When I moved in in August of this year, to say that I was shocked is to say nothing. Everything is dirty, broken, junk barely works. The mineral pool is not cleaned, flakes float in the water, the tiles around are not washed, dirty. The woman or anyone else looking after the pool is no longer there.
They serve breakfast + dinner. They start half an hour late, because of this, queues are formed to enter the dining room. Once they gave breakfast at 8.30! There was no more of this, we were very indignant that we had come to the sea to relax, but we had to wait for the staff to sleep off. Outrageous! ! But dinner remained at 19.30.
They feed themselves. You can say that it’s not bad, but I’m an unpretentious person.
The room is cleaned only if you ask well, the staff is not enough. Removed once in 5 days.
Why will I come to this hotel again? First, you need to give him a chance. I understand that this year it was rented and served by a family. The entire staff has been changed, and now those who agree to pay less money are working in it. I don't want to say anything more so as not to offend.
Secondly, this hotel is my permanent location at the end of August. The sea is a miracle, what a good + August shopping in Varna.
I was nervous for a couple of days and decided that enough is enough, let others complain and waste their nerves (and complained! ), but I, like a Chinese god, will pass by and rest.
So I spent 5 days: in the morning - walking along the surf line and swimming to Sunny Day and back, in the afternoon - my favorite Varna : ))) And everything worked out. Had a great rest.
Thirdly, why I will return to this hotel: it is an inexpensive holiday. I don't need an all-incl with my lifestyle in St. Constantine and Elena, I have to be in time for the sea, Varna, and the pool. All incl only bothers me, money down the drain. Everything succeeded.
The hotel rested Russian-speaking, Romanians, Bulgarians.
Wifi works intermittently. But when it works - everything is excellent. In the lobby, the truth does not pull at all, only in the rooms.

To go to Varna - walk up past Romance and Spa to the highway and take bus 409, it goes from Golden Sands to Varna (bus station, Grand Mall, Varna Mall and Airport). It costs 1.60 leva if it is a Chansfield (with conductor), and 1 lev if the bead is electrified.

Number. Scoop. But honest scoop. Everything works. Wi Fi with good speed. Air conditioning, refrigerator, TV, everything works. There was no smell!
The towels are clean, the shower is lovely, the stone floor is clean, the water is always hot, no problems at all.
Breakfast. Standard. The rest was bought at the Ezerbil supermarket (next to the hotel) or Chinarite (at the Marek bus station).
A huge advantage of the hotel is its mineral water swimming pool, 25 m long. Free, naturally.
Service. Very attentive staff at the reception, thanks to them, there were problems with the transfer, the guys solved everything, called, helped.
Sea. Nearby. The water is exceptional.
Varna. Nearby. Bus 31A (with entry to Varnitsa) or 409 (up through the parking lot at the Romance SPA hotel).
We liked the hotel so much that we returned at the end of August for another 4 nights.
I write and think, why do I praise this hotel so much? I need it, extra competition when booking a room? But I'm good today : )

A small refrigerator stained with something brown (I wiped it with a towel), killed on the carpet, an air conditioner called a fan that fell all the time, a washbasin and a shower like in a provincial hotel in Zadrishchinsk. The view is certainly stunning. There are two sun loungers on the balcony and it pleases.

Now about nutrition. We took the tour with breakfast. There is possible. Mlyako sour, cheese, egg-fried bread, plastic sausage, even watermelon and melon honey.

It is better to take a hair dryer with you, otherwise you will have to walk around with a wet head, a runny nose, etc.
