The room was very pleased, because. used to stay in another Prague, through a travel agency too. The room is spacious with 2 rooms. One has a kitchen counter, and even a refrigerator; and in another bed, bedside tables. a wardrobe, an armchair, and what was very pleasing - a trellis))) The bathroom is also normal, with a cabin. The only thing that I didn’t like was that there were no separate towels that you could lay on the floor when you got out of the shower, and the fact that for 3 days we never changed towels. In principle, we don’t change them so often at home, but this is still a hotel . .
And so, I liked everything, Wi-Fi is free, it even catches in the room, only sometimes it was buggy, the staff - in particular Angela, speaks Russian, she is from Belarus))
Do not choose this hotel if possible. We booked at the last moment, and there was no other way out. Among the minuses: bad and uncomfortable rooms (thin walls and Russian comrades behind the wall with a hangover syndrome - audibility is amazing), very poor breakfast, no vegetables or fruits: eggs, ham, sometimes sausages, cheese, tea, tasteless coffee, milk, bread, cereal, yogurt, because of the monotony and lack of taste on the second day, I don’t feel like going to breakfast, poor-quality room cleaning, I would even say its absence, toilet paper, sorry, they put it only when we asked to do it at the reception, on the 0 floor, when when you go to breakfast there were always unpleasant smells, not Chanel No. 5, Russian-speaking staff is more of a minus than a plus - a la russe service is guaranteed, with complete ignorance of the city and local features. ))) And if you speak good English, you don't need this staff for nothing.
The only plus is the convenient location. The nearest station is Jiriho z Podebrad, and after 1 station is already Museum - this is already the center to Wenceslas Square. But if you wish, you can drive extra 2-4 stations in a comfortable, quiet and clean metro than live in this hotel. This is where all the pluses end. : -) Extras: (but these are not the pluses of the hotel, but rather the pluses of the area). Through one station (Flora) the shopping center of the same name. Around the corner, on Vinohradska Street, there is a supermarket where you can buy water and fruit. Across one street, parallel to Perunov, on the street. Nitranska (closer to the Jiriho z Podebrad metro station) is a wonderful place called "U Palechki": a cozy atmosphere, delicious food and good service. There is also very, very tasty homemade white wine Tramin (200 crowns a bottle or 54 crowns a glass), good meat with blood, local cuisine, tender fish, large delicious salads. We ate there every day and were never disappointed.
The visitors are only locals, we have always been the only tourists. Compared with restaurants in the center of Prague, the comparison is always in Palechka's favor.

Barely pulls on the usual, unremarkable 3 stars.
Did not like:
1) breakfasts,
2) the condition of the rooms - the hotel should be renovated and not delayed!
3) attitude at the entrance - when we were put into a simply ugly room, which did not even pull one or two stars. And then for a long time they assured me that there were no other numbers. But after half an hour of persistent requests, they nevertheless relocated. There were no threats, the matter did not come to them, although he was already ready to start.
In addition to the previously described
4) noisy refrigerator and non-switchable ventilation in the bathroom,
5) linen is so-so,
6) the carpet and walls with the ceiling are also so-so, it was disgusting to walk barefoot on the carpet
7) an ancient antediluvian CRT TV, 6 channels, only 3 normally showed.
8) The light is dim, floor lamps are terrible
If only Russian-speaking staff is important to someone in the hotel, and close your eyes to everything else, then this hotel is for you!
P. S. At the reception, in the most prominent place, there are three flags: the European Union (well, this is understandable), Georgia (the owners of the hotel) and the United States (no comments here... ). The hotel was occupied almost entirely by Russians, it was unpleasant that there was no our flag. There were also some Spanish-Italians. I think that they certainly made the wrong choice and it was evident from them : )
In short: the hotel in the past, apparently, was not bad - somewhere 4 *. But in the past - it's 20-30 years ago.
The new owners of the hotel (Georgians, it seems, as we were later told) did not do repairs there, in the rooms, in particular, at all.
Old bed/towels, furniture and, what is most unpleasant, broken old plumbing. Most of all I got a toilet with a broken drain and a battery with a broken switch frying nearby (((- (the hotel service had zero response to our requests). A broken sink and a “childish” size shower stall somehow didn’t even irritate me very much)
The staff is "Russian-speaking", but do not rush to rejoice))% The service is "soviet" or something like that - the people who work there have a generally vague impression of what it is.
At the reception was the youngest, probably from all the cleaners))
Breakfasts. It was possible to write - so-so (sausages = holiday%)
But, despite the fact that the hotel has a hall with tables, breakfasts were served in the basement-wine cellar. Around 7! tables per hotel at 40? numbers. Queue in the morning, dirty tables, spoiled mood. Coffee / tea - just wash ((
Positive. There was not much - also I will not ignore: good location (a couple of stops to the center). Mini-fridge in the room) There is a supermarket "Albert" around the corner where you can buy groceries.
Overall, we will not stay at this hotel again.
