurant on the 1st floor, pizza, cookies, ice cream, drinks are served.
Animation at a high level. Animation team - clockwork guys. I especially liked Julian, who led water gymnastics, he was able to captivate a lot of people, incl. youth, which I have not seen in other hotels.
There are two pools - one for adults and one for children. normal pools. Near the children's there is a swing.
We have no complaints about the hotel at all, but, here it is. the environment of the hotel is very noisy. Especially noisy from the Happy Land children's camp. In the Caucasus Hotel there are constant pandemoniums, but until 23:00. On the other hand, the hotel is also very noisy, from morning to evening. So it is impossible to stay with an open balcony until the night. I tried to find a quiet side, perhaps it is on the Main Entrance, towards the road, which is almost inaudible. Or at the end.
Conclusion - who is ready to live all the time with a closed balcony, then you will like it here. And who loves silence and wants to turn on the air conditioner only when necessary - you are not here.

Although, before the trip, we were repeatedly told by friends that the Bulgarians are “gypsies” and you can’t relax with them. Our vacation took place at the LONGOSA hotel, but, alas, only we forgot the notation of friends and, given that we had been waiting for this vacation for so long, we immediately after checking into the hotel wanted to get away from all the problems and plunge into the atmosphere of relaxation.
Р, S, If you have to rest in the LONGOZA hotel, be careful there both before check-in and after check-out and, accordingly, during your stay. All inclusive does not say that it is all inclusive as it is practiced in Egypt and Turkey. The staff will not even hint to you that there are additional services or attributes that you have to pay for, but upon check-out they will count in full. Therefore, when checking in (even if the reception staff is very busy or does not understand Russian, as they are used to doing it), discuss all the details without leaving the cash desk. One of the examples: when checking into this hotel, we noticed that we had a MANEGE in our room, well, it’s worth it, we thought, although at the reception they didn’t say half a word that this was a crib and you had to pay 3 euros per day for it ( in our opinion, everything that was not included in the all inclusive they should have warned us in advance about the items (services) of the hotel for an additional fee. We did not ask to install additional attributes of furniture, but asked us to give an answer why they did this, without agreeing with us and as a result received an amazing answer with a long silence), but we, unfortunately, had to pay 37 euros for this furniture, and there were other, but less offensive problems that we did not pay attention to and swallowed. Yes, here are some more guides who will work with you, in particular, this concerns the guide Lidia from Teddy Cam, she will not help you in any way (neither fish nor meat) if you have any problems in a foreign land, so count on your forces (gentlemen guides take the experience of guides in Egypt and Turkey).
Dear managers of the LONGOZA hotel, if you have such an attitude as part of the hotel services, we hope that in the near future people will understand your attitude towards them “divorce in Bulgarian” and you can find yourself in the very place where you often sit in the toilet .

We rested in Longoza together with my husband from 09/09/12 to 09/21/12. We bought a tour in Albena-travel through TASS-TRAVEL. In the boarding pass for the bus, we were told to leave Kyiv. However, initially we said that we would go from Odessa. With us, TASS-travel called Albena-travel and said that we would be traveling from Odessa. And when we arrived at the landing in Odessa, after waiting for an hour for the bus, our guide Kalin accused us of being expected in Kyiv and now because of us everywhere we are late.
For everything: travel, accommodation + meals "all inclusive", insurance for 2 paid 764 euros. And additional visas for 57 euros / person.
We arrived okay. We arrived at the hotel early at 5:00 am. We were brought by bus directly to the main entrance of the hotel. There was only a receptionist at the reception, but then they called a girl who worked at the reception. She looked at our documents and asked: why is the number not registered in the voucher for the settlement? We were a little taken aback, because. this question is not even for us, but for Albena-travel, from which we bought the tour, or to the host, Teddy-cams. Then for a long time, muttering something in Bulgarian, she found our food card and said that check-in was at 2 pm and our room was 431. And then she asked the question: are we going to take breakfast and lunch now or leave it for the last day? We, having consulted, decided that on the last. She nodded. We left the suitcase in the storage room and went for a walk around Sunny Beach.
Returning to the hotel by 2 o'clock, I went to the reception with a card for food, for the key to the room. Another woman already said that the room had been ready for a long time, only it had changed and now we will have 335, and unexpectedly for me snatched a card for food from 431 from my hands. We were again a little taken aback... She gave us the key to room 335 and gave us a new one food card for 335 number. After talking 2 times with the receptionist, there was a feeling that we owe them something... But then I did not betray the significance of this and attributed everything to fatigue...
The receptionist quickly picked up our bag and brought us to the room, quickly explained everything in English. When I went out onto the balcony of the room, there was no limit to disappointment: our room turned out to be on the side of the main entrance of Longoza and overlooked the road, the volleyball court, some garages and some house. Then it turned out that it was a collector and it constantly smelled of feces. Although I must say that this side was quiet, and not noisy, like near the pool. We also asked for a double bed, but at the reception they made “round eyes” and said that they do not have double beds and said to move those that are. In the room, the floor was tiled with slippery tiles, and when we pushed the beds together, they constantly moved apart, as soon as someone lay in the middle. Also, due to the fact that the weather was cloudy, the tiles on the floor were very cold and we constantly had to walk with our shoes on. It was very inconvenient. The room had a tiny TV with 12 channels, 1 of which was Russian-speaking, and the TV was not set up. From the cosmetic set for 2 they were given: 2 shower caps, 2 soaps, 2 shampoos. Moreover, the shampoo ended on the first day, and the soap on the 3rd, and they updated it for us only on the 7th day and did not update it again until our departure. Bedding was changed every three days, towels every day. The bedding was stained and sometimes there were holes. I think, as for 4 stars, this should not be…
After we settled in, we went to sunbathe by the adult pool. The territory of the adult pool was very disappointing. The sunbeds were arranged very tightly, in some places in 2 rows, so that when you carry a cocktail from the bar, you could stumble. In the first week of our holiday, the sunbeds were almost always occupied, because. they really were not enough for so many vacationers. Then there were fewer vacationers, but the weather deteriorated and sunbeds were not particularly needed. The pool is very shallow, the maximum depth is 1.10 meters. In addition, the pool itself is not large, as for such a large complex as Longoza, and when they started swimming in it on mattresses, it was generally not realistic to even go into it.
There is no point in posting photos of the room and the territory, because everything is exactly the same as on the Longoza website: http://www. longosahotel. com. The territory is quite well-groomed.
There are no complaints about the bars. Pour as much as you want. They made a variety of cocktails. It was possible to take drinks outside the hotel and take as many drinks to the room as you want. The quality is normal, except for the wine. The wine was from the Pomariysk Izba packets, dry red and white. In general, I didn’t like it much, bottled wine, which is sold in stores, is much better. The bartenders are very friendly guys, they were always there. Takeaway was poured into plastic glasses, if you drink nearby, then into the glass.
About food: breakfast, lunch, dinner and afternoon tea. Everything is quite varied, although not very tasty. There was a lot of meat, side dishes, for lunch and dinner 2 types of the first. Of the fish, only herring and mackerel were given. There were a lot of sliced vegetables. You can also drink beer or wine for lunch and dinner. For breakfast, one of the dishes was deep-fried dumplings - this is very strange, but the Bulgarians believe that boiled dumplings are not tasty))))) For an afternoon snack they gave pizza and ice cream. For all 12 days, the pizza has never changed: pizza with boiled sausage, corn and tomato paste, sometimes pepper was added. And very often the pizza was dry and burnt.
There are a lot of broken plates in the restaurant. And in a bar, I once came across a beer glass with a broken edge (I almost cut myself)
To get to lunch or dinner, you had to tell the manager at the entrance to the restaurant the number of the room. He marks your arrival in the list, which is pre-printed by the receptionist. Moreover, anyone, even a tourist who had already left, could enter the restaurant and eat by calling the number. Because of this, an unfortunate incident happened to us. As I already wrote, on the first day of our arrival, we refused lunch and breakfast, leaving it on the last day on purpose. When we arrived on 21.09 for lunch, we were not found on the list and sent to the reception. At the reception they told us that we had already eaten on the first day and it’s not good to deceive the hotel... We were dumbfounded... and offended... We were exposed as thieves who want to eat an extra bowl of soup for free at the hotel... Moreover, the arguments that we didn’t eat were useless did not bring. At the reception, they completely ignored us, saying that if the manager allowed, you can eat... Then we began to say that they changed our room, maybe that's why there was a confusion? So we were left hungry with 5 leva in our pocket to wait for the bus to Ukraine.
Very unpleasant, and all the positive that was in the hotel, this situation crossed out in one fell swoop.
You can also play tennis and billiards at the hotel. Tennis 1 hour costs 3 levs, billiards 1 game costs 3 levs. There is no animation. In my opinion, there was only a nursery, and then not every day.
Safe 25 lev/week.
You can ask for an iron at the reception. They give it for free, but with such a face... (((
We also had to call our guide in Bulgaria. We turned to the reception, the woman twisted her face and said that we would call from the room, though we must give her credit, she explained how to call in a non-international format. When we asked how much it would cost? She waved her hand at us and said: a penny....
In general, it was noticed whenever they approached the reception desk: either for the key to the room, or with a question, or to hand over the key, the reception staff stupidly went about their business: they talked to each other, sat on the Internet, went somewhere with you, etc. Only when you start talking to them, then they begin to look at us and communicate. And to smile, I didn’t see anything like that at all... Well, perhaps only to the Germans or the British...
I immediately remember the reception in Naslada in Balchik - there was a completely different attitude, although this is a troika. They always smiled at us, and they always paid attention to us when we approached. In general, the atmosphere was completely different, warmer, or something.
Before leaving, I read a lot of reviews that the hotel was mostly Germans. And then there was a surprise when I arrived, I saw that half of the vacationers were Russian-speaking. There are a lot of Belarusians and Russians, and then there are Czechs, Germans, Poles and British. As it turned out later, in recent years, fewer and fewer Germans have been coming to this hotel every year.
Regarding the beach: it takes about 4 minutes to walk through the sand dunes. The road to the sea is paved with a bridge made of knocked down boards, and something like a thick maple is laid on top. But on September 15, the bar on the beach, which was the owner of this oilcloth, was closed and it was removed, as were the lights that illuminate the road to the beach at night. I had to walk on knocked down boards with large gaps. It was especially pitiful to look at mothers dragging strollers along these boards. The beach is large enough, but not very clean. It is especially dirty around when you go to the sea, along the boards: heaps of cigarette butts, pieces of paper, etc.
In general, I concluded that Sunny Beach is not my resort. It does not feel Bulgaria. I especially didn’t like the fact that there was one continuous market of Turkish junk around, ranging from underpants with elephants to jackets. You walk along the embankment, but you can’t see the sea because of the traders and cafes. Even the smell of the sea is not really felt. And the dirt around: papers, cigarette butts, bottles, etc. Especially "killed" round flower beds with benches on the embankment. Everything would be fine if it were not for the heaps of cigarette butts in flowers ((((
In general, I concluded that I would not go to Longoza again, and not to Sunny Beach either.

The hotel is located really 100-150 meters from the sea, or 5 minutes with an easy step on wooden decks through the sand dunes. The beach is clean and spacious, the entrance to the sea is gentle. The sand is fine and pleasant. Lifeguards are on duty nearby. The hotel is located away from the center of the resort, which from our point of view is its big plus: at night it is more or less quiet (there are no restaurants and cafes nearby, as well as large shops), the roadway passes at a distance from the hotel, cars do not drive, only trains and horses.

You can get to the center without any problems on foot for 15-20 minutes or by train for 10 minutes for 3 leva ($ 2).
The hotel is not high and compact, which makes it very cozy. For a couple of days they were confused like in a maze between the buildings, but the child immediately remembered where the playground was and where the pool was. The hotel has one outdoor pool leading to an indoor pool with shallow areas for children and a separate children's pool with rain. I really liked that, since the hotel is stretched, there are many places to relax: by the large pool, by the small pool, by the playground, by the restaurant, by the bar. That is, different companies of interest did not interfere with each other, some were quieter and some louder found a place to relax on the territory of the hotel. This is a big plus for the hotel.
I liked the food very much. Quite varied, a week later they could not wait until the dishes they liked were repeated, but they were repeated only at the end of the 2nd week. For lunch and dinner, 4-5 types of hot meat and 1 fish dish, vegetarian dishes, soups, salads, fruits (watermelon, melon, grapes, plums, peaches, nectarines, apples) sweets in the form of a variety of pastries. I note that the food is not peppered, not salty, not spicy, sweet, not cloying, as in Turkey, what you need. They took food with them for the child, but fortunately we came up and liked the food of the hotel (we took a blender with us). No one had problems with the stomach, as well as getting used to food. Only breakfasts got fed up after the first week, they already had to diversify on their own due to their imagination. We stuffed pancakes with something that had not yet become boring, made salads for breakfast, my husband was carried away by chocolate and jam, I liked the toasted sandwiches. In a word, a flight of fancy and again everything is delicious. From 16.00 to 17.00 it was possible to eat pizza, ice cream and cookies. The cookies are delicious.
The room took the standard. Two beds (we moved together), a sofa, a closet, an entrance hall, a table, a small refrigerator inside, a TV, two telephones, a hairdryer in the bathroom, and we took a playpen for a younger child. Arena, by the way, is paid, 6 lev per day or $ 4. The room is basic, clean and small. The TV was bad, we didn't watch it. I really liked the balcony, it is large and cozy on the ground floor with flowers.
They cleaned daily and neatly, changed towels and bedding every day, probably every three days (we were changed every time we left a tip). They fixed the problems instantly, our bulb in the lamp burned out and once the plugs were knocked out. Everything was taken care of quickly and without inconvenience.
The staff is pleasant, polite, courteous. They speak almost all languages (they try). The language barrier, as such, did not arise with anyone. At the reception, only young girls were the worst thinking, and those who are older will tell and prompt everything.
A separate word about animation for children. In this hotel, animation also means a children's room, or as we called it a kindergarten, a free entertainment that worked 6 days a week from 10.00 to 19.00 with a break for lunch and a quiet hour. Young students are great, they tried very hard to occupy and find an approach to each child. That is, they did not distinguish between German children, Englishmen, Poles, Czechs, Russian speakers. They spoke with the children in a language they understood and could always find something for them to do. Even the adults pulled up. Somewhere around 20.30, a children's disco began with a host and a program for every day, by the way, she also tried to speak all languages, so everything was clear and all the children participated in the entertainment. This is also a huge plus of the hotel! Let it continue like this.
The hotel is focused on family holidays, holidays for pensioners (there were a lot of them). As a youth, I would not recommend it.
What else would you like: sometimes we wanted animation for adults, but we were already resting from the fact that we were resting without children during children's animation)),
breakfast lacked the usual buckwheat or rice porridge. That's all the little flaws.

The hotel is not bad, it takes 7-10 minutes to walk to the sea through the sand dunes, the hotel is on the 2nd coastline ...The food - buffet - is normal, but there is little variety, every day they have the same dishes ...The rooms are good, they are cleaned change of towels daily, clean!
Animation - only in German and only for Germans who come through the German operator ALLTOURS ...We and our children, who bought vouchers through BALKAN EXPRESS, do not receive any attention at all ...Russian-speaking animators are simply IGNORED!
