6. Nutrition. There is a main restaurant and three Ala carte (fish, Italian and oriental) pre-registration is required. In terms of nutrition, everything is fine, there is a lot of food, there is meat, fish, chicken, seafood. There is enough for everyone. The only small variety of fruits.
7. The service is very good, everyone is smiling and ready to help.
The guys, the waiters and bartenders in the main restaurant are generally very cool, but at the bar on the beach they are very unfriendly, I just didn’t want to go to them for coffee again.
8. Numbers, this is where the catch lies. We ordered a JUNIOR room. We arrived in the evening, so we were seated immediately. The room is large, consists of two rooms, and has a large balcony. The furniture is very old, but everything is clean. The refrigerator was very old and somehow dirty, it was scary to touch it. The beds are very comfortable, with clean linens and comfortable pillows. The towels are white and fluffy. There is a kettle in the room, but coffee, tea and sugar are available for an additional fee!!! ! ))) this is just funny in a 5* hotel where everything is inclusive))) Bottled water is brought every day.
9. The bathroom is simply in terrible condition, I have never seen anything like it. Not only is everything old and broken, but everything is moldy!! ! Soap and shampoo are only in dispensers, there is nothing else. If it weren't for the bath, everything would be great
We flew with friends and children, the hotel was chosen quickly and inexpensively. Vacation dates and budget were limited. According to these parameters, the hotel approached and the location gave hope for a normal rest. Paid, read reviews and waited for real horror. How nice it was to be wrong in expectations))
The pleasant thing was that at the entrance we were immediately put on bracelets and offered to go to dinner (check-in was around 19.30). Pleasantly surprised by the receptionist. Clean, everything shines, beautiful view, at the entrance there is always (! ) cold water with mint and lemon and cold hibiscus.
Now for the numbers! Who came for photos of cracks in the tile or crumbled tiles in places, then you will find what you were looking for. We arrived with a different purpose ; -) We settled in two rooms next to each other at the request of +5$)) I was pleasantly surprised by the number, it turned out to be a two-room one, it was not separated by a door, but we slept with my two teenagers, as it were, in different rooms)) my girlfriends in the room turned out to be faulty plumbing, digging a shower, the next morning, completely free of charge, they were moved to another room next to us. Towels are changed if you leave them in the bathroom on the floor, this is written in each bathroom in a memo on the wall. Cleaning every day. One night our baby was ill, used all bed linen and towels. The next day, the staff replaced everything: and bed and towels and licked the room, it was a sin not to leave a tip. Beach towels changed upon request. The staff is very friendly and helpful if you treat them like people!
Further the beach, and another plus, not windy bay, sandy entrance, small children can wallow in front of you while you lie and enjoy cocktails. Of course, the sunbeds are tired, but this did not overshadow the overall picture)) The reef is a separate love.
A lot of beautiful fish, the entrance to the sea from two stairs, not a long pontoon. The guys on the pontoon helped, washed our masks, sometimes even looked after the children))
There were three pools, while we were relaxing, a large one near the restaurant, next to a children's pool with heating and two slides (working! ) And one with a jacuzzi overlooking the sea, two were under reconstruction, as I understand it. Three was enough for us
Food - everything was meat and fish and seafood, delicious desserts, lots of fruit. In addition to the main meals, there was also a fast food lunch, which my children were incredibly happy about. Burgers, french fries, nuggets, pizza every day from 13.00 to 16.00.

I can say one thing about animation if you want to have fun, it will be fun, but if you are a bore in life, then no animation will help you)))
Soho Square within walking distance is a separate bonus! We took cocktails from our hotel and went for a walk.

We arrived late at the hotel around 22.00. They gave us the keys almost immediately. We paid for the standard, and were given room No. 226 (“junior” two rooms). To say that the number is "killed" is to say nothing. There was no electricity in the room - the air conditioner did not work, there was no light in the bathroom and the corridor. All the furniture in the room is dirty and dusty. In the morning we went to the reception to change it, explaining in detail the reason for our dissatisfaction. I do not want to describe how I managed to convince to change the number, but it was changed to the standard.
The room was also "tired", but much more decent.
I really didn't like the hotel's beach. I love sandy beach. And the pontoon and the stairs to the beach on the "hundred" steps tired me. The beach of the hotel is not designed for such a number of tourists. Free sunbeds by the sea can be found until 9.00. There are always free sunbeds on the second and third tiers of the beach, but each time you need to overcome a distance of about 150m to get to the 40m pontoon. Pontoon is a separate song! Old and badly mounted! It's scary to walk on the pontoon. Feeling like it could fall apart underfoot. November 13, when it started to rain in Sharm and there was a strong wind, the pontoon still fell apart. They collected it all the next day, but the stairs to the water were never restored. It took the hotel administration 5 days to restore just one ladder on the pontoon. The beach holiday was ruined. The stairs, and only one, were installed on November 18 in the afternoon, and we left on November 19 in the morning. The hotel stole from vacationers five days of a normal holiday at sea!
The food at the hotel is excellent. Breakfast at the hotel is classic Egyptian. For lunch and dinner, 2-3 types of meat + fish were served. Great assortment of fruits. Desserts, cakes and oriental sweets are delicious!
Ala Carte restaurants have not visited and can not say anything.
The bar on the beach is normal, the bartenders are friendly. Haven't tried alcohol.

Loungers are so-so, enough, but not enough umbrellas. Shower, toilet, bar with 10 bezal, 11 alcohol. until 17-17.30 - September. The bay is closed from the wind - there was no red flag for 8 days even once. From the hotel to Soho meters 30-50.5 pools. One 15+ near the sea with a bar. One 1.40. Two with slides up to 2 meters and one with a slide for children.
Wifi only at the reception. Catches in restaurants and near the pool. The territory is large enough - it's a pity the landscape is poorly looked after. Playground. Animation as such is practically non-existent. The food is delicious. Grill twice daily. Fruits alternate in 4 types: bananas, pomegranate, guava, figs, pears, apples, oranges. More locals visit on weekends. There was ice cream a couple of times for dessert - very tasty - we haven’t eaten this at home for a long time. Mostly locals, Ukrainians and Russians. There are no snacks. A la carte by appointment - alternate - local Italian cuisine and seafood. There were Italian and seafood - just super - did not expect. Tasty. Italian menu, seafood standard. Wow.
I practically don’t write reviews, but I’m surprised by the negative people for the amount of a ticket here. The hotel is more than worth it. I can recommend. Honestly, honestly: I didn’t write at the request of a travel agent. With such proposals, no one even approached. A bit boring without animation. For a week, then if you don’t go to the party. But sorry for the hotel. Such a good range and save money on the service. Raise a little and it would be without BUT. ))
The arrival was late. The settlement went quickly. We asked for two rooms side by side and with a smile made a gift - $ 10, but we were hinted that we need the same amount. We agreed and did not regret it: the rooms were really close. One room with a sea view, but it was not so important for us, the main thing is a 2-minute walk to the beach. Our luggage was delivered directly to our room. And a pleasant surprise - they brought us dinner to the rooms.
I liked everything in the rooms: the plumbing in the bathroom worked well, the air conditioner was quiet, we did not observe mosquitoes, cockroaches and other living creatures, good solid furniture, a lot of mirrors. We had daily cleaning, towels changed every other day. The bed was changed once, but we think more often is not necessary. Always leaving $1 on the table for the cleaner.
The hotel area is average, but needs cosmetic repairs. Pretty green. There are 4 pools, but we walked through them only for the purpose of familiarization, because. came to see the reef. There are two slides - they worked constantly.
The beach is good, there are enough sun loungers, the service guys are lethargic, you just need to ask for help (they are waiting for a tip, we did not give).
The bar on the beach is normal, the bartenders are friendly. Alcohol by Egyptian standards is normal.
We liked the food and service in the main restaurant. Breakfast is monotonous, but the choice is sufficient. I would like to note the presence of falafel - for me this is the main yummy : ) And yoghurts are thick and tasty. Every day at lunch and dinner 2-3 types of meat + fish. Fruits: melon, grapes, apple, dates, oranges. Pastries and oriental sweets are just delicious! Had ice cream a couple of times. All the dishes are served by the restaurant staff - not all are friendly, there were "BOOKIES", but we smiled at them and they thawed : )
At dinner, they took wine (white) - they pour it directly from tetrapacks (they uncorked it in front of me, it pleased me.
Animations in this hotel "ZERO"!! ! Yes, she is not needed, because. The hotel is located in Soho.
Internet only at the reception and very weak. We used free internet in Soho.

1. The most nightmare and trash is the service. I don’t know where they recruited these employees, but the impression is that you didn’t come to rest with them, but they came to you. (except for bartenders on the beach and near the pool). In the main restaurant I went out of need, I come already they took out a plate. Victoria bar is a separate story, yelling at visitors in general, "You know that you can’t have a child" (daughter ran in to ask a question for a couple of minutes), at the Hollywood bar, my husband came to take 4 beers (small glasses, of course, as in all of Egypt) , he gave 2, he says, you will come again. And everything is terribly brazen, arrogant. BUT!! ! THE BIGGEST PPC is the reception and the cleaner at the exit. I advise everyone who has the misfortune to go there, guys, upon arrival, take an employee who shows the number by the hand and ask how many beach towels. And to sign. We had three of them, the fourth was no longer asked, because. there was one for the beach. The whole holiday with them was a success. Departure has begun. They don’t let the husband out, they say come on, 15 dollars, or you won’t leave. We prove we stand, it's useless. This cleaner says something to them in his Arabic, they don’t hear the words of tourists at all. I say, go ask the child, he is sitting on the bus, he doesn’t even know what we are talking about, how many of these towels there were. Search things, for God's sake. Well, you are kidding me. You have a bunch of these ownerless towels lying on the beach, if they really gave us 4 of them, we would just take them from there. No, we won't let you out, you'll miss your plane, or give us 15 dollars. I've never seen anything like it, just nowhere. K - customer focus. Naturally, we did not give any 15 dollars out of principle, we got on the bus and left, but we were frayed for 40 minutes, the police were threatened, etc. They don’t have cameras anywhere, they can’t see how many we went with all the rest. In short, an awesome end to an awesome vacation.
2. Of the promised Alacarte restaurants, exactly zero works. The second bar on the beach is also closed.
3. There are as many promised hot dogs on the beach or fruit as there are a la carte restaurants. That is, zero. If you want to have a snack, only breakfast, lunch, dinner. Between them only drinks.
4. In a restaurant in front of me, a man asked for an uncut apple for a child, as they had a flight early in the morning. Well, naturally, back to customer focus, right? Of course not.
5. Everything inside is dirty and destroyed. It is disgusting to go to the toilets on the beach, or at the reception.
6. Huge cockroaches in a Hollywood bar (seen in person)
7. The furniture in the rooms is old, almost falling apart
8. Mosquitoes!! ! If they are poisoned in other hotels, don't count here! Upon arrival, they did something stupid, opened the windows, the balcony. (the raptor was plugged in). A whole flock in the room, it was impossible to sleep.

In general, summing up in this HELL, just NO FOOT more! And I don't recommend it to anyone! Really a 2 star hotel. Better go to the nearby Hilton.
