Friends, I can’t help but write. If a travel agency offers this hotel, run away from it quickly. My wife and I divorced on an inexpensive offer and regretted it a thousand times. In short, everything is broken, there are only Arabs in the hotel, although cultural, but still almost all drunk and with cigarettes in their teeth, SMOKING EVERYWHERE, EVEN IN THE CHILDREN'S POOL.

In short, everything is broken, there are only Arabs in the hotel, although cultural, but still almost all drunk and with cigarettes in their teeth, SMOKING EVERYWHERE, EVEN IN THE CHILDREN'S POOL. The food is disgusting: spicy and monotonous, eggs and dry bread in the morning, ha! In this hotel, you just feel like an idiot. We generally went with three children, we took good porridge with us, so the children would swell from hunger. From the pros, the cakes are very tasty in the evenings and ice cream at lunch. The sea is of course cool, but this is already a merit of God.

Rested from 6 to 11 July in Hammamet, hotel El Fell (El Fell) 3 *. The hotel is cool, the beach is sandy, perfectly clean, the sea sparkled like a liquid diamond, there is a playground and a mini-zoo on the territory of the hotel, a huge swimming pool, air conditioning in the room, access to your own terrace from the room, I would boldly put the hotel 4 *.

We went on a boat trip, visited Carthage Land. Super impressions!
I discovered for myself the natural Mediterranean cosmetics Secret of Thalasso, for the first time in my life I got burned, and using the cooling cream from this company, I kept my tan and did not peel off on the third day, as it was before. Hotel guides usually take them out for free to those places where this cosmetics is three times more expensive in order to receive a percentage of the sale, and we bought it near the Miramar and Furati hotels from Russian-speaking sellers in the branded green shop Le Secret de Thalasso. Really, three times cheaper than anywhere else, and the quality is on top! If you are in that area, ask any seller how to get to this store, they know each other and will tell you, see for yourself.
In the same area, we stumbled upon a local cafe where sea bream fish costs 10 dinars. If you see this stand, go boldly! While the fish is grilled in front of you, you will be served free salad, olives, mayonnaise, lobia (beans in tomato sauce) or pasta with a sauce of your choice, a baguette, and then they will bring fish with fries and salad. All for 10 dinars per person (for ours it is 250 rubles)
On the day before the flight, a camera was stolen from my room (a soap box, it’s a pity only the pictures on a flash drive) and a wallet with bank cards (it cost 300 rubles, but this Dior inscription confused the thief apparently), without cash, but it will be troublesome to restore the cards me, it overshadowed my impression of this hotel, otherwise I would have put 5+.
Fly to Tunisia, relax, walk, try natural cosmetics Secret of Thalasso and be sure to go to Carthage Land, where you pay for the entrance, but inside all the attractions are yours! Super!
Tunisia, I'll be back! Wait for us! Love you!

We were traveling in the 2nd with a child to another hotel, but John ap decided to put us in this one. Hotel for locals. There were 15-20 Russian-speaking tourists!! ! even fewer Germans. All differs from FB only in alcohol. There is not much food, the assortment is small, but they bring a little (1-2 types of sweets, but you have to stand and wait nearby) fruits - watermelon, melon, grapes - alternate.

Guide Mukhamed, from the meeting side of leptis turs treated us like the last ones. He did not show up at the hotel or ran away so as not to solve problems. The area is built up - walk, especially in the evening, not where. The bar on the beach is paid for everyone, If you want to drink, you have to go to the main building, there are no snacks - just 3 meals a day. The rooms are almost never cleaned (a little in the bathroom and a lot of rubbish on the balcony, no one even swept the room in a week !! ) We did not find beach towels even on bail. One plus is the beach is big and with sand, but! ! as there go camels and horses all in poop! ! you have to walk carefully
In general, I don’t want to go to Tunisia anymore. Maybe, of course, Djon Ap spoiled everything with such an attitude, but out of 20-30 people, 6 ended up in this hotel - even those who had paid 4 * ! ! And there was no lunch on the plane! the stewardess said that Djon Ap did not pay!! ! It turned out that 2 hours at the airport were + 3-20 hours flying and + 2 hours on the bus! ! Good thing we got chocolates.
In the photo from the hotel, the rooms are not the same as ours are settled in - just a trestle bed with a mattress in place of the bed and white walls, a shabby balcony.

The hotel lived up to its expectations! Nothing supernatural, but at the same time - the territory is green and shady, the beach with sun loungers is spacious, by the pool and on the outdoor terrace (near the dining room) is quite nice! The sea is clear and even in a storm. Rooms are cleaned daily + towels are changed.

The sea is clear and even in a storm. Rooms are cleaned daily + towels are changed. In those days when only 1 dinar was left "for tea", the cleaning was more thorough, and bed linen was also changed.
Pluses of the hotel: 1. friendly and unobtrusive staff; 2. deliciously prepared food for an unpretentious client (for those who do not expect for breakfast, lunch and dinner - seafood and marzipans =)). And everything that was prepared was very tasty and appetizing.
Cons of the hotel: 1. lack of free wi-fi on site (in my opinion, this is no longer a luxury); 2. unkempt tennis courts (but you can play); 3. very dilute alcohol.
In general, going for a week to change the situation is very even.
If there is a desire to ride through the towns of Tunisia, I can advise contact Gannar Moumou 0021.97 43.743, 0021.24 53.810 gannarchahir@hotmail. fr (this is a tourist taxi). Driver Atypical to his liking, as for a native Arab. We were pleasantly surprised to spend the whole day with him in the same company. For a reasonable price, six of us traveled to places of interest to us on the Hyundai h1.
I would also like to note that you need to bargain with the Arabs everywhere. The initial price for the goods, for example, 10 dinars. You turn around, he already shouts 5 after you, and if you take a few steps, then it may already be 2. This, of course, is not a guarantee that this will happen in every case, but very often).

Upon arrival at this hotel, my husband and I were accommodated in the main building on the first floor, the smell in the room is simply terrible. Despite the fact that there were two of us and the hotel was half empty (closing of the season), the room was provided tiny and at the same time for three people. It was late and I just wanted to change and shower. The last straw for placement in this room was a fallen socket and fallen wardrobe doors. Since we were not going to pay money at the reception, we decided to wait for our guide and settle this issue with him. To our great happiness, he returned to the hotel immediately after dinner (check-in was about 6 pm) and, thanks to him, we were moved to another room in a separate house. Compared to the first, the second was just five-star, and we stayed in it until the end of the holiday. Despite all the negatives, the staff is quite friendly. The food is quite varied for three stars. . Particularly pleased with the evening pizza and pancakes, which are cooked near the pool at about four o'clock in the afternoon. The sea is very clean, although there is a small drawback on the beach - these are people who are trying to soar something in you - such as cactus or jasmine fruits, etc. But you should not rush to the exotic, since the same cactus in the city costs about two dinar, and they ask for dozens. The location of the hotel is also very good - there are shops, banks, restaurants nearby and 5 dinars (25-30 UAH) drive to the center of Hammamet. In general, the holiday was wonderful, if not for the trouble with the settlement.

Hello people! My husband and I spent a wonderful week at this hotel. After reading the reviews, we immediately tuned in to the fact that no trifles would spoil our mood. Good room (although from the air conditioner... water was pouring, but in October it is not needed), everything is clean - both in the room, and on the territory, and on the beach; very friendly and polite staff.

Good room (although from the air conditioner... water was pouring, but in October it is not needed), everything is clean - both in the room, and on the territory, and on the beach; very friendly and polite staff.
The food was delicious and, importantly, it was quite a healthy diet - a lot of stewed vegetables, salads, stew, delicious curdled milk and white cheese. Cons - there were not enough juices, fish and fruits - for a "C grade". There were many sweets, but primitive (and thank God! )
The impression of our tour operator ("Cartege") is ambiguous - the transfer was organized normally, the accompanying Russian-speaking guys - Tunisians are very friendly and pleasant to talk to. But when the boorish young lady Lydia answered the tourist, who, by her age, was like her father, “don’t ask me stupid questions” (the question, by the way, was not stupid at all) - we got sick of going on an excursion.
The Internet was easily attached to ice cream (coffee, juice... ) in a cafe opposite, but in the hotel for some reason it was a paid service in the lobby (and without ice cream : ))
In one of the reviews, they already wrote about the "invasion" of local residents on a day off (in the sense that they came to relax for a day) - we also had the misfortune to observe this lawlessness: there were "darkness" of them, they behaved very noisily and rudely day and night (this, however, was TIN)... But we immediately agreed that nothing would spoil our vacation! : )
Summary: if you want to enjoy the sea and the sun for a week on a budget, this is a very good option. And if you really want something more - you can take 4 * in Nabeul (we were offered by our friends who visited there), but it will be $ 450-500 more expensive : ) Good luck!

The hotel is excellent. Meets all stated requirements. Three-star status is noticeable only in the variety of dishes (not ingredients), the modesty of the rooms, the lack of room service. Check in was quick, rooms are modest but clean and tidy, no fridge, no safe. Bed linen is clean, towels are clean and available.

Check in was quick, rooms are modest but clean and tidy, no fridge, no safe. Bed linen is clean, towels are clean and available. Cleaning every day, change of towels every day. The only remark is that the floors were not washed very well - there was sand, which "thanks" to the sandy beach is everywhere)))
The food is sufficient. Of course, there is little variety, but the ingredients are the same as everywhere else. Those. if in 5 * there will be boiled and fried meat, and there will be two types of pasta, then there will be meat and pasta, but in a single version. Lots of vegetables. There is a remark that sometimes wine in the bar ended up in a bottle, but it was always possible to take a glass)))
The sea and the beach WITHOUT REMARKS. Everything is amazing. There are sunbeds, the sand is soft, the sea is clean. There are no jellyfish. On the beach there are additional activities for an additional fee.
There were difficulties with currency exchange in the hotel itself, but outside there are banks and neighboring hotels (larger ones) are ready to change money. Drinking water in the rooms is not set "by default", but the bar is issued without question on demand in bottles.
Animation is almost non-existent. But we rested at the "sunset" of the season, perhaps that is why the animators were relaxed.
The staff does not speak English well and practically do not speak Russian, but they understand sign language))) There were no problems with communication.
There is a playground, but modest. The pool is big and clean. But with such a beautiful sea, it is often empty.

We liked everything. A hotel for a relaxing beach holiday. Lots of French, Russians and Ukrainians. For one weekend came the Arabs with their families - it was a tin. The staff is incredibly friendly, positive and sociable. I speak some French, so it was very easy for me to communicate. The bungalow is huge, with high ceilings, exactly 80 steps to the beach. Everything works in the bungalow: air conditioning, plumbing, hair dryer. Cleaned very clean and changed linen every day. Towels were also taken in the morning and returned after dinner, but you just need to ask at the reception to leave them and everything is getting better. There is a lot of food, everything is fresh, but for some reason there are no spices and few fruits. I didn't like everything. We just have different products to taste. In addition to breakfast, lunch and dinner, pastries and pancakes are, apparently, a French heritage. The animation is mediocre, but my husband and I danced with the French, and ours more and more sat in the corners. The staff loves to communicate with guests, and since most of ours and Ukrainians speak only Russian, Tunisians learn Russian, almost all bartenders walk around with Russian phrasebooks. They will learn. The hotel has a huge well-groomed territory, the beach is cleaned. The sea is clean and transparent, sunbeds are free and there are enough for everyone. At night it is better not to climb into the sea, some poisonous fish swim and bite. The pool is available at night. Amazingly clean swimming pools: outdoor and indoor. There is a safe at the reception. There are no refrigerators in the rooms. The restaurant has special chairs for children and a small playground near the children's pool. I have never seen cockroaches and other living creatures. If you leave a tip, then the entire staff will wear you in their teeth. The biggest disappointment is a little fruit, but we compare this with Thailand. The strongest impression is the Sahara and Carthage.

Was in this hotel in early October, in general, for 726 dollars for two will do. When choosing, I could not find reviews, so I think that my review will be useful to someone.
In general, the hotel is not for discerning tourists, if you want luxury and brilliance, then I recommend revising the trip budget at least twice upwards. The hotel is very old and not renovated. Everything that is in the hotel of the 80s of release, it is clean, serviceable for the old one..... this is perhaps one of its minuses.
Now the pros
The first coastline with a clean beach, I just want to note with a clean beach, maybe the location of the beach somehow affected, or maybe because the beach is well cleaned, it’s really very clean to the south, for example, according to tourists, there were bags on the beach, and the rest of the garbage. In Tunisia, by the way, there is no such thing as an urn, everything flies to the ground and is cleaned every morning....well, you can’t clean it everywhere... While traveling by ferry to the Kerkenna Islands, I saw floating bags in the sea ten kilometers from Sfax)
So the beach at the hotel deserves all the praise and it's just good)
What else pleased this room and the cleaning in it, when we checked in, we were immediately struck by the fact that the room was cleaned very carefully, the balcony was open and covered with curtains, the room smelled of a beautiful evening breeze, the balcony overlooked the sea and this could not but rejoice))) )) They cleaned regularly every day, after I gave ten pounds to the cleaning lady, she began to fold my things every morning))) My friends from Tunisia gave me a bouquet of jasmine, in the morning without asking the bouquet was put in a vase, I did not ask the cleaning lady to do this, but I was very pleased))) the position of all the staff "If a guest asks for something, then it must be done" Food, food as food is nothing supernatural. I really liked the pancakes)) they are very tasty) for those who want to dine with delicacies near the hotel there are a lot of restaurants where they cook excellent seafood, the prices are quite reasonable, I recommend it) Speaking of taxis, taxis in Tunisia are not expensive, ask the guide how much the trip costs and see that the taxi driver turns on counter. The trip from the hotel to the medina, I don’t remember how much, but it didn’t cost us much.
To whom would I recommend this hotel. . . ?
probably Youth who knows how to keep themselves busy and people who just want the sea and clean sand. There are no discos in the hotel as such, so those who decide to go to this hotel will have to entertain themselves.
