I am a tourist with experience. 3 countries -6 hotels. There is something to compare with. Now about the hotel. . What was a little annoying was the lack of a bar on the beach, but it was known from the beginning. Yes, somewhere you can renovate something, tint something, but this does not affect the rest in any way ! ! The tables are always clean in the restaurant. … More ▾ I am a tourist with experience. 3 countries -6 hotels. There is something to compare with. Now about the hotel. . Yes, somewhere you can renovate something, tint something, but this does not affect the rest in any way ! ! The tables are always clean in the restaurant. There is plenty of food. People are surprised when in one plate fish, chicken, beef, all this is covered with pizza! There is animation by the pool. I couldn’t rate it. And of course the sea and the beach. The beach is clean and big! The sea is gentle and warm! 85% Germans, 10% Arabs and 5% Russians were resting at this time. If you want a relaxing holiday, a good beach and a wonderful sea, then you are here

We were last year with my mother and a three-year-old daughter, and I want to come here again. The hotel is a solid four! We flew in mid-July 2017. To begin with, I love Tunisia very much, this is not the first time I have been relaxing in it). In this hotel, the staff is friendly, there are not as many of us as in Egypt or Turkey, which is insanely pleasing), the climate is similar to ours, and not as humid as in Turkey), and the sea is insanely beautiful, I don’t even want to process photos in Photoshop). … More ▾ We were last year with my mother and a three-year-old daughter, and I want to come here again. Rooms are clean and all appliances work. The cuisine is normal, without luxury, but you won’t be hungry, it’s true that you can’t give much for children, but this is the same in most hotels (the sea is super, the beaches are white sand, without jellyfish and algae, for children it’s a class, since the entrance is very shallow , the depth starts about 30 meters from the shore, and before that the depth is waist-deep) with a child you can go crazy and are not afraid that you will step into the depth), one thing is that the coastline is long, but not very wide 25-30 meters, but there were enough sun loungers for everyone)) One in a word, I recommend adequate people who want to relax for a normal price in a good hotel) and enjoy the super sea! Who is looking for show-offs and lobsters, you definitely don’t come here)) One thing, I strongly advise everyone not to save money, and when checking in, ask for a room with a sea view and a pool for an additional fee (not noisy, and not the first floor, at least I I don't like it), believe me, $20-30 per room will make your stay more beautiful, as your morning will start with a view of the ! crazy! beautiful sea, which you will not see either in Turkey, or in Bulgaria, or in Egypt . .
I was also in Vinci Noza Beach in 2012 (this is one network) only in Hammamet, also a good four, a little smaller than this one, but also awesome)) I advise!
Have a good rest everyone.

The hotel is quite decent. Clean. Characteristic interior. The food is great, varied. The audience is calm. There is nothing for young people to do. Vacation for a family without small children. For myself, I noted this as a big plus. Excursions are offered enough. Room service is good. I recommend doing SPA procedures with knowledge of the language (English, French), although the manager spoke Russian not badly. … More ▾ The hotel is quite decent. Clean. Characteristic interior. Excursions are offered enough. Room service is good. I recommend doing SPA procedures with knowledge of the language (English, French), although the manager spoke Russian not badly. The massage is done well. The territory is clean, well-groomed. The sea, the beach is pleasant, there were no problems with sunbeds... but my husband seems to have paid something for this comfort... One unpleasant moment is after the storm, the beach was not cleaned for several days. For some reason, the shore was littered with algae only near our hotel... other hotels hurried to quickly get rid of garbage on the shore . . We didn’t go to the beach all these days... we were content with the pool. The beach was just impassable to the sea! ! Approximately 3-4 days. For the rest, I liked everything. For fashionistas in local shops there are many branded replicas at a very low price.
By the way, I chose the hotel with passion, and focused only on 5 *. But I was not disappointed in choosing the hotel. I recommend.

We have been looking for a quiet cozy place for a long time to be romantic, not noisy, close to the sea and away from the city center - this hotel fully met all our expectations! Gorgeous green area, clean beach, cozy hotel and very friendly smiling staff! I was very pleased with the absence of a large number of compatriots! ))) The restaurant surprised me with a variety of dishes every day, and this is out of season! The animators are just great - they constantly entertained the people, while working unobtrusively, and in the evenings they arranged interesting programs that did not let any hotel resident get bored, no matter what language he spoke! In conclusion, I can say that Tunisia in general and the Riu El Mansour hotel in particular won my heart as an experienced traveler! For me and my friends, he confidently took a leading position among the hotels in Turkey and Egypt. … More ▾ We have been looking for a quiet cozy place for a long time to be romantic, not noisy, close to the sea and away from the city center - this hotel fully met all our expectations! Quiet, calm, unobtrusive, decent food, very, very friendly staff. I even regretted that I didn’t take a couple of souvenirs from Russia, for example, for them the matryoshka is still a curiosity.

Disadvantages:
after July 1, holidays begin for children in Tunisia and neighboring Arab countries. Many Arab families just after July 1

This is my first time in Tunisia, before that I was in Europe (not a beach holiday) and in Turkey and Egypt. Traveled from Moscow, operator Elite-travel, on Prospekt Mira, house 11. Everything is well organized. And I gathered literally in 2 days and bought a ticket.
True, they flew with Tunisian airlines, they feed very poorly, you can die of hunger! So take bananas or a couple of sandwiches for the road.
And when I flew back from Tunisia, I took a bottle of water on the plane (from the hotel), you can carry water at their airport. And it’s good that I took it, otherwise you won’t be able to interrogate the stewardesses and water!

The hotel has good tennis courts.
I lived in the main building, not in a bungalow, in a room that overlooked the courts. Rather, there was a construction site in the distance, and a road. I didn't hear any construction noise though. But I was offered a view of the sea, but I didn’t want to, because it turns out to be a view of the pool, and there is noise and din, I didn’t want to. The room is big. In the room itself there is a safe, free of charge, however, with a key, not a number one. It was a little embarrassing that the room did not have some kind of latch, that is, the maid could enter with her key. There were enough sun beds for everyone on the beach. True, some agreed with the security guard on the beach for 1 dinar per day and he left them a sunbed on the first line by the sea.
This is a hotel for pensioners, that is, for me, young people will be bored there. There is practically no animation. There is nowhere to go outside the hotel.
I brought a lot of natural creams from Tunisia, based on seaweed and clay. Even in the pharmacy, buy a gel made from natural aloe, it costs 9 dinars.
A wonderful remedy, both for burns and for the home, heals wounds, abrasions. In general, their olive oil-based and aloe-based after-sun products are a hundred times better than any Garnier, Nivea, etc.
The hotel sells cosmetics based on aloe, near the reception. MD Naturkosmetik The Germans told me that these cosmetics are much more expensive in Germany, because they are natural and very good.
For older ladies, it is best to take a lifting cream, it is 62 dinars.
In the hotel itself, the staff speaks French, German, practically does not speak English! But they learn Russian with great diligence, I even regretted that I didn’t take a phrase book with me, I would give them a gift, let them teach ...If you don’t speak foreign languages, then take a phrase book with you, you can Arabic-Russian, you can French-Russian. Otherwise, there will be problems, this is not Turkey for you, where everyone already speaks Russian ...

Mineral water is not brought into the room, but you can pick it up from the reception yourself.
Of course, the maids are waiting for a tip, but they clean up quite decently even without a tip. I was surprised that the maids had no vacuum cleaners. They sweep with a broom ...I gave the waiter a tip of 10 dinars at the end of the vacation, I also left the maid at the end, if you wish, leave a little money to the guy that you carried sunbeds on the beach every day.
To my surprise, our vodka, any kind, will be a good present. Alcohol in Tunisia is expensive.

I am satisfied with the rest, but this is because I found what I was looking for. In the morning at 6 in the morning I went to the sea and walked along the coast, 2 kilometers one way and back. The morning is full of such tourists and locals, someone runs along the sea, someone walks. Silence and peace. And for some it may seem boring...and there is nothing to do in the evening... outside the hotel there is a desert and a couple of souvenir shops. In general, who is looking for peace and solitude (including from our Russians) - you are here. The kids will be bored. The youth also have nothing to do.

Absolutely safe. Everywhere order and discipline. Service is better than 5* Turkish. Safe, tennis, gym for free, although it's good that you took rackets with you for both tennis. They are 99.9%. They are clean, friendly people. With a great mood, with fire in the eyes and "incendiary" dances at the live music show. This is where you understand what a happy old age is. 2. Animation. 6 people. Well done. The show runs for about 1 hour after every dinner and is something new every time (their programs are 2 weeks apart). In November, you don't have to count on games near the pool - the water temperature is 18 (max 20 degrees), but you feel their presence to the fullest. And measured "BOCHA" and archery, and walking with special sticks for walking on the sand, and just talking. THEY ARE UNPLEASANT!! ! And very friendly. Make a correction - animators are not professional artists, they are just people with a motor in... and with shuhariki in the head. 3. Order on the territory is ideal. 4. Order in the rooms. As with us: one shift - 5! , another shift - 3+, and nothing can be done about it. BUT! ROOMS GOOD! All equipment works! Problems? They don't exist! 6. Restaurant. Breakfast and lunch - sit where you want. Dinner - a table is assigned to you. There are two of you resting, you will be only the two of you at the table, etc. Very clean, the Germans do not let you relax. The assortment is SUFFICIENT. You are not in GOURMET TOUR! 7. Drinks at the bar. Amazing bar map. NOTHING IS DILUTED! Coffee - a separate conversation - 5! five! five! . Is always. Chocolate liqueur (cream di cocoa) and barberry liqueur - excellent! Lobby bar - up to 24 hours! Every evening 8. Tips. 1-2 dinars (99.9% - 1 dinars) - and they are happy (while maintaining their own dignity, they do not fawn, like our "sex"), and you are noticed and noticed. They learn our words instantly and are VERY friendly! ALL STAFF - VERY FRIENDLY! They behave with dignity and expect it from you. KNOW! They look at the "Russians" with a degree of surprise. They probably expect unbridledness, rudeness from us, and God knows what else, But as soon as you do not lose your dignity, subject to the NORMAL norms of upbringing, you will be perceived with a bang! They meet with pleasure, communicate with you, grandmothers flirt and everything is the same as with us, but NOT LIKE in "HOUSE2". Keep you above all sorrows this image of screaming, rudeness and lumpenism. Do you understand me. nine. The staff takes care of you and is always ready to help you. This is not Egypt, with its "now" and a complete vacuum in action. Reception - well done! 10. City. Interesting enough. I can - I'll drop the pictures. If you need additional info - write to the soap. I will DEFINITELY answer, because with the help of such reviews, I chose this hotel. the rest of the hotels, and 4 and 5 stars - HORRIBLE !!!!!!! ! Not all of course, thank God! , but from the majority offered by our tour operators. Eugene. Sheptunov@ergotech. dn. ua or Elena E_sheptunova@mail. enHave a good rest. And know - the less "Russians! ", the higher the standard. Unfortunately.

I have a vacation from July 22 to August 18, we are planning from August 1 to 15 to Mahdia. What is the day and night temperature there, what is the water temperature, is it dangerous to go to the Sahara because of the heat and is it possible to walk outside the hotel, walk around the town of Mahdia, are there biting jellyfish in Mahdia? We plan to spend 110 thousand for two adults and a child of 9 years old, we have already been to Crete and Turkey. If it is unbearably hot in Tunisia at this time, what other country can you visit with such a budget
