- location in the city center;
- 6-7 minutes walk to the beach;
- decent food (chicken is at lunch and dinner, sometimes fish) for a three-star hotel.
Unfortunately, that's where the pros end, let's move on to the cons:
- Paid forever idle (! ) Wi-Fi;
- staff who are not inclined to solve your problems, and in any situation hint at "gifts" and the fact that "the fool himself" - chose the cheapest hotel;
- Room cleaning is NOT provided. at all. the staff feeds breakfast, and they don’t clean even once a week (for tour operators, for example Tez Tour, the website indicates that this hotel is cleaned three times a week. haha)
(if the hotel management will read this review, in fact, this prompted me to write this review. remove my room);
- they will check you in at 14:00 and not a minute earlier in an uncleaned room if you're lucky, and if you're not very lucky - then in a room with a non-working air conditioner / TV and / or with a non-closing balcony;
- everything that is in the room is as budget as possible: a TV from the collapse of the USSR, a dirty air conditioner, a dead mattress, one towel for two OR they won’t put a single one at all (told by tourists with whom we managed to talk).
If you are coming for a week or less and without children, it is really possible to come here if it is the cheapest hotel. Otherwise, it is better to choose an alternative accommodation option.
So that this review is not deleted by the moderators and the hotel staff does not call it a custom one, I will immediately indicate the Tez Tour voucher number: 128503722 (room 304. period of stay: 09.07-21.07)
The food in this hotel is pretty tasty, but every day is the same, until people finish the rice, it will be for lunch and dinner. Every day there is hot chicken meat, legs, wings, etc. , a couple of times there was grilled fish, once french fries, there are always salads and simply chopped vegetables, watermelon, apples and plums from fruits, once there were pears. Although we had lunch and dinner only 3 times, we mostly went on excursions. Sweets are also occasionally served for dinner. Rooms are cleaned once a week, on Sunday, but we refused because the day after tomorrow was a flight. The TV is literally a bottle, the air conditioner worked only for blowing, like a fan. We lived on the ground floor, jumped over the balcony (everyone did it) for a long time to bypass.
There is no service at all, they don’t even give toilet paper, you have to beg. We immediately bought a SIM card for the Internet for $ 3.20 gig, and in the hotel itself for $ 10 Internet for 7 days, but it is constantly stupid and by the way there was no electricity for 2 mornings in a row, so the Internet did not work. On the plus side, the hotel is really in the center of Kemer, there is everything you need around, supermarkets, clothing stores, cafes. It’s a 10-minute walk to the embankment at a slow pace, and there are a lot of interesting things) The pool at the hotel is clean 140 cm deep, the sun loungers near it are new, you can take drinks from the bar both to the pool and to the room, no one watches this, the main thing is to return the glasses to the bar .
In a 10-minute walk there is a MIGROS supermarket where the cheapest prices for food, sweets, and alcohol are. Almost all the beaches at other hotels are on the promenade, some sell sun loungers for the day, some do not, the cost of a sun lounger with a mattress is 15 lire, on the city beach 10 lire without a mattress, but you need to go almost to the very end to the right, near the yacht port. They take any currency, but it is more profitable to immediately change dollars into lira, at the time of the rest it was $ 100 = 805 lira.
Output! For an active holiday, like ours, just to spend the night, the hotel will do! But if you stay there all day (there are many), I do not recommend it.
For your information, a meeting with the tour operator's guide is not necessary for you, he will take all the information he needs at the reception after your settlement, and you do not waste time go to the local tour operator: leave the hotel to the right, turn the corner and choose excursions cheaper, not hesitate to bargain. I recommend rafting, a foam disco on the ship Monster, where you are bathed in 3 bays, fed and danced in foam for $ 10, a trip to the Lycian tombs and the temple where St. Nikolay. On this tour, you have to pay extra for entering the temple, but you can pay yourself at the entrance to the museum with a bank card or lira - it will be cheaper. Take a lot of water everywhere, it's expensive to buy. Vacationers enthusiastically told about a trip to a large water park and a burning mountain with swimming in the most beautiful royal bay.
The food is monotonous, but fresh and tasty, they didn’t mind if they took fruits into the room: watermelons, plums. The meat was mostly chicken, a lot of vegetables, in general, you will not starve. The pool is clean and you can use it all the time. The room was not cleaned until they asked, they took out the garbage themselves, the situation was saved by a rag from the house. The location is good, if you don't have enough pastries, go for a walk along the neighboring street, where you will be offered a tasting of oriental sweets. Kemer has many beautiful places for a walk: the embankment, the light park near the Port Marina. If you exit the hotel to the right around the corner and go left, then there will be a beautiful pedestrian street directly to McDonald's, where, by the way, there is free Facebook and Skype. On this street, opposite the police, I found a store of good quality Turkish designer clothes for women. Let the price tags do not scare, they are inferior to 70%.
I wish you a pleasant stay!
The next day I came up and said that I was moving out of there and moving to live in another hotel.
For 10 days they have never been removed, you need to walk alone in the morning to give, change. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone!!! ! Although the hotel employees speak Russian, they understood me, but they were not going to change the room until a representative arrived, and only then they had a chance to change the room. We are already aged people and we were moved to the fourth floor (there is no elevator) and then, as they told me: "Give me 20 dollars, they will change everything for you! " When I started to complain to the managers at the reception, they answered me, "Have you not read the reviews? Why did you come here then ??? "
Then I gave (did not pay, because when you pay you get a service, service, etc. in my case, I just gave) 1000 dollars for a ticket. For what? For the current attitude???
In the morning there were no breakfasts at all, but what the hell!! ! Some boiled eggs.
One thing was good there, it's that they are in the center.
1. The number of rooms is terrible, those rooms that are above the pool are even more or less, but it’s impossible to live in the main building at all! We lived on the second floor overlooking the pool. There is nothing in the room but tired furniture. The bed is terrible.
2. Food: if you go without men, then it's fine. The men will be hungry.
3. The pool is small but clean. There are no particular complaints.
4. Service: none. No one will help in any way, they freeze openly at the ricepshin, they don’t know anything, everyone is frostbitten.
5. The location is good - and walking distance to the center and 100-200 meters to the beach (depending on which one to go).
I gave one star only for the location.
