A hotel for a budget holiday, but for that a very good contingent, all very simple and friendly people, no pathos, it was very pleasing, you can be yourself, modest only on the first day. Fun all day long, food is just great. Entertainment for both children and adults. I see no reason to overpay if you can have a good rest.

I will not repeat myself once again and join the reviews that tourists wrote earlier about the beach, sea and food. It's all without comment. I did not like the fact that since September 15, it seems like the season has ended at the hotel and the air conditioners have been turned off. There was also no promising animation.

I will not repeat myself once again and join the reviews that tourists wrote earlier about the beach, sea and food. It's all without comment.
I did not like the fact that since September 15, it seems like the season has ended at the hotel and the air conditioners have been turned off. There was also no promising animation. My beach is closed around six in the evening, which is also not very romantic.
Even with us, three people came to the guide Evgenia, whose things were missing in the rooms. These were three different cases, three days in a row. Lost cameras and something else, I don’t remember.
All things seemed to be lying in prominent places. And there is an assumption that when the cleaner cleans the rooms, she opens them completely, and she herself goes to another room to clean. And if some thieving tourist passes, he can take with him what lies not far from the door. How these situations were resolved, I do not know.
The sea in October is still warm, but very stormy. Out of 14 days, only one day was calm. In recent days, it was generally impossible to go into the sea normally.
On the last day we saw a lizard in the room. Like true women, they raised a cry. The male workers came running at once and miraculously saved us from this monster)))
I also advise all tourists to take a fly swatter or some kind of fly swatter with them. They just eat on the beach. How at seven in the morning they flock to you, then at 10 o'clock they probably have a siesta, and then again at two o'clock they begin to flock anew and crawl over the body in crowds.
And in general, everything is very wonderful. I recommend this hotel and Tunisia to everyone as a country perfect for a beach holiday.

in early May, the season in Tunisia, at the very beginning of the people in the hotel, there were not many contingents of Ukraine, Russians from St. Petersburg for the most part, Poles and a little bit of any other Europe, but if the hotel is completely filled, the territory may not be enough. spices and a shop with local coffee, coffee is good, and the price is 9 dinars per kg, and somewhere around 45 UAH, it’s very interesting. What can I say, in general, quite a good rest for inexpensive and if you are tolerant enough to minor flaws, and they are, in principle, everywhere, then everything will be fine the main thing is good company and mood

2. Territory. A very large area of the hotel, there is a small zoo, 2 swimming pools with always warm and clean water - for adults and children. tennis courts, etc. , all that is indicated in the description of the hotel. There is a garden of palm trees, where there are many sunbeds, for those who want to lie down among the greenery.
3. Beach. To the sea 2 minutes walk. It is regularly cleaned, there is a guard who monitors what is happening on the beach so that intrusive merchants do not bother. Always left bags and everything was in place. The sea is a fairy tale, the water is 27 degrees (July), the water is perfect! The color is amazing!
4. Nutrition. Diverse, a lot of vegetables, different meats, olives, olives, seasonal fruits, and the most memorable - every three days tuna and meat, sausages and all this on the grill, everything is cooked in front of you, you can watch. Lots of sweets and jams. Drinks, tea, etc. all day, no limits.
5. Staff and service. EVERYONE is smiling (the waiters in the restaurant were always smiling, despite the huge number of people and heaps of dishes that they tried to quickly clean up), the dishes are clean. They want to please, talk, ask if they like to relax. A very pleasant experience. Room cleaning every day. Always clean. There was even a TV in the room. There were no insects. Every day, a Russian-speaking woman, a representative of the Oasis, came to the hotel lobby and received complaints, answered questions, etc. All problems were quickly resolved and eliminated.
6. Animation. What good fellows these guys, lit from morning to evening, music, games, dances, a lot of people, life was in full swing : )
Tips: tune in to the good and do not pay attention to the little things. And yet - bargain with everyone - taxi drivers, sellers, ask for a discount in stores, they love it! Ignore the words of the taxi driver "These prices were 10 years ago" : )

Traveled with my 5 year old daughter. June 26 to July 10.
The beach and the sea are wonderful, the water was calm in the morning, we swam in the shallows not far from the coast, where there was no garbage (it appeared on July 1 - the holidays before Ramadan began for the local population). After lunch there were usually waves - we enjoyed jumping on them. In terms of warmth, the water was cold at first, but warmed up by July. It was very comfortable. The sand is almost white, the water from this acquires a wonderful azure color. Sometimes we watched skirmishes about the lack of sunbeds. Sunbeds with cracks along the entire length. I weigh 50 kg, on such a sunbed I only slightly sagged down, and it didn’t bother me, but for large people there will be no ice. Reservation of sunbeds is prohibited, but they are reserved anyway. If you haven’t found free ones, for a couple of dinars (or just for a nice smile) the security guards will clean them up for you, removing other people’s towels from the sunbeds. To avoid litigation with the returned owners of the towels taken away by the security guard, immediately say that they should contact them on all issues, and that you have nothing to do with it. The traders on the beach are very stubborn, it seems that they will interfere even if one person saves another from doing artificial respiration. Security chases them if they stick to someone too much. Once there was a thunderstorm at night, the rest of the days it was clear, there was no wind for only one day.
The restaurant is more like a dining room, the food is delicious, by the end of lunches, dinners, hot food did not end, various cakes, fruits were watermelons, melons, peaches, nectarines, small pears. Always two types of meat and fish. There were not enough dishes, they did not have time to wash the glasses, sometimes the child could not pour water for himself, take glasses from the table where wine was not allowed. The day before our departure, the hotel bought plastic glasses. And in general, a lot of things with cracks - dishes, plastic chairs, sun loungers on the beach. Since July 1, the hotel has been filled with Arabs. And not for the weekend, but for a long time) The queues for food were simply shocking, everyone filmed them on cameras and phones. If there were two Arab girls in the queue in front of you, then all their relatives could join them, 6-8 people that way. The unfortunate eight hot troughs could only be approached from one side, respectively, the speed with which the queue moved was snail's. Bread began to be cut into pieces and not left as before with whole baguettes, clean cutlery / glasses / tables can not be found. The first time I stood in line for a hot twenty minutes, I returned to the table at which my daughter was sitting and found her crying. Every morning she now asked if I would stand in line. According to the Poles, the Russians who visited the hotel a year and two years ago during the same period did not have such queues, then the Arabs came only for the weekend. Beer on all inclusive is not bad, but only that in the restaurant for lunch and dinner, in bars, do not take free beer. For money (and not small ones), you will be offered a lot of drinks there, but you may not recognize the taste of your favorite drink) I advise you to order all paid alcohol in small portions so as not to be upset about the money spent.
Animation - well done guys, from morning till night they worked. No vulgarity. There is a Russian-speaking animator Zina. The mini club is open from 10 am to 12 pm and from 3 pm to 5 pm. Every day there is a mini disco and then a show. The shows, as usual, are not particularly interesting. For 15 days there was no fakir show (Before the evening program in the bar, the line also went off scale.
The hotel - the rooms are modest, the water pressure in the shower is constantly changing, sometimes it barely flows, sometimes it's normal. Once, before dinner, there was no water on our third floor, not at all - we rinsed well in the shower on the beach. The bathroom was leaking, and in order not to slip, I laid a towel on the floor. The air conditioner worked perfectly, but our friends did not work at all. And many people had this problem. Cleaning is unobtrusive, they clean for a long time and badly, regardless of the tip. In the exchange office at the reception sometimes there were no dinars. I have never been counted. There are two payphones right in the hotel on the wall. The first hotel where I saw cockroaches. One in my room. Very big. I haven't heard of theft.
They almost didn’t swim in the pools - the water in the closed one was very chlorinated, and in the open one, since July 1st, so many Arab women were swarming that there was simply no place there. The animator conducting aqua aerobics did not always manage to disperse them so that the girls could calmly do it.
The contingent is all Russians from St. Petersburg, there are also Ukrainians and Belarusians (Kyiv and Minsk). There was no prejudice towards us. And the behavior of other nations was at the same level. The Russians didn't stand out. Everyone, including the Arabs, was unhappy with the situation with the overcrowded hotel. Wealthy Arab families were resting, and when they came to the restaurant in the evening, they did not plan to stand in lines for 30-40 minutes for food and drinks.
Of all the treshki I have ever visited in this hotel, I most often heard the dissatisfaction of tourists.
Shopping - be sure to bargain! Even fixed price stores can drop a little. Near the hotel, halva and shampoos are a couple of dinars more expensive than in the medina, but you don’t spend money on a taxi. Halva in dutik is many times more expensive, and there are no shampoos. I didn't buy oil. I bought Magon and Katarina rosé wines and Tibarin tincture in the deutik. Ches speaking did not like.
Excursions - take only one, to Phrygia Zoo. From the hotel to go two hours, no guide. The driver silently drives you sharply braking at intersections. And my child and others were sick in both directions. I liked the animals, and my daughter whined what she wanted to the hotel.
We will not go to this hotel anymore, but we will be happy to visit Mahdia.
We send big greetings to Fedenka in Kyiv, his mother Sveta and grandmother, and Nastenka and her grandmother from St. Petersburg. The holiday would have been much sadder without you! Special thanks to the light for the shampoos)

Disadvantages of the hotel: queues at the restaurant during lunch and dinner, long road from the airport (about 3 hours), lack of sun loungers on the beach, rooms are not cleaned very well, poor sound insulation, no refrigerator, hair dryer, shampoos, gels, gray towels. From July 1, there was an invasion of local residents who tried food from common spoons in the restaurant and created huge queues, lack of forks, glasses.

We went through the company Prima Tours, flew to Enfidha Airport, drove to Tapsus for 2.5 hours. As soon as we arrived, everyone was treated to a cocktail. Settled quickly. The staff at the hotel was friendly, good, but only one cleaning lady upset us. She just made the beds nicely and laid out her pajamas. The sink was clogged, the toilet was clogged, there was some mold on the tub. But after much negotiation (she didn't understand English), the cleaner cleaned the sink. The beach was excellent, the sand was white, there were always enough sunbeds for everyone. The food was just great! Such a variety is not always found in St. Petersburg! Animation was normal (for three is enough)! The only thing is that wi-fi was 30 dinars per week, the safe was also expensive! But all in all I liked it. Have a nice holiday!

If you arrive in Tunisia in the City of Enfidha, then be prepared for a tedious transfer to the hotel. I didn't measure the exact time, but somewhere around 3 hours. But that's okay. . . I liked the hotel itself. Large landscaped area. There is a small zoo. The rooms were cleaned frequently. Sometimes the drains in the bath and in the washbasin were clogged with sand, but the maids quickly dealt with this.

I liked the hotel itself. Large landscaped area. There is a small zoo. The rooms were cleaned frequently. Sometimes the drains in the bath and in the washbasin were clogged with sand, but the maids quickly dealt with this. True, it was difficult to communicate with them: they knew English poorly, and I don’t know French (the second state language in Tunisia) at all! We had to communicate with gestures. The receptionists knew English well, Russian - not so much. In the same place (at the reception) they changed the currency to dinars. Be careful when exchanging currencies!! ! Count money without leaving the cash register. We were once short of $10 in dinars. Hope it wasn't on purpose. It's good that you noticed right away, and then try to prove how much was missing there. In general, Tunisians are very friendly. So be prepared to hear "Hello! " from them all the time. to your address. Answer the same, politeness has never hurt anyone.
The hotel has two swimming pools, which we never swam in. And why, if there is a beautiful sea very close by? The water was very clear, with a bluish tinge. Even at a shallow depth, one could clearly see the bottom. The beach is sandy with very fine white sand. Be very careful with your photo/video equipment! Do not let it get on it, as it clogs in the smallest cracks, from which it is difficult to get it. Sun loungers on the beach were paid, but we took them for free. There were few tourists back then.
The main problem of the hotel is the dining room (namely, the dining room, not the restaurant). I have nothing against food quality food, but they always fed the same food. No variety. Sometimes you go to dinner and you already know what you're going to eat. In short, if the owners "put things in order" in the restaurant, then the hotel can safely take the fourth star.
Animation... According to the reviews, I expected to see something amazing! But unfortunately, all the animation was reduced to leading a round dance with children and playing music for those who wish (as many as 5-6 people) to dance. Every evening is the same! And all this grief animation was carried out in the lobby of the hotel. Sleep was impossible!
I recommend taking HB meals (breakfast and dinner). You can dine in a cafe near the hotel. There is also a bank branch, a souvenir shop and a supermarket. Take drinking water there, do not drink from the tap! Further, if you turn off the road, there is a metro station. The metro itself connects Mahdia, Monastir and Sousse. So if you want to go on an excursion without a guide, then ask the train schedule at the hotel reception.
The weather at that time of the year was changeable. During the first days of rest, a cool wind blew from the sea. Tolerable, but still not very comfortable. So we immediately went on a 2-day excursion to the Sahara in the first days. Attention: everyone should take an excursion to the Sahara!! ! A lot of impressions!! ! Oh yes, about the weather. . . There were sunny days, and it was raining, and the sea was stormy (3-meter waves were rising, just super!!! ).
In general, I liked the rest! But if you prefer warm sunny weather, I still advise you to go on vacation in September.

Before the trip, I read that August is the period of jellyfish, so I was afraid, and as it turned out in vain, there were no jellyfish - the sea is transparent, beautiful, the sand is fine, velvet - like in an hourglass. We flew to Enfidha - the transfer was a little tired, because it took almost 2 hours to get to the hotel, but the bus was air-conditioned.

We arrived when lunch was over and the restaurant was closed, so we shared tea in a cafe. The rooms, in my opinion, are of the same type - a bath combined with a bathroom (it is separated by a wall), from toiletries - paper and soap, and cups near the sink. There is a TV in all the rooms, although the site writes about its absence, there is 1 Russian channel. Our room was from the side of the sea - the view is good, but even the closed door to the loggia does not help to avoid the noise of the music, it didn’t bother me at all, but my husband wanted silence and it bothered him, but after a week he got used to it. If you want silence, it is better with a view of the main entrance to the hotel, where the music is not heard. The food is varied and delicious. For breakfast, there are always yogurts, cottage cheese, muesli, eggs, tea, coffee, cocoa, milk, pastries, sausage, pancakes, pasta, omelettes with vegetables. Meat, beef, poultry, fish - were cooked in different forms every day, potatoes (boiled and french fries), vegetables, salads. But the fish, as for me, would be less spices and salt, they clog the taste of the fish itself. Animation - every day from morning to evening - they offer to play volleyball, football, darts, bochu, aerobics and water aerobics 2 times a day, every evening - a children's disco, after the disco some show, I really liked the fakir show. Room cleaning is not very high quality - the maid slightly wiped the dust and sand and made the bed, the towels are gray, therefore, it is better to take it with you (especially if you are traveling with a child). The staff is always smiling, happy to communicate, especially with children. I liked the rest at the hotel, the only negative is that the towels are gray and the glasses are sometimes given away with bleach (they first wash the dishes in bleach, and then rinse them under water), everything else is super!
