Been to Chamonix twice and stayed here both times. As it seemed to us in a small (at first glance) room - only 30 sq. m, thanks to an interesting system of mobile transformation of space and the presence of a separate bathroom (quite small in size), four of us can comfortably accommodate. In a tiny kitchen (but with all the necessary equipment: stove, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator) you can quickly and tasty prepare breakfast and dinner.

In a tiny kitchen (but with all the necessary equipment: stove, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator) you can quickly and tasty prepare breakfast and dinner. The nearest store is Spar, located literally in the yard, everything you need for every day can be bought here.
An important point is the presence of a Ski-Room, which you will have to go to, however, without ski boots - such is the order here.
The close location of the Shamonix Sud bus station allows you to easily overcome the distance to absolutely all ski areas with the highest probability of doing it comfortably - this is the final stop of almost all ski-buses, you can always sit down if you wish.
There are a lot of youth companies, but this does not bother in any way - everyone behaves extremely well-mannered and restrained (on our first visit, a company of young Englishmen settled in the neighborhood, who came every evening and asked if we would mind if they turned on the music). More trouble was caused (this was already during the second visit) by compatriots who settled on our floor (!!! )...
According to estimates - everything is very approximate, because. this is still an apartment, so such positions as "food" (typical of hotels) are very subjective. : )

It's hard to call it a hotel - it's 100% apartments: you can comfortably accommodate four people, a small but comfortable kitchen, a separate bathroom (normal size)
