Towels were not changed for seven days. In front of me, the woman at the reception was begging for toilet paper, and the administrator turned on the "don't understand" mode. It is not clear why the hotel pays for the work of a crowd of employees, and not allow visitors to impose themselves. We rested in the middle of May 2021 at the Gelidonya hotel. We liked everything. All the staff are polite, always help, prompt, they try very hard, doing their job.
In general, there are many reviews about the hotel, I agree with all the positive ones.
The only thing I want to tell a little and praise the hammam. If you have back problems, soreness, etc. , or just want to relax, I strongly recommend that you contact the specialists in the hammam at the hotel. I went there for procedures, massage is done by a doctor, a true professional in his field. In addition to massage, there are many other services. The food is good, lots of choice, everything was perfect. Drinks are always available: white and red wine, crayfish, beer, gin, various liqueurs, juices, soft drinks. The beach from the hotel is small, but there are plenty of sun loungers and awnings.
All the staff are polite, always help, prompt, they try very hard, doing their job.
In general, there are many reviews about the hotel, I agree with all the positive ones.
The only thing I want to tell a little and praise the hammam. If you have back problems, soreness, etc. , or just want to relax, I strongly recommend that you contact the specialists in the hammam at the hotel. I went there for procedures, massage is done by a doctor, a true professional in his field. In addition to massage, there are many other services. All vacationers with us were very pleased with this place. And it became much easier for me after a course of massages, it is best to take several sessions at once, the more, the cheaper : )

In my opinion the hotel is very good. The room in which we were settled (room 3201) is quite decent, with three huge floor-to-ceiling windows, light and of an unusual geometric shape. There is a balcony that can be accessed from two entrances. In my opinion the hotel is very good. The room in which we were settled (room 3201) is quite decent, with three huge floor-to-ceiling windows, light and of an unusual geometric shape. There is a balcony that can be accessed from two entrances. I really liked the bathroom: stylishly decorated, on a granite pedestal with steps, the bathroom itself, a washbasin in the form of a "bowl". There are also two windows, one of which is stylized as a rather large mirror. The room has a refrigerator (with 2 bottles of water), a beautiful and large armchair, a pouffe near the table with a mirror, a TV. What I liked was the moment when the lights were turned off: there are two lamps and two switches at the head of the bed - so one turns off the lamps, and the other turns off the lamp in the corridor. That is, you can lie down "in light. " Cons of the room: the presence of a door with a nearby number. The door, of course, was locked with a key (we found out this moment at the reception), but still something like that....... uncomme il faut. Although on the 3rd day we did not notice it. Due to the lockdown, the hotel is not 100% full and there are no neighbors. As for the kitchen, I can say that everything is SUPER. Very tasty, varied. The service staff is very friendly and accommodating. Just enough. From stronger drinks there is wine (red white), beer, vodka, cocktails (optional, can be fortified). On the territory there is an outdoor pool (and additionally for children). But somehow we didn’t really use it - the sea here is simply “bohemian”. I love "pebbles", so this place is for me!! ! Separately, I want to say about the massage therapist Ali - he is a mega-master of his craft. I just recommend it to everyone who planned to improve their health and "beautiful"))) . I missed the question of settling: we arrived at the hotel around 6 in the morning. We were asked to wait until 8 until a person arrives who will check us in (although according to the schedule, they should check in at 14.00). As the restaurant opened, we were immediately fed, and by 8.30 we were already settled. I had some comments about the room (the water in the bathroom did not drain well), which were immediately eliminated after the appeal. I think that the hotel and services in it absolutely correspond to the 4 stars declared. In any case, there is a desire to return here (although we still have 4 days of rest)???? . In general, in my opinion, be optimistic and enjoy life - and then rest will be successful anywhere! You can find both good and bad everywhere. The question is what to look for!

They took vouchers for two for 14 days for 120.000 rubles. Very happy with EVERYTHING! In Turkey already 5 times, the first hotel where they do not take money for a more or less good room. We got 3401, I call it royal!! ! The room is large, I have never seen such a bathroom anywhere, the toilet is separate, the bathroom is on granite steps with a window on the fir trees, a sink and a large mirror immediately, it opens and a view of the mountains, that's what I understand GOOD MORNING !! ! The rooms are cleaned daily! The staff is ALL polite, friendly, will help, prompt 90% speak Russian.

The food is delicious, you definitely won’t be hungry, there are A LOT of sweets, delicious coffee, alcohol, vodka, gin, white and red wine, 5 types of liqueurs, bartenders make cocktails. On the territory, a woman makes gazlome with different fillings. Location to the center 1 km, Waikiki nearby. The sea is wonderful! A BIG THANK YOU TO EVERYONE for our great vacation!
