Every day I was amazed by the line for food, and when the Turks opened a restaurant, our people just literally started running, snatching plates with the feeling that they would never see food again. In the morning, in the afternoon and in the evening we stood for half an hour, 40 minutes to get ourselves food. Salads that were not eaten were left on the second day and they stank. Sweet was only for dinner. We cooked some breaded chicken for lunch, and for dinner there were french fries, once grilled fish and once grilled chicken.
Wi-Fi is a separate issue. I originally bought it for my phone for $10. But no one warned me that this cost is only for one device.

We arrived at the hotel in the evening, so we knew that they would check into the room immediately, since check-in is usually after 14.00. But our group of arrived tourists was kept at the reception for 1.5 hours, after which they explained that there were no available rooms and offered to settle us in Endam Garden (neighboring hotel building 3 minutes walk), which at the price of a tour operator is cheaper than Ares Endam. How is that possible? The booking was confirmed to the tour operator, but there are no places?
In a nearby hotel, the rooms are dead, the bathroom was cleaned, probably a year ago. But the territory is green, quiet and peaceful, there is a swimming pool, there is a bar with a coffee machine and local juices.

The room at Ares Endam was clean. The bathroom and toilet are in need of repair, and the drain does not cope with its functions, so after taking a shower, water stays all over the bathroom for 30 minutes.
The room does not have a mini bar, but there is air conditioning. There is liquid foam like hand and shower soap in dispensers in the bathroom. Bed linen is not very good quality. Towels were given out, but the sheets for covering were knocked out until the next day. The room was cleaned frequently, towels were never changed. Rooms are cleaned after dinner and if you lie down for a day's rest, he may be disturbed.
WiFi is paid - 10 dollars. That's horrible!
Dining room. This is a sore point for all vacationers. The queues are constant at the start of the meal, but after an hour there are no queues, but the food is also in the remnants. Side dishes and meat are brought, but salads and vegetables are not. You have to take what's left. Cucumbers, tomatoes in different cuts for 5 dishes and occupy a whole distributing table. The food is monotonous. Desserts are only a few minutes at the beginning of dinner and a few minutes in the middle of dinner time. But, in the morning, buns are given out in portions, through glass.
Why not do the same with desserts? And this is not a problem of the hotel kitchen. It depends on the mentality of the vacationers themselves, who are used to living by the rule "If I don't eat, then I'll bite. " They scoop up plates of desserts, don't eat them, and families with children who can't run to the canteen don't get a single bite. And as a rule, such people turn out to be pensioners who, well, really want to eat sweets in slides and arrogant people who, at the same time, drag this whole slide with sweets into the rooms, and in the morning without eating they put them on the corridor table for throwing away, despite the fact that in The hotel is not allowed to take food to the room.
Be prepared for the fact that plates, forks, spoons are washed poorly. Tables are not cleaned properly.
Pool bar. Cola, fanta, local beer is always available, as well as coffee and tea. Wine only in the evening. Other drinks are for a fee.
There is practically no entertainment program, there are discos, dances, an animator in other hotels, but not here.
